We've been taking our cat here since we got him and the vets, techs, and staff have always been nice and attentive. Recently, our cat was having some major issues and Dr. Boals has been wonderful in walking us through step by step. She has done two straight days of seeing our cat on an emergency basis and fitting in time for him despite not having a scheduled appointment. She (and all of the techs and staff) are also very good with people, too. They have been able to soothe my fears and make me feel confident about our next steps and possible future moves. We moved farther away recently but it is worth the little extra time in the car to keep bringing our cat here.

Disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this practice. We were told that we wouldn't need to pay for lab test prior to authorizing the test. Then after the test was complete, we were charged for the services. Great place to go if you like to be nickel and dimed. All of the tests failed to diagnose anything so just sending money down the drain. This practice was unwilling to keep their word. Finding a new vet as I type this

Just had the best experience taking my little fur baby here. The staff is excellent! They really care. Lisa Pepmryer went above and beyond to examine and explain everything in detail. I’d definitely trust your pet here!

Since moving, Lone Tree Veterinary Medical Center is the only place we have taken our cat. The staff is professional and caring. The hospital is very clean and we feel our cat is in the best care here. Thank you to the entire staff for all that you do! I can only imagine how difficult your job is but you are appreciated.

My accident/mischievous labradoodle, Zeke, is a frequent flyer at Lone Tree Vet. He’s met almost every vet and technician during his robust 5.5 years of life thus far. His recent reason for going was a sprain from running into a dollar store toy helicopter on the ground while playing fetch. The entire staff is amazing and shout-out to Dr. Moyle who literally got down on the ground to help Zeke adjust his cast, and be more comfortable with it. Raising these fur babies can be quite the ordeal sometimes. Lone Tree Vet makes it a whole lot easier. ❤️

This Vet is personable. They have never said anything mean about my family Chow Chows they welcome them with open arms. Our last vet receptionist would say the standard bias towards our chows while checking us in. Which ALWAYS left me fuming. When we came to LTV it was like a breath of fresh air! No bias so welcoming so patient! During Covid we had one of our chows come down with Cancer that just progressed to where there wasn't a good chance he would live another week. We made the difficult decision to put him down. My family and I went to a seperate room where we said our goodbyes to our pup. We were sent a sympathy card. I took my dog who is a blue heeler mix to the vet. After having issues with his previous vet. We went here I was allowed to sit in the room with him being exam-ed. His experience was 0-100 here! The staff and the doctors are so patient with him! Offered him all the treats and just let him roam and bark until he got it out of his system. Will keep coming here even if we live further away.

My pup needed some dental work done and we went to Lone Tree Vet to get it done. Everyone we came into contact with there was wonderful and professional. Great experience. I would recommend them to others.

We recently took our 4 year old wooly husky here for a grooming session and were very nervous because he had never been professionally groomed before, was super matted on his belly and is extremely sensitive about being brushed/groomed. However, the grooming manager, Jill, was absolutely INCREDIBLE at answering all of our questions beforehand and handling him during the apt when he was definitely not the easiest dog to deal with. We cannot believe how good he looked and felt after his grooming session. Jill got out every tangle and he is the softest he’s been since he was a puppy. Cannot recommend Jill enough!

Literally cannot recommend this place enough. We first brought our rescue here when we first adopted him at the start of COVID last year. While COVID restrictions kept me from going inside with him for his appointment everyone from the lady at the front desk (I totally forget her name) to the vet, the groomers and even the trainer Will were FANTASTIC! Very, very reasonably priced and they really do care about your babies like their own. We did a six week training with Will and he even called to check in on our Stanley to see how he was doing with the move across country. My only wish is I could relocate them with us! If you’re looking for a vet, groomer or trainer Lone Tree Vet is where it’s at!

I couldn't say enough good things about the staff here. We first brought our kitten to them with an extremely rare and fatal disease (FIP), and while they couldn't administer treatment themselves (FDA and veterinary regulations, not their fault), they have been extremely supportive of our kitten's recovery. Dr. Burstein specifically is a rockstar and has been immensely helpful - again, I can't say enough - and has made himself available at odd hours, providing a wealth of information and direction to us remotely during this pandemic. Finally, the entire staff are friendly, courteous, and great to work with. Highly highly recommend you take your animals here, and have already recommended them to family and friends (who have already reported back with just as positive experiences).

Absolutely the finest care for our very loved shiba inu. Great staff, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Voss is a blessing for both our dog and for us. Thank you!

I have been taking my dog, Layla, to Lone Tree Veterinary for years and they always do a great job. Recently, I discovered a bump on Layla's leg and she needed surgery to have it removed. The entire staff did a great job with Layla and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I especially want to thank Dr. Korner, as she kindly followed up to check on Layla and was available post-surgery to answer questions and make sure everything was ok. THANK YOU DR. KORNER!!! Overall, for such a stressful experience, Lone Tree Vet did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet.

These guys are great and happen to be right across the street from where I work. I take my old dog to work with me pretty much daily so it is super convenient. At first I was a bit hesitant thinking that based on the quality of the facility and location that they would be on the pricier end of things, but after going a few times for various things over the years I would say that pricing is about average. Anyways, the staff are all great and this is definitely a good spot to take your pets in need. Cheers!

My second appointment here. I came here 1.5 hours early with my dog yelping in pain. I asked if I could use their emergency service and skip my appointment. They said no and that they are not an emergency veterinarian. They recommended an emergency vet across town. When I got to the emergency veterinarian across town, I called Lone Tree back and asked if I could still attend my scheduled appointment. They said no, and that they over booked and were not planning to allow me to attend my scheduled appointment in the first place.

I have never been to a vet that was so incredibly caring. My pup absolutely loves everyone who works. We've used their vet, boarding, and training services and they're all 5 stars.

I emailed this vet clinic inquiring about declawing costs and what's included, etc. Was told they won't give me an estimate unless I had a 'patient and client relationship' first. Why would I go somewhere who won't disclose their prices? Shady.

Really great place. Just adopted a puppy and have already been twice in 3 mos. Very helpful and nice staff, love our doc (dr.b).

Pathetic excuse for a veterinarian hospital. My dog was quite sick and we took her in 1.5 hours before her appointment as she was vomiting and breathing odd. I asked if we could be seen early and we were denied. This vet advertises they have emergency services, yet they don’t provide them to established patients who had an appointment. I do not recommend taking your pet here as they seem to be clueless and overbooked.

Allow me to edit this, and to apologize, I was incorrect. I spoke to a few vets and used the internet to find some knowledge. When I was here the vet was attentive, answered my questions and did a great job and offered a good price for the services rendered.

I had to go Lone tree vet for a few emergency visits for my frenchie Lucy and they have always been so warm and understanding and really took the time to understand what was going on with her. I was also surprised and impressed that unlike everything else in Colorado my vet bills went down when I moved here from Nebraska.

We were visiting relatives and needed a health exam for international travel. Dr. Amber Korner and Leslie were absolutely wonderful, extremely thorough and just a delight to work with. We wished we lived nearby so that this could be a local vet.

From the beginning its been a mess. We transferred our vet records for three animals to this office, which were immediately lost not once but twice, and have been treated like we are the dogs ever since. The doctors are great but the location does not have emergency services and the after hours voice mail is a long list of other service providers that is not repeated. The location is fantastic but they've hired all the snottiest receptionists in the tri-county area and it makes me not ever want to do business with Lone Tree Veterinary Med Center ever again. Furthermore... If I were in the business of caring for other peoples pets, I would contact the customer to find out the nature of the incident. As to the need to address this via the internet shows more of the company culture than the manner in which I speak to a rude anyone on the phone. As for my animals care, I believe you already understand that Ive relocated my pets' medical records elsewhere, as I received a package of my pets' medical records next day air a week after this incident occured with reference to both this review and the conversation in question. I believe your business would benefit from Insights training and call recording to ensure quality customer service. All the best, Rebecca McFarland

We enrolled our two flat-coated retrievers - one 2 years old and the other 4 months old - into Companion Dog Essentials I and Perfect Puppy, respectively. We absolutely could not be happier with the training we received from Eric Gillaspy! He is one of the very few CPDT certified instructors in Colorado. He not only *knows* dogs - he loves them! He helps you understand your unique dog so well - and trains *you* how to use industry best practice to teach and bond with your pup!! We have enrolled both our boys into Eric's next level of classes! Highly recommend!
