I have not had a bad experience with SouthPark Animal Clinic. I have been going there with my dogs for 21 years and will continue to go there.

The staff here was amazing and took excellent care of our cat. The facility was clean and adorable. The care was excellent and affordable. The staff was so kind. I had a great experience here. 10/10 will be going back.

Togo our Collie ate a rock, and it wouldn't pass through him. Southpark Animal Clinic saved his life. It was very evident the staff and Dr. Matte cared and showed loving concern for us and Togo. The surgery was without flaw, and he is healing well. With deep heartfelt appreciation and gratitude, we will always remember this as a positive experience. If you want the best care for your pet, take him to Southpark Animal Clinic.

Great clinic. They got me in the same day when no other clinic in the area could. We were taken right back into the exam room & was seen by the Vet very quickly. This is now my new vet.

I have brought two dogs here and everyone is wonderful! We have seen multiple different vets and they are all knowledgeable and you can tell they really love the animals. The front desk staff and the vet techs have been so nice and flexible with scheduling and reminders.

Best vet ever! We love Dr Dave! He is a straight shooter and tells you what is going on and goes down the conservative route first but also gives you your options as well as tells you what could be going on. I don't like the vets that want to do all these tests every time you go in, this was not this vet. He told us if it was cancer, what we could do conservatively and also if you did a lot of tests, spent a lot of money you mostly will end up with the same outcome being our dogs are 11 years old. I love that the Vets here are honest, tell you what is most likely going on, what they recommend but also if you are one that needs that confirmation they give you tests and treatments options. I've also called and asked a question, Dave responded right away and I also sent a question through email and Dr Dave called us within 10 min with a simple and easy solution. I 100% trust this veterinarian's office and especially Dr. Dave.

Really impressed with their service and overall kindness. Love that I can actually go in with my dog and talk to the vet.

Everyone I interacted with from phonecall to checkout was super friendly and helpful. I wanted a second opinion on my cat, and I got lots of great info during her visit. Probably the friendliest vet clinic I've ever been to!

They always do a great job with my pets and are very caring. Even during covid they showed a tremendous amount of empathy helping me put one of my best friends down. I was super grateful for them allowing me to do it all outside and be with him, during a time when most people didn't have that privilege.

Dr Anderson is very nice and knowledgeable. She took her time with my puppy as it was his first vet visit. She answered my questions. The nurse and the front desk lady were also very friendly. I'm definitely coming back here as my primary vet clinic.

So helpful and so quick

Been going here for almost 10 years now. They have helped me with everything from new puppy examinations to letting go of an old friend in pain and everything in-between. Always very friendly, compassionate, professional, and with my dogs' best interests in mind.

Dr.Dave and his staff are great. Dr. Dave has taken care of my mom's dogs, my sister's dogs and my dog and cat. Very compassionate and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.

Dr Maddy was so great working with our Tigger. Only sorry we didn't go to her years ago

They misdiagnosed my cat twice, and the one time they got a diagnosis right, they didn’t treat her. They left my nearly 8 week old kitten with a respiratory infection and did nothing about it. If I wouldn’t have woken up early a few days later, she would be dead. They don’t care about your animal, if they did, they would have treated my kitten properly. They also did no blood or fecal test and told us she had feline herp. My current vet did blood and fecal and found no feline herp. Don’t take your animal here, they don’t seem to care.

I just love this place. I have seen several of the vets here & they were all kind and respectful to my fur babies. Very reasonably priced. Easy to find. I would highly recommend them.

The doctor always gives us the truth even if it's hard. He doesn't try to test, test, test and waste your money. So if he does tell you you need to test for something you know it's the right thing to do. The whole staff is so friendly.

We lost our sweet 16 year old lab and losing a pet no matter what is so hard but during a pandemic it just felt so much harder. We were worried we wouldn’t be able to both be in the room with her but they offered a great alternative so we could both be there to comfort her. They were so kind and so honest and wonderful during the whole process. We had started taking our dog here earlier in the year and they also helped extract an old broken tooth and were great with her for cytopoint injections. Their Covid protocol is super safe and great and I just truly appreciate the entire staff. We now have two new dogs and will continue using them as our vet.

I brought my dog in for an emergency visit and whatever they did in there killed my dog, my dog went from perky and doing alright to barely breathing when I got her back 10 minutes after dropping her off there and she died on the way home

I just got a new sugar glider 3 days ago and she really needed her nails cut like REALLY bad I called EVERYWHERE and they were the ONLY place that took me right away the staff was extremely nice and out took them longer 5 minutes ???? and now my baby won't get stuck on everything❤thank you so much

Friendly, helpful staff. Our dogs are well cared-for. Inexpensive treatments are often offered first. The vets understand that finances do enter into medical decisions -- no judgement passed.

Very friendly and great Covid protocol. Very happy with my experience and priced fair.

Their service is fine, but in 5 visits I’ve seen a different vet every time, and they have different opinions. The price to have them sign a health certificate so my dog could fly was a RIDICULOUS $141. Not happy.
