1 Clean Pup Loveland, Colorado

Unbelievable. A relative recommended this groomer. I called about 5 weeks ago for an appointment. No response or call back. I called again last week. Silence. No call back. I messaged them. I got a stock response back saying they'd get back to me with a phone call the next day. They didn't. The lack of responsiveness would cause me to give them minus 10 stars if I could.

Best groomer we have taken our schnauzer to over the years. She's so kind and caring with him, and he always comes home looking so awesome. I love that she messages me while working on him to let me know how he's doing

I have a goldendoodle puppy. She had a few matted areas under her ears, chest, and chin. We got a few expert opinions who said she would not need shaved just the problem areas. However, all were booked out too far so we chose 1clean pup. My dog is shaved. Everything. 1clean pup took her hair down as far as it would go. Her 1in long eyelashes? Gone. Whiskers? Gone. Everything shaved. I don’t recognize my dog at all and I am so disappointed that a groomer would take these measures without consultation. Never will we be returning.

Friendly folks my dogs have some wildness issues with strangers. They are great at getting the dogs to relax Before their grooming and nail trim

Reached out to them twice for info once in May and again in July on how much a grooming would cost for what my pup needs and I never received a response back on either message. The only response i got back was the auto reply "Hi, thanks for contacting us. We've received your message and appreciate you reaching out. We will respond ASAP If you are trying to reach us after 545 mon-sat or anytime Sunday (our day off) we will be in touch the next business day!". I do not recommend as they are not good about responding back.

Brittany is so kind to my dogs. She has gone too great lengths to make sure my senior dog is comfortable while in her care. He always comes back clean and happy! She is also great at cutting my young dog just the way I like him. I couldn't ask for a better person to care for my pups!

She is the best! I've been going to her for almost a year now and every time my dogs come home smelling and looking great! She is very honest about how things are going and that is something I really need in anything that involves my dogs. I'm so glad when I posted on a pet page looking for a groomer after some not so great experiences with others that she responded. So worth the drive from Fort Collins! Check them out and you won't be disappointed.

My dog was extremely difficult to say the least and they went above and beyond what I could've hoped for. These guys are awesome.

My 12yr old has never been this clean! Fantastic work, extremely friendly, and quick! She had Nyke looking and smelling like a million bucks in 45 min. Well worth twice the price.

My husband took our dog Kash based off of a recommendation and could not stop talking about the experience. I was beyond thrilled with the results when I got home. Today we returned with Kash and our puppy who was also cleaned and groomed. I honestly cannot say enough about these two, they are true dog lovers one, passionate about their business and take one dog at a time to provide the best experience. If you haven't tried them please do I give my word that you will not be disappointed. We will never go any other place. Hard working people loving dogs!!!

We tried a new place that came highly recommended and now I know why. Don't let the garage business cloud your mind, this couple loves dogs and treated my very large German Sheppard as their own. I've never seen him look so clean and behave so well. They have a great method for caring for our animals, we'll be back.

All four of my "kids" love 1 Clean Pup! My husband and I do too! They are the best. We have 3 shelties and 1 pom so we know hair. 1 Clean Pup de sheds the best and they are fast and gentle. Love the full grooming package!

Right away it's obvious that Brittany loves animals and desires to care for them and respect them. That, to me, is even more important that the quality of grooming. I had never taken my dogs in before and was very nervous leaving them, but it was clear that they had been well taken care of. I love that she priorities low-stress levels for the animals, and never crates them or ties them up. Besides this, her grooming techniques are truly amazing. I have washed and brushed my dogs before, and they come out okay. But with 1 Clean Pup, their fur was seriously just flawless. Fluffy, clean, not overly dry, with a healthy shine that you won't get anywhere else. Will continue with her!
