The staff quickly attended to our dog that had ingested poison. The professional and caring steps to care for dakota as well to our needs was superb! Thanks for always putting care of the fur babies above all else!

We adopted 2 senior cats from Humaine Society, Redstone was the vet office where we were sent for checkups, but we are now loyal clients. We absolutely love the staff and how professional yet personal they are with us. Always receive great advice and care options that are affordable.

A great place for your pets. I have been using the professionals at Redstone for several years and they have never dissappointed. My dog is a little touchy around other dogs, but the folks at Redstone make it easy to get in/out with ease and no stress. Quality care, great docs and support staff. I highly recommend.

Phenomenal place to get your furry friend taken care of! The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the vet tech I met was kind and clearly loves her job, and the doctor was patient and obviously very knowledgeable and caring. 10/10 recommend taking your pet to redstone!

We love Dr Downie and every other vet there that we’ve seen. The current vet tech crew is awesome as are the current front desk folks. My dogs both love coming and all the treats more than make up for the shots—so much love is given that they don’t even notice.

We've had our rescue dogs at Redstone for since we got them 4 years ago. Their care has been excellent, the scheduling accommodating, and the atmosphere welcoming. Unlike the sterile environments you find at the chain veterinary establishments connected to pet stores, Redstone feels like a homey environment and our dogs aren't as nervous there. We've been very satisfied.

Dr Rachel Hopper was great! The techs are friendly and handled my dog well and with care. It is a warm, friendly and inviting place. Thank you!

This has been the primary clinic for my dogs for over 20 years. This is a great veterinary practice. They are efficient, caring and incredibly professional. The clinic had been dramatically updated over the years and is a first class clinic and animal hospital. The doctors and the rest of the staff are all fantastic. Keep up the great work.

Dr Carly Starnes has been treating Winnie since I first got her at 2 months and has taken great care of her vet needs! The staff at Redstone are all very caring and kind and I have always been able to get Winnie in for any emergency (actual or perceived . .) on short notice and the staff and Dr Starnes have always been responsive to my concerns and worked with me to have Winnie in the best condition and fitness. I would rate Redstone a "5 Star" vet practice!!!

If only they treated employees and patrons the same they do pets. Abusive work environment. DO NOT bring your animals here. Its literally a prison. So many other, better locations around here that will be better off for you and your animal.

All I can say is Redstone Animal Hospital is, and will always be, my go to place for all my veterinarian needs. This place is top notch and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Downie. She and her entire staff are the very best! I highly recommend Redstone and make sure you request Dr. Downie when scheduling an appointment for your fury friends. You won’t be disappointed. I’ve taken my kitty here several times over the past year and have received caring, trustworthy service. She just had her dental cleaning yesterday and I’m already noticing a more happy cat. I’ve seen two different doctors and other staff, all of them are very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you for your expertise!

Hard to find. GPS took me to old address on 85. But, once there, was pleased with the caring service. I felt my dog got a thorough exam. Very welcoming and caring staff.

We have been a part of the RedStone Animal Hospital family for over two decades. They have always been amazing with our animals!!! During these difficult times of the pandemic, they have worked with the law and still given the best care. I would never consider another vet for my pets.

Wow, one of the best vet visits I have ever had and I have had a lot. Dr. Hooper listened to all my concerns and addressed them. The vet tech (sorry I forgot her name) was also very good. The only issue I have is with the sign on Santa Fe Drive is so small that many times I have had to back track to find the opening to the clinic. Keep up the good work.

Love the care all the docs at Redstone have given my many dogs and cats through the years. Drive through window very convenient and professional and wonderful staff. One tech even cleaned out my car after my dog vomited everywhere! Above the standard care for sure.

I met everyone in the office for the first time (due to Covid). Pleasant, and clean waiting area and rooms . Techs seem to be very well trained, and handled Brooke so kindly! Dr Starn is great with her exam and explanation of results and plan of care for Brooke. Thank you all.

My dog developed allergies and has been very itchy. The team was fast, efficient and professional while providing quality care and showing kindness and empathy for my pups. We have always had an outstanding experience at Redstone! Every single person we have worked with has been so kind and wonderful with our dogs. They walked us through saying goodbye to our first dog and then have continued to provide exceptional care to all of them after her!

Took my kitty for a nail trim and Rx refill. The tech came to my car within minutes of my arrival. The kitty was returned within 10 minutes, no worse for the wear. I drove up to the window for the refill which was ready and I was on my way within 15 minutes total. The team was friendly, caring and very professional.

We have been bringing our cat here for 2 years and they have been great! Twice now we’ve had to bring her in for health concerns and they’ve been quick, friendly, and fairly priced.

Our dog was staying at My Pets Place which is on the same property as Redstone Animal Hospital. The staff at Pets Place visit/check out' each dog out at night and give them a quick check. One of the staff found that our dog had a big cut on her hind leg and felt staples were needed. The staff was quick to call and inform me of this injury. After confirmation from me, they walked dog over to Redstone Animal Hospital, got her fixed up and walked her back to boarding at My Pets Place. I knew our dog was in great care and did not worry about the situation and was able to continue the last day of my vacation! I'll mention one more perk...I regularly take our dog to doggie daycare at was able to schedule someone from Redstone Animal Hospital to walk over and get dog from daycare to administer annual shots and then walked dog back to daycare, Very convenient for me!
