My Pet's Place Littleton, Colorado

This was my second time taking my dog to this boarding place. 1st time, she came back and had diarrhea for two days. 2nd time, she's come back with a double ear infection and along with conjunctivitis. Loving pet owners beware.

My pup was well taken care of, friendly staff, kinda pricey.

Super great. We love this place and so do our pups. Will bring back again as.we have done before.

Staff was great! My dog looked amazing. We did a full groom for the first time today. They also were great with her silly quirks.

Today I came to pick up our cat after boarding him during a family vacation. He required special care due to his diabetes and I gladly paid for him to have his diabetic food and insulin administered to him twice daily. I had scheduled him to be cared for until 8pm and, as fortune had it, we ended our vacation early and was able to pick him up around noon. My cat was so agitated that I had to pluck him out of the cage scratched and bleeding. They sent me home with his remaining food and I noted that he had a lot more food than he should have. Because of his state of agitation, which is not normal for him, I called to make sure they gave him his breakfast at which time they informed me that they had been giving him his non diabetic cat food and his insulin. When I brought him home, his blood sugar was 50mg/dL. I truly believe that if I had waited to pick him up at 8pm as originally scheduled I would have picked up a dead family member. I will NEVER use their service again.

It was a month since my last visit and I had to bring my parrot in on a last minute emergency. Even without an appointment, the staff knew my bird by name and welcomed him. He loves Rebecca and Abby who spent time with him and he came home in such a happy mood and not stressed. I asked him if he had fun at daycare and he said, "yeah". ???? We love this place.

We can't say enough about My Pet's Place. We have been taking our dogs here for overnight boarding for 14 years now. Our newest puppy, Kokomo is a year old and quite the challenge but My Pet's Place is always very accommodating! Thank You so much for always being there for us! *******COVID Update****** I want to add that even with the challenges of Covid, My Pet’s Place continues to be a class act. I wouldn’t consider taking my pups anywhere else. The staff is amazing and always patient with my quirky pups.

My Pets Place is an excellent choice for both daycare and boarding. Their staff take great care to make sure my dogs are well cared for, safe, and comfortable during their stay. They are very responsive, quick to answer any question/inquiry, and do an awesome job caring for my dogs. I trust them to take good care of my dogs while I'm away, whether it's for the day or a longer trip. Highly recommend My Pets Place!

We have an anxious Aussie so I was so happy to hear that My pets place had a no contact option for daycare and boarding. I met a couple of the staff in person and spoke on the phone with another who answered all my questions. I was shown where my dog would be kenneled and how they would gradually introduce themselves and then if appropriate work on introducing Elsa to playtimes with other dogs. She did very well her first day! Thanks to My Pets Place!

Good friendly s ed rvice

Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had trying to get my dog groomed. I originally called on May 9th to book an appointment, they said the earliest they had available was May 24th. Seemed a bit long, but with everything going on I said okay that I wanted to do a wash, a haircut, nails and teeth for my dog. Booked it got a confirmation for my appointment. They called the Tuesday before my appointment wanting to confirm. I called them back they said they were also wanting to know what I want done for Bear because they had no notes in the appointment about it. I told them again. I want a wash, haircut, nails, and teeth cleaning done. The girl told me I was all set for the 24th for everything I had requested. Fast forward to appointment day, I’m sitting in the parking lot I call to let them know I’m here to drop bear off. The lady I was speaking with says she has no appointment for Bear today. That she has one scheduled for him on the 29th and there are still no notes about what I’m wanting bear to have done. They changed my appointment without consulting with me. And on top of that the person that does haircuts is on vacation. Absolutely appalled with the service

They are awesome and really do a great job. I have had my puppy stay with them in the past but I had my other 2 dogs stay there this time. I made a mistake and thought they had vet records for all 3 dogs but they did not. I was on vacation and out of cell range for almost the entire time but they were nice enough to call my Vet and get everything they needed. They went above and beyond and I will always be using them in the future.

I value my animals like children, please don't leave them here. I worked there, the husband has no clue what he's doing and the wife has no idea how to control her husband! The only reason I said nothing was because I thought he was going to give me a good reference............................... the only reason she has have a Veterinary license is because she was not good enough to be a doctor. From my experience please do not leave your animals here.

I've been taking my dog here for years the service is great the place is great the only reason I don't give it five stars is that there are less expensive boarding places in the area

They took excellent care of our dog Rax while we were out of town for Christmas. We loved seeing the videos of him in the play groups!

Been taking my dogs here for years they get great care and I never have to worry about them.

Just picked up my dog from boarding for 4 days. He is super happy from playing with the dogs there. Will use the boarding again.

My dogs have been going to My Pets Place since they were puppies and they are 11 years old. I have always been happy with the service I have received.

Our dogs like it. They post videos of playtime on Facebook. A bit pricey, though.

Great staff, very caring people

We love My Pets Place. They have always helped us with last minute reservations or getting stuck in traffic and not being able to pick up the dogs until the next day. Very nice group of people. I would do 5 stars but unfortunately one of our dogs did not get the right dosage of medication. This will certainly not stop us from going there. We appreciate all there help. It’s not easy with all they have to do for our dogs. Thank you guys????
