I love this clinic they take time to answer your questions and listen to your concerns they are very thorough in explaining what is going on and never make me feel like a over reactive first time pet owner. The desk staff is super friendly and Dr Walker is wonderful.

I've been bring my animals here since 2005. They've shared my joy when I bring a kitten or puppy for the first time, and shared my heartache when saying goodbye to an old friend. The quality of care my babies receive here is the best you will find in Loveland. I can not possibly recommend them enough.

I really do like it here, everybody has been pretty nice. But there's one thing that really annoyed me and I just can't get over it. They've got a peace lily in the main lobby area, and lilies are toxic to cats and dogs. Although the peace lily is not AS toxic (won't cause kidney failure), it can still make cats sick and you should take them to the vet (ironic) if they come into contact with one. So it just drives me crazy that a plant that is toxic to cats, is in a vets office, near cats.... Plus they told me I was fine to bring my kitty in on her harness. So my cat ended up nose deep in this potentially harmful plant.. Thankfully she's fine. Its just worrisome. And when I expressed my concerns, they seemed to not care. I will most likely be switching vets. Thanks for reading.

Love this animal hospital they are very patient especially when my dog is going crazy because he’s nervous they take time to answer your questions and listen to your concerns they are very thorough in explaining what is going on also when you lose your pet they are very understanding and sympathetic i highly recommend this clinic

Very caring staff and Vets

I cannot say enough about how thankful I am for the staff here and their kindness. This morning I was panicking due to an issue with my dog and they fit me into the schedule right away. They were really sweet and calmed my nerves, even though I was probably so annoying with my anxiety. I really can't recommend them enough.

I have been taking my pets to North Shore Animal Hospital for 19 years. Dr Musselwhite is friendly, knowledgeable, and has years of experience. He also seems to keep up to date on veterinary knowledge. The costs for services, in my experience, are less than other veterinary clinics that I have been to. In fact, on one occasion, he felt a certain procedure was necessary but instead of doing the procedure in his office he referred me to CSU because depending on the results, my pet might end up having to go to CSU to continue her care. If that were the case Dr. Musselwhite felt CSU would just want the same procedure done again and he didn't want me to have to pay for the same procedure twice.

I've taken my corgi mix here for ear infections, a dental cleaning and what turned out to be arthritis of the spine. The veterinarians are thorough and compassionate. I always leave with a high level of understanding and a clear plan.

I was extremely pleased with my experience at the North Shore Animal Hospital in Loveland. They have some of the nicest staff and vets that I have ever met and they were so good to my 14yr old Husky. I have never been there before but was desperate to find someone to help my guy with his eye as soon as I woke up and saw the condition he was in, he had a horrible infection in his right eye causing swelling, bloodshot and his third eyelid covering his whole eye. I had no idea if he was going blind or how much pain he was in. They didn’t even skip a beat in offering to do whatever they could to make him feel better before I could get him to the eye center specialist 4 days later. I had originally tried to take him to the VCA in Loveland but they made it very clear that they did not specialize in eyes and suggested that I wait the 4 days to go to the Eye Center instead. North Shore never hesitated when I called them for help and I am so glad that I found them! I will from now on be going to North Shore Animal Hospital for any of my dogs needs. I highly recommend them to owners who love their dogs and want a vet who clearly cares!

Great experience but had to wait outside

Friendly staff! The way they are handling pets with the Covid-19 situation is very efficient. Even though my furbaby was not a regular they got her in quickly to see the vet. They are not out to rob you. It was a minor situation and they even filed her nails for free. Wonderful!

They have taken great care of our two cats!????

They took great care of my dog. If they didn't do her surgery when they did I'm sure we would have lost her.
