I have been coming to this location for years. Every associate I encounter is very friendly and helpful. I've never had any issues here. Plus, the cricket price is better than Petco, and how they handle getting crickets to customers is better than Petco. (PetSmart has crickets on the floor and helps customers one at a time. Petco has crickets in a back room, and if more than one person asks for crickets, every customer has to wait for an associate to count out crickets for everyone [example, if you want 5 crickets and the person behind you wants 50, you're waiting for 55 crickets to be counted out and brought out at the same time].)

Couldn't find key to unlock case to get flee medicine. Was told to come back in 2 days and they would have key.

This location more often than not has crickets available. The crickets are good size and are much cheaper if you buy more than 80

We come to this location because Levi is outstanding! He has a lifetime of experience with reptiles (and other pets of course) and is our go-to resource for our salamander and ball python. He always has great advice for feeding, lighting, heating, etc. From his personal experience, he leads us directly to the best products and solutions. Levi is the best!

The staff are usally nice here. Occasionally a bit grouchy but 9 out of 10 times nice. They have a good selection of dog treats along with toys. Lots of cat scratches as well if your cat needs a new one. They do have a wide variety of fish. Although sometimes there is multiple dead fish in a tank. For fish accessories there is alot to choose from in this location.

Usually I take my dog right in without an appointment so they turned me away due to being too busy. Then I made an appointment that was canceled because “Nick” called in. So now I’m 3 weeks out for a simple nail trim. I went in today and Emily K. Couldn’t trim his nails because he was not having it and tried to nip at her. Why couldn’t she muzzle him or ask for help? I was turned away after 3 weeks of paying and I felt like she didn’t even try! You guys need a new crew doing your grooming. I’m sure my dogs not the only one that doesn’t like this. That’s why you guys are there! Will never go back!

Grooming’s customer service here is terrible. My appointment got cancelled because the person called in and I have been waiting 2 weeks for this appointment. My dog needed a simple nail trim and a face cut at minimum and they couldn’t accommodate to even that. They stated that the soonest they could see my dog was Wednesday but I booked this appointment specifically because we leave on our trip then and it would be too late. Very frustrating that they can’t accommodate to customers especially when I have waited so long and wasn’t asking for very much. Unless your willing to sacrifice your appointment booked in advance two weeks to be cancelled and then not willing to accommodate you, don’t book here.

Always friendly people but inventory was low. I want able to get the food I needed for my dog and ended up at another Pet Smart. They didn't have is either and ended up ordering online. Which is what I was trying not to do. Maybe next time.

Came in the other day to get some fish for my nephews. One of the employees Amanda kept walking by me not acknowledging I needed help. Finally after waiting for about 15 minutes she passed again ignoring me and I asked for some assistance with the fish. I have a medical exemption and did not have a mask. I am always helped out by other employees, but she refused to assist me because of my medical exemption. She was very rude about it and kept rolling her eyes as I was trying to letting her know about my exemption and also while I was talking with her supervisor. I have never experienced an employee so rude and inconsiderate before and instead her supervisor had to help me when he was already busy with other work in the store.

I ordered for curbside pick up that is an awesome option im not huge on lines or crowds especially now with covid its super convenient they offer this service.

Sold out of all pets, and don't know when they will get more. Its kinda sad when you walk through the doors.

I absolutely hate this pet smart it is the worst one in the Littleton area. I would not recommend this one to anyone the employees are rude and not helpful at all DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME AT ALL and the guy who works in the fish area is so rude I would would be very disappointed!
