They saved my dog who had a bone lodged in his small intestin. They were practical and only did what was really needed. They helped him pass the bone and he didn't need surgery. They were also friendly, professional, with a nice facility. They did great. Thanks!

I have had several dogs treated at Four Seasons over the years and have been very happy with their care and treatment. Not always good news since 3 had cancer but I would not hesitate to have my pets treated there. Drs. Lowry, Britt, Burket and Billers have been very helpful.

Avoid going here if at all possible. Went in on a Saturday because we couldn't get into our regular provider. The vet didn't listen to what I thought was bothering my cat - even after mentioning it several times. Instead I was charged over $750 for unnecessary tests and x-rays. Took the our cat to our regular vet a few days later only to confirm that what I suggested that they look at was in fact the problem. In the end, our cat was in discomfort and not treated for the actual problem for a mother couple days and they didn't even recognize or treat the actual problem.

Brought our dog here last Sunday as she was having trouble walking. The drop off went smoothly, they kept me updated on everything by phone. Took around 2 hours for everything and I was satisfied with all aspects of my visit. Thanks to all their staff for a great job well done.

They are taking great care of my Cocker, Bailey. I am praying that the results are not cancerous. It was, we lost him in March.????

We have had some unfortunate dog luck here lately and have had to visit a few times in the past two months. We have received wonderful care with excellent communication. I feel that the Vets really listen and make owners a part of decisions. Our crew is greatful

These guys are awesome, compassionate and caring. They truly love animals and what they do. I can't say enough good words for their customer service from the start to finish. We are lucky to have this Animal Emergency Hospital in the community. Willie loved Y'all!????❤ Thankd Again

I am always amazed at how professional and caring the staff is. The only complaint I would have is when I called in a panic, the person responding kept trying to direct me to another clinic because they didn't have a neurology dept at their facility. I didn't care because my dog was having seizures and I needed help right away and since I live in Windsor, I felt I didn't have time to drive to Fort Collins. Other than that, they were there johnney-on-the-spot when I arrived. Thank you to the staff at Four Seasons.

The care was good, and the people were polite. However, when it was all done, they tried to bill me twice, I had called in, and they made me pay in advance before they would treat my dog in the ER, and they had some urgency about needing to be paid right that second, so I did and my dog and I wound up waiting for almost 2 hours before he was treated. "The kicker was that the front desk person tried real hard to get me to pay again. I sternly refused a couple of times until she backed down and said she was "reading the bill wrong." I do not think this was a mistake. I think it was an attempt to defraud me, considering she reads bills every day for a living. My opinion would be only to do business with these people if you absolutely have to. It seems like a money trap to me. RESPONCE TO OWNERS POST: My review stands, the thing with the second billing attempt was pushy and shady at a time when I was emotionally vulnerable to be taken in. - 1 star for the accounting lesson.

They were very responsive and caring. While the other urgent care places told me 2-6 hr wait, they had my Buddy inside and started caring for him within minutes of me pulling up. The had great communication, following up with me every few hours throughout the night. Sadly we had to let him go... but they were compassionate and patient the entire time. I feel comforted knowing I brought my Buddy to them.

I just got my cat Lilly back from the incredible Four Seasons Veterinary Specialists. It was a weekend and my usual vet clinic did not have any openings, so an emergency/after hour clinic was my only choice. I haven't had good experiences with two emergency clinics in Fort Collins, so based on the wonderful reviews, I chose Four Seasons, and am very glad I did. From the minute I called their clinic each person I spoke to was professional, courteous and friendly. They warned there might be a wait, which I of course expected, since this is an emergency/after hours place. I waited for a couple of hours, which was fine, and they came and got Lilly. They asked if I'd like them to talk to me before doing anything, after the doctor's assessment, and I was very impressed with that (that has not always been the case in these instances before). After examining my cat, the clinician spoke to me on the phone about their findings and my options, and I told them I had to keep costs under a certain amount, as that was all I had to work with, They were very understanding and did not try to guilt me into doing more than I was able or comfortable to do. They took great care of Lilly and Dr. Halpin was wonderful when she called to explain her diagnosis and treatment. I'm so impressed with everything about this clinic and their amazing staff. I 100% recommend anyone who wants excellent care for their pet to go here.

Not really thrilled at the way I was treated upon calling for information on cost- Got turned off VERY QUICKLY when the receptionist made inquiries about how they are good at what they do and that it comes with a cost. We have paid thousands of dollars over the last 6 months for our family dog and we're just tired, and overwhelmed with the run around we had received from other vets in the area. Maybe, remind the receptionist that comments about cost need be left for actually in person estimates in private. We are not trash, but we're just treated as such. Not sure this review will be handled, but this was a huge turn off

This was a great experience from the conversations front desk staff, to the technician who did a fantastic job with our very sensitive shepherd mix who is terrified of vets, to the communication and diagnosis of our vet. I was very grateful I took our dog there

I took my Rosalina to Four Seasons for an emergency she was having a false pregnancy and an allergic reaction. The staff was very kind and took good care of her. They made sure to let me know that if i had any questions to call them any time. If i have an emergency ever again i will definitely be back!

Excellent place! I took my pup here two times due to emergencies. They did excellent care of her, excellent people, excellent communication. Made me and my pup so comfortable. Thank you, keep up the great work!

Dr. Biller and her tech were amazing, kind and informative. Dr. Biller sat with us during a very emotional and impossible situation. She gave us all of our options and even helped us by getting us an appointment to see if our sweet dog would be able to get into a clinical trial. She was very sympathetic and we can tell she truly loves her job and her patients. First time meeting her and I would refer any and everyone to her!

These folks are hard workers and much appreciated by their families! Visiting here with Lap of Love Veterinary hospice and couldn’t help noticing the love oozing from the poster …. Completely and genuinely showering love on the AMAZING veterinary technicians!! It shows in the care they take with each of the fur babies!

I had to bring my dog into the ER due to vomiting and he had to stay overnight on IV fluids. Thank you Dr. Strom, Dr. Halpin and all the technicians that took such great care of my boy Leo! I was at ease knowing that he was getting the best care! You are all appreciated more than you know!

The people here were incredibly kind to me. I rushed my cat in on a saturday, and within an hour found out he needed to be put down. They let me be with him to say goodbye before and during the process. Afterwards, they let me hold him wrapped up like a baby in their grieving room. I can't express enough how much that helped me. Jake was my baby and they understood that even though they'd barely met us. They made me beautiful mementos of his fur and paw prints, and made sure he had an individual cremation; something I was worried about. Thank you ????

Dr. Redman and the dentistry team took excellent care of my pitbull mix even though he is terrified of vet clinics. They adjusted the normal protocol to make things easier on him and prevented it from being another traumatic vet visit in his memory. Very professional and caring team. Thanks for all your work!

So grateful for the ER staff and quick response to our emergency. Every emergency clinic was full here and they squeezed us in and were able to help our pup ASAP. The staff was so kind and caring and I felt totally comfortable leaving him in their hands. I will definitely be back if needed!

Four Seasons was recommended to us by 2 other clinics. Something had been going on with our Lucy for a month. Dr. Preston discovered a large mass which explained everything. She seemed extremely knowledgeable and when she recommended for Lucy to go to heaven within 24 hrs she was right. Lucy quickly declined. She was very respectful and kind. Although ours wasn’t the best outcome, I would highly recommend them to care for you baby.

My baby kitten suddenly passed away today. I am completely devastated and was terrified that my other cat was somehow also sick without me knowing, so I rushed him and the baby's body over to the closest emergency vet I could find. On the phone, everyone was so kind and helpful, and when we got there, we were helped by Danny. Danny walked me through everything and put my fears to rest, he helped me take care of the baby's remains, and even made me laugh. Today was one of the worst days ever, but it was a reminder of the kindness and goodness that is still in the world. For this, I could never thank Danny enough. These are good people, and I think it was fate that I had them with me today, because even on the most heartbreaking days, there are people like Danny to pick you up and put you back together again.

We could not have asked for a better oncology team surrounding our pup! Dr Faulhaber, nurse Nikki and the rest of the team were so helpful and really made our guy feel special. He is officially in remission today 9/20/21. He is going to miss seeing his friends every week but he is feeling great!! We went to a few different places for various reasons throughout this process including Aspen Meadows in Longmont (who were just awful) this is by far the best place to take your pet for emergency or oncology. I would take the drive to Loveland anytime to be with doctors who really care.

Our girl Cali was just there recently, she has a torn CCL. She was taken care of very well, great staff. Cali will be having surgery soon.

Overall the best and most compassionate people they have as a staff.Got answer for my money.My dog is doing well thanks to internal medicine and there great team.Will tell friends and will return!!Thanks to all of you at Four Seasons!!????

The oncology staff at Four Seasons has amazing helping with our dog Duke. Kind caring to Duke Great communication with us and full disclosure email of what the procedure was at each visit. We still have some treatments to go but feel confident in Four Seasons Veterinary Specialist

Super friendly and quick. They have a great building with places to sit outside while you wait for your fur baby during curbside drop off. They were very detailed in explaining options and went above and beyond so I can possibly avoid another visit. Highly recommend. They checked in after the visit and we’re very helpful and caring.
