Longmont Small Animal Hospital has been great as our dog has dealt with a tumor on her parathyroid glad. The doctors and nurses have taken a lot of time to answer all of our questions. They have also done their best with our very anxious, vet hating dog. They have earned our trust in treating our dog and we are glad that we have started going to their office.

Everyone was so helpful and I felt like I could get ahold of someone to talk to if I needed help with anything. Thanks to everyone who helped my cat Ernest get healthy! He's doing so well now and feeling a lot better. I don't know what I would have done without you guys! I also love the location as it's only a short drive away and so easy to get to in an emergency. The only thing I will say is that I'm hoping one day you will be able to have urgent care available 24 hours as Longmont could really use this! Thanks again! -Anna and Jed (and Ernest)

All the vets are highly skilled, compassionate and lovely people. In fact, the techs and front desk staff are also amazing. I highly recommend.

Was very unhappy with my experience. My dog was very sick and I feel like they just took advantage of the opportunity to make money instead of caring for my dog.

Everyone here is so sweet, so helpful, and so patient with me whenever I have questions or concerns about caring for my rats. It's so nice visiting a vet with knowledge and love of rats and feeling comfortable with their diagnoses and recommendations. Dr. Kandyba is always amazing, and we had a different vet for our last visit (Dr. MacDonald (sp)) who was fantastic as well.

I took my three-legged dog in they took 2 hours to get me in there after my appointment and then they misdiagnosed my dog they said she had a soft tissue injury it ended up being cancer my poor dog was in so much pain and they just blew her off because they wanted to get off work

Always a pleasure to interact with everyone at Longmont Small Animal Hospital, I have always felt we are part of a large family together loving the peys! The dogs really enjoy our visits too despite pokes and prods :)

Have had such an amazing experience with Dr Wonder. She is thorough, caring, and goes above and beyond. It’s a great feeling when you can just tell your vet has their whole heart in it and truly cares about their patients. We will be lifetime clients!

Dr. Wunder truly lives up to her name! After my elderly chihuahua suffered a fall while we were on vacation, I took him to LSAH for treatment. Dr. Wunder and her team were kind and compassionate and very considerate of an potential budget issues. Dr. Wunder fully explained her findings both from the fall and of an unknown UTI and offered a comprehensive treatment plan. I could not be more grateful to the LSAH team. The residents of Longmont are lucky to have such an awesome vet practice in town!

My dog does NOT like the vet but she loves the staff at Longmont small animal hospital! This hospital has been nothing but thorough, supportive, and caring when I bring my pup to them. They are professional, friendly, and cost conscious when it comes to my pets care. I will be happily utilizing their services for years to come!

Dr. Kandyba is an amazing vet and an even more amazing human being. I took my kitty in for an urgent care visit. Unfortunately, she had already deteriorated rapidly and had to be hospitalized at a 24/7 facility. Dr. Kandyba did an amazing job checking in on both me and my baby--the hospital even told me she called them to check in as well. Even though the prognosis was not what any pet owner wants to hear, I am so grateful for the time and energy put into her care and treatment. I will absolutely be taking all my pets here from now on.

I drive up from Boulder to see Dr. Elliot, because she is so amazingly awesome and wonderful! I have always liked her techs, and her support staff, in addition to Dr. Wonder (who I would have Cooper see, if Dr. Elliot was unavailable, without hesitation). You all are top notch providers and I feel like it's 1000% worth driving to Longmont to get Coop the best possible care available! Thanks everyone! YOU RULE!!

Asked for a service to be performed while I was there. Told them when I made the appointment and again when I dropped my cat off. It was never taken care of during her appointment. Disappointed. Everything was taken care of! Thank you for listening and fixing the problem. Awesome!

Recently took my dog here and the doctors are great but the billing department is a nightmare they sent me the price for the surgery and day of changed that price and told me I need to pay the full thing that day which wasn’t there deal on the first visits payment. Then when going in for a check up and no additional things I was charged another 140 for no reason which I complained about and after saying I wouldn’t come back finally got someone to look into it and apologize for the overcharge and saying they would refund it. Well got that refund today of 102 dollars 38 less then the overcharge this is absolutely ridiculous I’ve been waiting for 1hr and 30min for a call back because the head of billing was other a patient? Yeah right no one should come here

I recently moved all my animals over to Longmont Small Animal Hospital from another vet hospital in Longmont. Couldn't be happier. Looking forward to a long relationship with Dr. Elliot and her staff. They are wonderful.

I recently had some minor surgery on my 9 month old puppy. It was a great experience, they communicated with me frequently and took great care of my puppy. I would highly recommend this clinic

I recently discovered this clinic after searching for exotic animal care and am so happy that I found them. Dr. Kandyba is an amazing doctor and is by far the best exotic vet I have found. The entire staff at this clinic is very professional and caring. I plan to bring all of my animals here from now on.

Dr. Kandyba is amazing - she is attentive and thoughtful and very compassionate. She legitimately seems excited to see my cats when they come in and gives advice I can relate to (what procedures/tests to prioritize first, etc). Didn't think I'd find better care than at HSBV, but I believe we have... The front desk staff is always very friendly and helpful as well. Their COVID protocol is super efficient and helpful (while masked up, they come get your animal from your parking spot & then bring them back to you after a call to walk you through their visit and next steps). They also have appointment hours that work way better with my work schedule (including some later and weekend).

My dog is aggressive to other animals and the staff has been very helpful to accommodate her. I always feel like the advice of the staff is fair and fully explained without being pushy about further visits or treatments.

Toodles, my 5 year old bearded dragon, had a fantastic visit. The staff there are engaging and welcoming and the doc sure knew her stuff about reptiles. It is so hard to find an exotic vet in Longmont and I am glad I found this place. Toodles wasn't stressed by his visit, no puffing up or black-bearding, and the whole atmosphere was chill and knowledgeable. For reptile owners they have a 2-sided form they have owners fill out asking all sorts of questions about husbandry, hibernation, diet, lighting, and more so they can better address the care of your pet. That alone gave me peace of mind that this place wanted to be thorough. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Every single person who works at Longmont Small Animal Hospital is awesome. We have been there often this year for our two dogs, and each visit has been perfect. I am very happy we chose to use LSAH. Their customer service is always excellent and informative. They never rush me when I have questions and make us feel very welcomed. I highly recommend LSAH!
