I have been taking my pups there for grooming for 2+ years. Always awesome customer service and great grooming. All at reasonable prices. I have recommended them to all family and friends.

My dog Pandy loves to come and play with the other dogs. Staff is very good to her. They went through a managerial change a few months back, and the facility is nice and clean.

Your animals are NOT SAFE here. We brought our two huskies here more than a few times for doggie daycare. We felt good about boarding them for a week over Christmas while we were out of state. We called every day to check on them, and were always told they were totally fine. Pick them up a day early, and my male husky is having some sort of allergic reaction: ear infection and irritated eyes to the point that he's got tear stains (that he has never had ever). Or female husky obviously got nipped or injured. Not one staff member mentioned any of this at any point during any of our check in phone calls. The staff were asked to bring their belongings, and then our dogs. They just rolled into the lobby with the dogs, and we were missing half their stuff. It took them 40 minutes to locate their food bowls. Seriously?! What were you feeding them out of? The manager was slightly apologetic, but incredibly dismissive of the state of the health of my dogs. It's not okay. I emailed her boss several days ago, and still haven't received a response. The staff at this location are incompetent at best and outright negligent.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, genuine, and kind. Shade is so excited to get to daycare. They really take care of her while I’m at work. The service they provide feels personalized as they continually update you on any conflicting circumstances and truly have your pups best interest in mind. Great value for the care they provide for your baby.

Jenny, Allana and all the professionals at City Bark are outstanding, courteous and well intentioned with our furry loved ones! Our grand dog goes there twice a week for play time with his friends and wants to come home only to get fed and a good rest to return the next time! Thank you City Bark for doing what you do best......Caring for our furry ones!

STAY AWAY! I brought my 4 1/2 month old Golden Retriever to this location for puppy preschool, which is a day long socialization. I saw him socializing with the other dogs in Play Room 2 until about noon. So, I called to ask what was going on and where my dog was. The person who answered the phone told me that my dog was "eating lunch" and that I should expect to see him on the cameras soon. Two hours later, and I didn't see him on the cameras again. I figured that I was just being paranoid, so I didn't call again but rather waited until I went to pick him up. When I got there, the manager herself couldn't find my dog! Apparently after much searching, they realized that he had been placed in a kennel for the remainder of the day because they didn't think he was supposed to socialize since he isn't yet neutered and they weren't sure how old he was. So they just kept him in a kennel the whole day, over FIVE HOURS, instead of allowing him to socialize There are so many red flags here that it boggles my mind: - No one realized he was there for puppy daycare, for some reason, which should have made it obvious that he was too young to be neutered and also should have made it obvious that he was supposed to be with the other puppies. Why didn't they call to ask? - When someone decided to move him because they "weren't sure" about whatever (his age, whether or not he should be socialized) they didn't call me. They just made the decision and didn't say anything to me about it. Why didn't they call to ask? - When I called, they didn't bother to check what was going on. They just told me that he was eating lunch, even though the circumstances were highly, highly unusual. I called, and they didn't tell me anything - When I brought all this up to the manager, she offered me a "free day" as compensation. How in the world would I ever feel like I could trust these people again after what happened? In short, the staff here is neglectful and uncommunicative, including the manager. Easily the worst first impression I have ever had from any service of any kind. If you care about your dog, don't ever bring them here.

After telling us they had 12 spots available and having us come to an introduction and send vaccine records, we get a text (not even a phone call) letting us know that they don't have any space. They could have told us there was no space before we took off work for the introduction. No explanation. No customer service. What a disappointing experience.

They love my dog and treat him well. I would give them 5 stars instead of 5, but they do not have anyone in the facilities overnight with the dogs. They do monitoring and have alarms, but I would feel better if they did have someone there all night. That said, I would choose them over Petsmart any day, and I still use them for boarding.

We use to take our dogs here but this last time when we picked them up, they had bites all over them. Both dogs. I have two and they are labradors. Very friendly. I get accidents happen but it’s the fact no one called to say anything. I didn’t notice until I brought them home and gave them baths or I would have said questioned at the time of pick up. The staff is always changing and the pool has been closed for a year. No longer taking my business here.

This facility was aware of Kennel Cough circulating their facility starting as of 4 weeks ago… was any warning or notice given to anyone? NO. My dog has his vaccines and still managed to catch this going around. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE. I understand this can happen at any facility at any time… however to not be upfront with your customers and putting animals at risk is just negligent. AVOID THIS FACILITY. If this doesn’t scare you, feel free to view the reviews on Yelp that they cannot delete.

We were supposed to have our dogs boarded here over the holiday weekend. We took the time to come in almost a month before to have our first interview and to get a tour of the facility. Upon leaving, we had been told we were confirmed for our reservation for both dogs . A couple days later I decided our dogs would be happier in the indoor only kennel rather than the indoor/outdoor. Come to find out, our reservation was never booked and there is no availability left! We took time out of our work day to make this all happen, such a waste of time. I am thankful it didn't work out however, after touring other facilities this morning I am not impressed with City Bark AT ALL. City Bark is right off loud Sante Fe and their indoor/outdoor kennels put the dogs on a hot concrete slab right next to the road. The outdoor play areas are small as well. ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS...I have never once been able to get ahold of City Bark by phone. I called 10 times through out the day yesterday and no answer. I initially called a bunch just to get us in for an appointment. I can't imagine if I was gone on vacation and couldn't get ahold of anyone to check on my dogs. I would have been a nervous wreck letting them stay there. We are taking our dogs to My Pet Place.

My dog stayed at city bark for a second time, first time around the care seemed to be decent but he did seem depressed heading home. He’s stayed with Rovers before and never felt isolated and depressed. He became distressed under city barks care this time around and had bloody stool from anxiety and loneliness. We also picked him up, paying 280 dollars for the most shady ‘shove em in a box’ care, as he was covered in his own dried diarrhea. They couldn’t send a single staff member to grab a rag and wash him off, show the dog some love and care? I’ll never use city bark or recommend to anyone. My other dog stayed with a rover and got walks, attention and snuggles the whole time I was gone. DONT USE CITY BARK BOARDING!!! These aren’t dog lovers, these are people trying to make a paycheck off of neglecting your pup.

Took my 10 month old puppy there today to get groomed and she came out like almost terrified and she’s been groomed before. So I don’t know what happened today maybe because she’s never been there before. But later today she was sleeping and decided to not get up and pee on herself. So I really hope the groomer didn’t do anything to her to or make her have anxiety now because of this experience. I personally will never go here again.

I am very pleased with how the staff has handled my puppy, Luna. I was hesitant about using their services, as I have not used a doggy daycare before, but now I can say that I am glad I took the opportunity to bring my beloved puppy to City Bark. They are patient and caring, and that means a lot to me when it comes to my puppy's care. 3/1/2021- Though I had given a 5 star review to this place - and genuinely believe that at the time they deserve it. I have come back to edit my review for several reasons. My feelings about this place are contrite. I have used their boarding services (3 days of boarding) and when I picked up my puppy, she was skinny as if she had dropped a lot of weight in just three days. I figured that it was because she might have refused to eat. I was not given any explanation as to why she looked so skinny - again, I assumed it as because she was anxious over being separated for those days from me and simply did not eat. However, I've used other boarding services and have gotten feedback: anxious, refuses to eat, shy, friendly, etc. I let this pass and continued to bring my puppy to them for doggie daycare. On another occasion, when I picked her up, she was limping. At this point, my puppy was getting over being shy and according to the staff, she had a good time, so much that she was playing with the older dogs. I let that one slide, again, because genuinely I believe that the staff would let me know of any concerns. Here is where things got interesting for me: my puppy had presented several medical ailments, up to and inlcuding around the time we were going to have her spayed. Naturally, I asked a lot of questions. I've had dogs before, but not puppies. I asked about situations such as "if you see a dog trying to get on top of my puppy, what is your procedure?" "do you separate older dogs from youngers ones", etc. Honestly, I am not sure if this bother them. Or if they felt I was being too dramatic, too judgmental, too inquisitve. I shared my concerns with Taylor (Tyler....whatever her name is ) by the way my puppy's name is Luna - and not sure why Taylor/Tyler, continues to call her "Lu" - so Taylor/Tyler makes no difference since my dog's name makes no difference to her. Yes, it does upset me. Luna was gifted to me as a birthday present because I had been grieving the loss of my beloved dog, Zeus (whom we had for almost 11 years). So yes, it does upset me that not only this woman is calling her something else, but on top of it, everytime I go, I am stared at, I am not greeted like the other dog owners, and I dont mean the other staff, but by this woman - Taylor/Tyler. Now, going back to my review, this has been the longest review I have ever dedicated more time than I need to - because it simply bothers me and it should not have to be that way. Yesterday I dropped off Luna to the daycare for a few hours and Taylor/Tyler came out to get her. The first thing I thought after I drove away was "why do I keep bringing her here if I dont feel comfortable?". Thefore, I hope they take the time to read this review. Luna is now almost 9 months of age. I have taken her there for several months now, not everyday, maybe once or twice a week...and it has taken me this long (benefit of doubt) to feel ok coming back here to edit the original review.

Couldn’t be happier with my overall experience with this place and their boarding. I take my dog (tucker) here, and the main spot that I see the big difference is when I pick him up. Over 6 years I’ve taken him to a few different places for boarding, and what I care about is that’s this place he never comes back smelly or extremely stressed out. He clearly has a great time and the staff takes extremely good care of him. Thank you all, so so much for not only taking care of tuck for me when I’m on work trips, but letting me sleep much better knowing he’s in good hands

Excellent facilities and caring staff. My dog seems to enjoy boarding here and gets to participate in daycare activities during the duration. Variety of options and top notch amenities. Highly recommend!

I would caution anyone from bringing they’re beloved pet here. I caught them mistreating my dog on camera! Can’t imagine what they do off camera. They grabbed my dog by her collar pushed her to the ground and dragged her across the floor and then heaved her into isolation, for jumping up! She is a dog!!! She is going to jump! Not only that, I made it clear she is young and hyper and jumps, they said it wouldn’t be a problem. Discipline is one thing, abusive treatment is another! When confronted they could not only provide a valid reason (which there wouldn’t be one anyways) for why they did that and had the audacity to say they use timeout. When confronting the supervisor on duty she just blank stared at me when asking questions and that was her only response, “we do use timeout”. When trying to reach out to the GM, leaving 3 VMs, never got a response. They also did not refund the package I had just purchased that day when I told them I wanted a refund and would never be bringing her back. Horrible place, I felt so bad I had my dog there for the short time I did. To this day she cringes when I get near her collar, and she hadn’t before this experience. Very sad. I also gave them opportunity to get back to me before posting this but that never happened. DONT GO THERE!!

My dog broke his leg here... To start. We've brought our dog here for almost a year and it was always a great experience until the last one. I don't think the company is bad I want to make that clear before stating my experience. We brought our then 10month old corgi puppy there for a weekend. On day two of the stay we received a text saying he just strained his leg. My fiancee called and they assured her it truly was just a sprain. We picked him up on Monday and immediately when we got home my fiancee questioned whether his leg was actually broken and not strained. Of course after a visit to the vet is was a broken femur and would require urgent next day surgery to fix as it had been broken so long. I want to highlight the fact that citybark did cover his medical expenses in the form of reimbursement, and they were very apologetic and handled the situation as gracefully as possible. However, the communication was lacking and we had to call many times before we received a response, and even then had to call multiple more times when communication deadlines on their end came and went. It was a frustrating month before the reimbursement check came. As to what happened to him unfortunately there were no cameras in the area to record the event and they say he jumped off a two foot ramp. I am giving them 2 stars for taking ownership of the situation and reimbursing for the medical expenses and leaving the other three stars out due to the fact of poor communication and the fact that he had a broken leg for several days in their care.

Our first day at City Bark was a success! Very clean and dogs are happy. My only disappointment was that there was nothing for the dogs to play with; no toys and no climbing ramps or pads in the dog room. I saw lots of messes being cleaned up but no outdoor time or outdoor breaks that I could see. The staff was kind with my pup and they always are friendly and willing to answer my questions. He even had a little nap to rest up from the new experience. We will go a few more times to see if toys and ramps or climbing devices are ever utilized to keep the dogs from just walking in circles and lying around all day. I'll update this post over time :)

I thought I would liked city bark but when I brought my dog there to have her nails trimmed, the girl had no expertise on how to get it done. Yes my dog is an 8 month old puppy and she is a shiba inu, however, my expectation with a groomer is that they have resources to use in the case a dog might not like having their nails cut. After she took my dog inside it wasn't even a minute before she appeared back with my dog suggesting I take her to the vet to have them done. OMG! Really? She tells me my dog freaked out and tried to get away and pee'd on her because my dog was scared. I wasn't happy with her suggestion nor her immediate reaction to just deny my dog the service that was needed.

It always takes me forever to write reviews and I should have done this sooner. My dog, Odin, loves to go here. Especially in the summer when the pools are available. He is able to burn off a bunch of energy and make a ton of friends. They also do small little holiday events and other events throughout the year for the dogs (photoshoots, costume contests, prizes, etc.). I have walked through the location and it seems fairly large for the amount of dogs they have and the staff is also super friendly. I know they take great care of the dogs there and I have absolutely 0 concerns leaving Odin there for the day but if I could make a suggestion, it would be to upgrade to a new camera system so I could actually see the pups play throughout the day. I used the app provided to me a year ago and had a very difficult time even identifying any dogs. All in all, I love this place and will continue to bring Odin here. Thanks for taking care of my buddy!

Edit: I have been leaving our dog here for day care and it is just the best experience for him. I called in when I couldn't find him on the webcam and he was inside, with water, taking a break on a hot day. They really care for their animals. Original: I boarded our dog for the first time over a long weekend. The place seemed clean and inviting. My dog loves the pool. Staff is very friendly and great with the animals.

We love this place! We took our pup, Mac, there for the first time on Monday, August 31st, at the Littleton location and he loved it. Your first visit is free for new customers which was great and reassuring that our pup was able to handle being at Doggy Day Care. I also love the web-cams so I can see how he is doing throughout the day while I'm at work. The facilities are very clean and they continue to clean the throughout the entire day while the dogs are in different play areas, outside and the pool. Thank you to the handlers that take care of the different groups of doggies all day, you guys take wonderful care of all them! We plan on bringing him on Tuesdays and Fridays to have tons of fun instead of being bored and alone at home by himself!

Our little puppies Potato and Strawberry needed to spend a few days in boarding while my wife and I had to take a trip out of town for some family and business reasons. They took exceptional care of our babelets and sent updates and cute photos. We had them groomed while we were away as well, and they looked so cute when we picked them up to come home. Their commutation an level of attention set us at ease our whole time away. I'll reccomend to others and will use again.
