I was reaching groomers and came upon the groomer and the reviews. So, I emailed this groomer about a month ago, with never a response. So, I thought I call to get some information and the gentleman that answered the phone was not helpful. Right off asked if my dog was well behaved. I get it, you don’t want a vicious or not well behaved dog. My dog is a 1yr old small dog and he gets a little nervous with is feet being touched. He proceeded to tell me that he’s gonna have to pass…really!! He only wants well behaved dogs. Okay, that’s your right as a business owner. Then, you need to put that information on your website.

Absolutely love Spawology! They take such good care of our pupp Stark! They always recommend the best for him and when we pick him up from his spa day he leaves happy, clean and smelling great! Would highly recommend them for taking great care of your fur babies!

We have a male Pomeranian that is nearly impossible to nail trim. $15 and 5 minutes later he was returned to us happy and trimmed. Amazing. Shawn was super friendly and nice to our little terror. We will be back with all of our dogs.

Luke and his staff are wonderful. I was definitely nervous dropping my puppy off the first time, but they took great care of her. Ahsoka has had three trips to Spawology so far. She has come out every time looking like a teddy bear, smelling so good, and happy as could be!!

I wish I could post two reviews, with one being the best for the quality of the grooming, and another being the worst for ability to contact Spawology and make an appointment. The good/great... Shawn (I hope I got the spelling correct) is awesome, and if I could manage it, I wouldn't have anyone else groom my dogs. He is awesome with my dogs and understands how an Aussie should be groomed. My dogs always look great and I can tell they feel better after he is done with them. And their prices are very fair to boot. Now the bad... I've been calling for over a week to make another appointment to get both of my dogs groomed, but no one ever answers the listed phone number (it has the Spawology greeting) and the voicemail box is always full, so no message can be left. I also sent an email to the address listed on the web page, but no reply so I can't make an appointment through that avenue either. If it weren't for Shawn I would have stopped patronizing Spawology a while ago, based solely on my inability to get anyone to answer a phone and make an appointment. It's silly that an establishment in todays day and age where applications can be added to websites for booking appointments, and a full voice mailbox (for crying out load), is the reason to stop patronizing an establishment. I have talked with a few other people I've referred to Spawology, and many either never started taking their dogs there because they couldn't get in touch with anyone, or stopped taking their dog there for the same reason. Fix this problem and I may be back, but more importantly, fix this and your business may grow exponentially. At least for now, I'm on the hunt for another groomer who can answer a phone, and take an appointment, and hope I can find someone with Shawn's grooming ability. Update... within 1 hour of posting this review the owner DID have the time to not only write a response, but also inform me I've been removed from the client list at Spawology because of the 1 star review. So, instead of answering his phone to take/make an appointment for over a week, and not responding to an email for an appointment, he does respond to tell me he doesn't want my business. The pandemic is NOT a reason to not answer a business line. I would have updated the review, had he simply rectified the problem.

I love Spawology!! I have been getting my husky groomed here for awhile now and I can’t recommend them enough! I highly recommend them and once you’re on their schedule just keep making appointments when you go pick your dog up!

Took my puppy here. Was new to a poodle and hoping to get some guidance for daily up keep. Instead the groomer commented what a challenging breed they are and I needed to do better. She came back looking great. When I scheduled the next groomer I called and left a message and never got a call back. Very nice space and is very very clean.

The guy who works here is so super rude. We will NEVER be back.

I’ve been taking my dog in about once a month to get her nails trimmed and her glands expressed, and she does so great with the staff! We recently got her groomed and I was so happy with how she looked and the overall experience. Luke and the entire staff are so kind to Sadie and she loves it here. The pricing is always fair and I’m never disappointed with the service!

I have been taking my rescue Miniature Schnauzer for a year and a half and love Spawology. Luke, the owner is very friendly and great with Abby and Spencer the groomer just gave her the best grooming ever! Worth the drive from Downtown! We love Spawology!!

We walked in with no call prior and no appointment for just a nail trim and they got our pup Aspen in right away. She’s super anxious and timid when entering a new place, but Luke was very sweet and spoke calmly to her the whole time. I could see her in the window being praised for sitting still and comforted when she pulled away or showed anxiety. We were in and out of there within minutes! I’ve had such bad experiences at pet groomers with her, but Spawology is so far the only spot that took the time to treat my dog kindly and be patient with her.

The folks at spa Wolof you were great with my little fury friend! They took their time to clean up and bathe my buddy! Would recommend anyone to go get their dog groomed and bathed. Their schedule and online services are easy as well!

They did a great job on my 2 high energy puppies. Very nice folks and they take great pics of the dogs when they're done.

We were to be on a 6 weeks rotation. It was past time, so we tried to reach out to them. No response to phone calls or email. This is not how you treat clients.

I took my German Shepherd in for grooming and they did an awesome job on her! I think I've found my groomer from now on! ???? The prices were very reasonable and the people were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Luke and his team are amazing! They take the best care of our wiggly girl and always ask for details and specific requests. Priced extremely fair and the quality of grooming is top-knotch. Best groomer we’ve ever had!

100% recommend! My four year old husky has never been professionally groomed and I was nervous about how he would handle the appointment and the experience. On top of that, he has a soft tissue and ligament shoulder injury that makes me extremely hesitant leaving him with anyone in general. Luke and his staff were super supportive and listened to all of my concerns - he walked me through the process and made sure all my questions were answered. Archer was in full blowing mode where I couldn’t keep up with his coat. Luke recommended Archer getting a mud bath and I am so incredibly happy he did. His coat is so incredibly soft and hydrated! When I picked up Archer, he looked absolutely fabulous! Archer trotted out extremely happy and showed no signs of aggravation to his shoulder condition. I truly believe Luke and his team did an outstanding job with my pup!

Wish I could give them 5 stars because they do a great job with our dog, but making appointments has become very difficult. Emailed them on July 26th and didn't get a response for 4 days, but didn't get to schedule an appointment with that response. I figured they must've been busy because of how popular they are, so I emailed them again a couple days ago hoping to set up an appointment. I made sure to include all my info and mentioned emailing them before and getting no response to schedule a time and date. They got back to me immediately, but again once I replied 5 minutes later to set a specific appointment time and date I got no response. I tried to call, but I guess you can only call and make an appointment if you're new. It's too bad I had to make an appointment with another groomer because I don't normally have an issue with it taking 2 weeks to just set up an appointment time and date.

I went in for a walk in glands express and was seen right away, even though it was quite busy. Everyone was friendly and helpful and since my dog's glands were actually fine there was no charge! I will certainly be going back for future grooming needs.

Luke and his team are incredible. Upon arriving, it’s immediately apparent that they love your dog and treat them with love and care. They have always gone the extra mile to make our dogs look great and feel comfortable. They also have really great pricing for the work do, especially when it comes to their mud bath de-shed. We have two corgis who shed a lot and this treatment saves us weeks before seeing it begin to accumulate again. Scheduling with them is best over email a couple weeks in advance. We couldn’t recommend them enough! : )

We have brought my two senior, special needs dachshunds in to see Luke at Spawology for nail trims and full grooming for my long-haired girl. Spawology genuinely loves dogs and definitely know how to treat older dogs with gentleness and dignity. They also have always allowed me the peace of mind to stay on-site while my dog gets groomed, always making it an express appointment but never cutting corners on making sure she comes out looking good! In staying close by during my dog’s appointments, I have observed firsthand how Luke is with all clients that come in - he is so friendly and professional, whether it is a walk-in or appointment. I would highly recommend this place for your dog - I trust Luke and his team completely with keeping my extra special, old puppies safe and happy when in their hands.

One word describes their customer service, quality of work, cleanliness of the shop, and focus on my dog’s needs; AMAZING. This was my first experience with Spawology and was immediately impressed upon a pre-appointment consultation. My dog is 14 yrs old and has a few older-dog challenges as well as a few skin bumps. Other groomers would always cut or nick these bumps, even after being showed the locations. I expressed my concerns with the team at Spawology and they informed me of their lengthy experience with older dogs and would be mindful of the challenges. Wow, I’m blown away. My pup looks amazing and not one cut/nick of her skin bumps. Their communication prior, during, and after the appointment was first class. They truly put the needs of the pet first, which I highly appreciate. I wish I would have found Spawology years ago, but now that I know them, they will get all my business as well as my friends.

I have a 6 year old husky/possibly mixed with Akita that has a very thick coat! It tends to get impacted around his rear and neck. I’ve had other groomers cause permanent damage to his coat around his neck by over brushing. I’ve also experienced my dog coming home bathed and fluffed but with not much in the de-shed department! Spawology does an amazing job at grooming my high maintenance pup. They treat him so well that he’s excited to go, his coat looks better than any groomer he’s ever seen when he comes home, they do a great job at de-shedding and trimming all the right places. Luke is by far the best groomer my pup has seen and costs about the same as the others! They have also taken beautiful pics of my freshly groomed pup. 12/10 recommend Spawology for any dog, but especially any long haired or high maintenance coats!

We just took our German Shepherd Omar to Spawology for the first time, and he looks/smells amazing! Very professional team, Shawn the groomer was incredible. Glad we found a reliable spot for all future grooming needs!
