Since July my lessons at Cottonwood have added so much to my life. The teachers are patient, so knowledgeable, caring, experienced and the teaching horses are great for beginners like me. I love it so much I leased a horse to ride twice weekly. The Club is very well managed, the owners are hands-on and the facility is tops. Riding was on my "bucket list", and now my horse dream has come true! Love it.

I have been in lessons for 6 weeks now and my lesson days at Cottonwood Riding Club have quickly become my favorite day of the week. Learning a new skill as an adult can be intimidating, but the support from everyone I've encountered has been so wonderful! Beth has made me feel so welcome and I really appreciate the hard work she does to keep things organized, as well as pairing me with a trainer who fits my learning style. I cannot rave enough about Judy and how thoughtful she is with my lessons. Any strides I have made in these six weeks are because of how supportive Judy is and she consistently keeps me challenged week to week. I could go on about the staff, but I'll just say that everyone has been so lovely and I truly cherish the time I get to spend at Cottonwood Riding Club and with the school horses.

If i could give a negative review, i would, ugh nothing good to say, barn staff rude, the workers are nice but i dont think they speak english, typical hunter barn hiring, probaly working from under the table, barn are nice ish, if you want to pay 700, oh that doesnt inculde turn out, or grain thats 100$ more, over priced lessons, if your not a white, or fair skinned, english rider, they dont care about you are your horse. , multiple time and multiple people have told management about empty waters on hot days, I am paying for a boat load of money for full care , not self , i could say more things but i think ive said enough

I love this barn! Owners, staff and boarders are wonderful, everyone is helpful to each other, and my horse gets amazing care. For a facility with such great amenities it's also very reasonably priced. I've boarded horses in 4 different states and Cottonwood is right up there as one of the best!

The lady who work in the office not nice person! She speaks very rude and the owner is rude to my sun and me too! They huts my son feeling very badly! How can owner said: our place not for your son to play with horse ! Your son only wants to play with horse! This place is not good for your son to play. Your son should to go to other club there is for kids to play! Manager said we are not welcome you and your son come here again! My son in the office too! How rude are they! This is my first time to saw how services to rude to customer in US! They give me big surprise! Wow right now my son still feel hurt he told me! I can't believe they said to us

I moved my horse to Cottonwood Riding Club 2 years ago. I moved because of the indoor riding arena footing. I ride 5-6 days a week, all year. Being able to actually ride my horse in the winter is a top priority. The indoor lit arena is fantastic, always wet down and maintained. I have found the management helpful, responsive and kind. The barn is always doing maintenance and improvements to the property. My horses water is checked several times a day when it is freezing outside and his pen gets cleaned everyday by a crew of caring staff. The hay always smells so good. The trainers all have something different to offer in ways they teach that work with the students way of leaning, either through visual, hearing or doing. What a nice place to have my horse.

I've been boarding my horse here now for a year and a half. This place is run very professionally like a business (which I love) by a family who owns it, so you get the best of both worlds. I was welcomed from day one and have never encountered any snobbery. The trainers are very knowledgeable, and if you want to show, they make it a very positive experience! I also really appreciate the access to Chatfield trails and the ability to watch and meet riders from all different disciplines. Prices are extremely reasonable compared to competing barns, and for all the same amenities (indoor arena, several outdoor arenas, tack shop, etc.). Each year they hold a few "one of a kind" fun shows that you can't find anywhere else. This truly is a special place. I highly recommend it for both adult riders and children.

We love Cottonwood Riding Club. They have such a welcoming staff and atmosphere. They take great care of the horses and the riding instruction is amazing. We feel so lucky to have found this place. They teach you from start to finish how to care for the horse and how to ride the correct way with such caring instruction. I would recommend them to everyone!
