Great vets & staff! Our bunny had to visit Dr. Steve, & he was quite comfortable being handled, even when he was stuck with a needle for a biopsy. We're so glad they can do this type of test and give us an answer while we're in the office... We like that Dr. Steve is pragmatic and willing to listen to his clients' people. Highly recommended by our bunny & cats!

They took care of our family's cats for years and they were always so kind. I have nothing but the nicest things to say about this practice. Today, my daughter and son-in-law use this veterinary practice for their cats and they also love the care they received.

The doctors and 99% of the staff are AMAZING. However, the tech/front desk employee, Stephanie is not only EXTREMELY rude, she has also really dropped the ball on something very important. When she finally fulfilled the task, she wasnt apologetic, but was very annoyed. If the doctors werent lovely, I wouldve left after the first interaction with Stephanie. I dread every time I have to call and speak to her. I dread seeing her at the desk. You could assume she hates her job. I have several friends who agree. Why on earth would the Drs keep her?? I know I am not the first to say something. Its left such a bad taste in my mouth that I am absolutely vet shopping.

The staff is amazing! They obviously love what they do and are from the very start, they are conscious that some people may have an amount they can afford. We've weren't overly concerned with the cost as long as we got our kitty feeling better and as a new patient we spent less than expected

We have received excellent care for our puppy at Nelson Road Veterinary Clinic. We've adopted several adult dogs, but had never had a puppy before and every time we see the veterinarians, they provide a great deal of attention and spend a lot of time with us answering our questions. They also give down-to-earth advice. We are very happy with our choice!

The vet that saw our guinea was very patient. He knew a lot about small animals. The front office staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this vet clinic to all.

Great friendly caring doctors and staff. Reasonably priced, and very good at communicating. My dogs love them.

We have been taking our pets here for years and would never consider taking them anywhere else. The love, care and empathy that all the vets at the clinic provide is greatly appreciated. We have been to the clinic with all of our animals and Dr. Benscheidt has been extremely patient and helpful with all of the questions or concerns we have. This has been proven when the clinic calls a week or two later asking how our animals are doing, even if all they had done was extremely minor dental work! I would recommend to anybody with any kind of pet.
