Wonderful doctors and staff, very fair pricing. Our kitties and new puppy have the best care here! They also put our very ill elderly dog to sleep in the kindest and most compassionate manner (for us and our beloved pup), we are forever grateful for that.

Lived in Castle Rock my whole life and have had experience with most of out veterinarian's. In my opinion Blue Spruce is the best and the best priced.

I just took in my 7-year-old doggo for a wellness check, vaccinations and to look at some lumps. Everyone was super nice and very professional. They had to sample some tissue to make sure the lumps were benign (they are... whewh) and the cost was still similar to what I was paying at Banfield for vaccines only. I will definitely be returning.

Dr. Chai, Dr. Tom and Dr. Feeney (recently left the clinic) ARE AMAZING. Dr. Feeney really helped to save our cat’s life and we are eternally grateful, but this review will be about the current vets at Blue Spruce. Through our ordeal, Dr. Tom answered every question we had no matter how many times a day we called. She offered supplies which took less brainpower than deciding between 500 million items on Amazon. She was encouraging when we were lost and always prescribed what our cat needed. Just awesome. So Dr. Feeney left and we saw Dr. Chai for a follow up appt. I’m wondering where he has been my whole life. HE IS GREAT WITH ANIMALS AND IS ONE OF THE KINDEST HUMANS. I never feel rushed no matter how many questions/concerns I have. Dr. Tom and Dr. Chai are both so patient and supportive. Thank you.

The team here always takes such great care of my girls! I have 2 Great Danes, one of which I struggle to get out of the car and to the door of the vet. Today for her appointment to update her vaccinations, she would not go inside at all so the tech came out and gave it to her outside where my dog was more comfortable being. They always so whatever they can to make your pet as comfortable as possible and they always love on them too!

First time taking my snake to a vet and was impressed by the prices and the staff. They also gave me a military discount on the service I received. I no longer fear going to the vet with my snakes. I cant thank the staff at blue spruce enough.

Hard to talk to the veterinarian had to ask vet tech numerous times to speak to a trained and educated vet not some helper on serious surgery questions for my dog. Then vet asks about being rude to the techs. When all I wanted was a trained professional who has gone to school. Definitely this office needs to look into speaking with clients not some tech.

My go to vet, Dr Chai has seen all of my dogs. Fantastic service, bedside manner, and care.

While I just recently started bringing my pup here, the staff has been so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Both vets I have worked with were very understanding and got straight to the point without me having to wait forever in the room to be seen.

Managed to get us in for a last minute appointment. They seem to actually care about your pet as much as you do, and do a great job treating them.

Recently found this practice and they've been great. Took our corn snake in and they were able to help him get well.

Positives..good people that care for animals. Negatives...still have to wait in car when you need urgent care when everywhere else is kicking the covid.

We took our new puppy to Blue Spruce on a family member’s recommendation and were impressed with their professionalism, genuine care and how efficiently they moved us through the process. They were kind and seemed genuinely interested in providing the best possible experience for us and our pup. Strongly recommend.

WARNING WARNING DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I Don't know how this place has any positive reviews at all. I want my money back! And not just the money I paid for a diagnosis. When your animal gets hurt or sick you should feel safe taking it to a vet knowing they just want what's best for your animal. Blue Spruce Animal Clinic definitely is not that vet. I went there for my dog and instead of them caring even a little bit about my dog they tried to claim that I was abusive.With absolutely no evidence against me I was sent to court. After a lot of time and money I was proven innocent. Now I only go to vets that I absolutely Trust because I don't have the money to waste on terrible people like this who just wanna ruin my life and my reputation for nothing more than money. I love my animals and this type of treatment just makes me sick. I can't believe I ever went there.

If you want to be treated like a criminal then go here. And if you decide you want a second opinion they'll call the cops on you. I hate this place so so much I hope you at least treated my baby better than you treated me. I will never take my boys here ever again!!!

They always take great care of my pets. I have two cats and a dog and they are very thorough with each. I've always been very comfortable with their care, and they always make sure all of my concerns are voiced and mitigated. Their Covid protocols are also top notch and appreciated! Thanks BSAC!
