I feel so lucky to have found the VCA Anderson team. They are so amazing - they really care about animals and go above and beyond in service of the pets in their care. Literally, they spend more time with my pups during our check up appointments than my human doctor does with me. My dogs feel safe, and I have felt supported by them since the earliest puppy days. Thank you to the amazing doctors and tech team for all you do!

My mother takes her cat to this place. Lou is 16 years old with feline asthma and chronic sinus infections. My mother is somewhat hearing impaired so I (or my younger sister, who recommended VCA) usually call for appointments and suggestions, and we accompany mom and Lou to the appointments. We couldn't be happier with the care Lou has received at VCA Anderson. They are kind, compassionate, and their prices are very decent. Ashley is one of the sweetest, most patient receptionists in the world and she goes above and beyond to help us either get an appointment asap, or get suggestions for Lou's complicated issues. Dr. Lutz and her CVT are wonderful with Lou. My sister takes her cat to the VCA location in Littleton and has nothing but good things to say about them. I will definitely be taking my cat to VCA when she needs it!

VCA Anderson has always gone above and beyond to provide quality care to my puppy Charlie. The front desk staff have always been friendly and helpful. Dr. Stocks and Dr. Savoy took great care to do thorough examinations and testing to help diagnose Charlie when she was having some interesting health problems. They provided good resources and guidance throughout the process. I never felt rushed during our conversations and I always felt their communication and follow-up was exceptional.

We have 5 dogs used to be 6 that we took to this vet. Took one of them in to be spayed everything went great. She healed great and we went on. We ended up rescuing another dog from an abusive neglectful situation and took her in to be spayed as well. That was a big mistake. We have never had any issues with this place but my dog ended up getting an infection. Now she is having surgery at an animal hospital due to an infection. I thought it was common sense to send anyone who just had surgery home with antibiotics to prevent an infection. People and animals. I call them and ask them to help me out and they say there is nothing they can do. I am extremely disappointed. We loved this vet. Everyone is normally friendly and helpful but since COVID they have gone WAY down hill. I will now be moving my 5 dogs to a different vet. I get accidents happen and the risk of infection is there after a surgery. However, all we got is a sorry and basically a figure it out on your own.

These people are all about money. Every single time you call, for anything, they require a in-office visit. I took him a few months ago for a rash and was told it could be this, it could be that, or it could be this and they prescribed an antibiotic and told us that it might end up being a dermatologist visit. Well day before I leave for vacation the hot spots show back up, I contact the office for a refill of the antibiotic to provide him short term relief and a referral for the dermatologist. They give me the referral and tell us the only way they can provide a refill is seeing him again. I bring up the last visit, where they told us they had no idea what caused it. Knowing more than likely that information would be given again since this is the exact issue as before. They still insist the only way to give him the medication is if they see him. I called the dermatologist to set up an appointment and she recommended me to get a shampoo to help! Thank god for her ACTUAL help. She saved me the cost of a vet visit and will help my puppy find short term relief until a real vet can see him. I will never return to VCA, I should have left when my vet left the company. This company is full of crooked vets, that are just looking to fill their pockets. To top it off, they have the receptionist text me information vs calling me back. Beware of this company.

The best veterinarian experience I've had ever. I have an Old English Sheepdog who has allergies and itchy ears. Went to a few vets w no progress. Took a couple times but this place got him fixed up, can't recommend them enough. Thank you to the great staff over at VCA!

They have such a wonderful staff. They are so sweet and made my pet and I very comfortable. VCA also has a monthly payment program to make taking your pet in more affordable.

I usually have great experiences at VCAs but I took my dog in to get up to date on his vaccinations a couple of months ago and am now realizing they didn't do his bordetella that was due over a year ago. Now I'm stuck scrambling to get him in to have it done last minute so he can be groomed. When we left our appointment with VCA we were told everything was up to date so we didn't feel the need to check but I guess we should have (it was also a curb side drop off so we didn't get to be inside with him during). Why would they forget to give him one of the most required vaccinations? I'm giving 2 stars because the people who took him in were at least kind.

Front desk ladies pretty rude. Vet was ok. Didn't say whats wrong. Hmmmm

Love love love this place. All staff we (myself and our kitty) interacted with were phenomenally kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They don't just get you in and out, they really listen and help. They went above and beyond for our kitty and put her health miles before making money. Not all vets are like this, but these people really care. I would recommend VCA Anderson to anyone in the Denver Metro area, especially anyone who has a cat suffering from FIP.

Been our Vet for over 10 years!!! Could not ask for a better Vet, staff is great, compassionate about their job, and do everything in their power to help your animals.

I took my dog here for the first time and had a wonderful experience! Dr. Schoonmaker was so kind and thorough explaining everything I needed to know. Everyone we encountered there was pleasant and helpful. We will be going back! Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with service here. Not only have I been lied to about several details with their care club but they also showed no concern when my puppy was sick still waiting to hear from a manger to cancel my care plan and still being charged and was told only a manager can cancel and I have to wait for their call its been a month already and have been charged again.

Consistently terrible customer service at the front desk. They are not concerned. They just don’t want bad reviews and this seems to be the only way to get their attention. Don’t go here if you care about your pet.

UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO TAKE MY LOVED ONE TO BE PUT TO SLEEP EVERYONE WAS SO KIND CARING AND HELPED ME THRU THE PROCESS I HAD MY KITTY CREMATED AND WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP HIS ASHES I WAS VERY SURPRISED BY HOW PERFECT EVERYTHING WAS IT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT THANK YOU EVERYONE PLUS I GOT THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CARD FROM THE STAFF
