Kriser's Natural Pet Lakewood, Colorado

Sold me expired food! MAKE SURE TO CHECK EXPIRATION DATES. Prices MUCH higher than any other store. Grooming appointment was changed twice and groomer was very unprofessional, in knowledgeable about my breed of dog and rude. I had specifically asked for a different groomer but was told no. I will never go back to this location at Colorado Mills.

Jennifer A. groomed my Gabadoodle (a Great Pyrenees), and did an amazing job! She took time with us beforehand to explain what she would be doing and what to expect. They aren't pushy about trying to upsell you $4,000 worth of treatments and treats, so that is greatly appreciated! We will definitely be bringing Gabs back to visit Ms. Jennifer when she starts to blow her winter coat!!!

This store has really changed very clean, love the new management team . Will continue to shop here

First time back at this Krisers in a while decided to give it a second chance. Had my Dog groomed by Anna .she was so kind and so nice to me and my Dog . At checkout Caroline was so nice . I will continue to shop at this location

If I could give 100000 stars I would. I love everything about this location. The crew at the front are incredible, knowledgeable, and kind. While I've heard both of the groomers are wonderful, this review is specifically for Jennifer. Jennifer far exceeded our expectations, and we are forever grateful we found her. Our little man, Marshall, is a 6-pound Havapoo. He's been through a lot lately - moving across the country and having a horrible first experience with a different groomer (NOT at Kriser). We were really worried about finding a groomer who would treat him with love and care. JENNIFER AND KRISER'S NATURAL PET goes above and beyond. Jennifer was gentle, thorough, and has a true passion for customer service and animal care. She provided a few recommendations for products and gave Marshall the perfect cut for his needs. We are blessed to finally feel comfortable leaving our little man with this incredible community.

Jennifer was an amazing groomer who worked with my toy poodle. My dog was done quickly exactly how I wanted and Jennifer even gave me some tips for my dog's breath. I think Jennifer's past experience as a vet tech give her a great perspective and her work is well worth the price compared to other places I've been.

Jennifer was great! Not only was she kind, friendly and patient with me and my pup, Bowie, but she did exactly what I asked for. Bowie came out happy and cute as ever - and quickly! Thanks Jennifer!

What a great experience we had with Jennifer today!!! We have been in search of a new groomer since 2020, and couldn’t be happier with Jennifer’s assistance today.

Stay away from the new groomer, Jennifer. She is rude, defensive and not very skilled at grooming. We will never return. The new manager was nice, but did not care one bit when I said we would never return.

Kylynn and Jennifer were so attentive and helpful. They made us feel welcomed and were very helpful with finding treats that will work for our dog with food allergy issues.

Jennifer did a great job grooming our golden doodle. There was a scheduling mixup and she worked with us to get him in. We will be back!

We took our Havanese to get groomed. The cut was so short that the area around his butt was injured. He hasn't been right for 3 days. Every time he walks, he whips his head around as if something is biting him. I think the groomer allowed the electric trimmer to get hot and it burned him. Not risking a return visit.

Jennifer was fantastic. Our sweet girl had a ton of bad knots and build up. Jennifer was gentle, thoughtful, and very skilled in helping get them out and get our pup back to herself. Thank you, Jennifer!!

Excellent customer service! I ordered food for my dogs online and almost week went by without it arriving. I checked the tracking and it seemed like the package was lost. I reached out via email to request a refund. The same day the store sent an Uber to my home to deliver the bag! I’ve never experienced customer service like that, and will definitely keep buying my dogs’ food from here!

The staff are always friendly and helpful here! I normally order online and get the discount but my dog didn't like the new food we got so I was instructed to bring it back to the store and picked a new one. Customer service is great!

I was practically a walk-in and hadn't had my dog professionally groomed since the pandemic. Also, I'm picky about who trims his nails because they always make him bleed. The groomer did a great job and our Dog looked and seemed to feel great when we picked him up. His nails looked great with no signs of bleeding.

Anna was a fantastic groomer for my golden doodle. I am so happy with her fresh summer cut! Anna removed all mats and was able to keep her hair at a soft length, and whatever shampoo they use smelled so good. We are visiting from Seattle and I was pleasantly surprised to see that Kriser's was $25 less than her groomer up there and the cut and nail trim were top notch.

Great spot for healthy pet munchies and they perform the best grooming and cut for my wiry haired dog. Great prices and sweet staff.

UPDATE: This staff has changed is still wonderful. The manager, Amy, and the customer service specialist, Monique (spelling?) knows all of the customers and treats us so very well. Since the pandemic, we have been using the curbside pickup and they are wonderful. They know when to order our food and have it ready when we come. Rebecca, the groomer, is always excellent and friendly and cares deeply about each of the dogs she grooms. My dogs have never loved having their nails clipped nor having a bath at other grooming places. We have been coming here for just about 4 1/2 years for their grooming and they have always been happy after their grooming session. Clark Kent, Venus, and Elektra, the 3 mini dachshunds love this place and give it 12 paws up! Fantastic store. The staff especially their manager, Deborah, is extremely knowledgeable about pet nutrition. They have helped us become informed about our 3 dogs' diet and what they need to be healthy. They care about each customer who comes in. The groomers are caring and treat each pet as their own. LOVE this store. It is worth the drive and worth the price.

I’ve been coming to this location for the past year now every week once I moved here with my 2 pups and I can’t say enough good things about Kriser’s. First, it wouldn’t be Kriser’s without seeing Miss Amy. Amy has been our ray of sunshine in this weird, dark year every Friday for the past year. My girls, Roxie & Rowdy, come with me every time and they start crying when we are close to Kriser’s bc they know they are going to be welcomed with so much love by Miss Amy. Kriser’s would be lost without her!!! She makes our experience worthwhile and so enjoyable. Lastly, you seriously cannot beat the products they have. We love supporting smaller or local businesses, it is totally worth every dollar and every product is organic and so good for my pups, which is very important for any dog mama. Thank you thank you Miss Amy & Kriser’s for being SO good to me, Roxie, & Rowdy the past year, we would be lost without you guys!

I take my dogs there to get groomed all the time. They are wonderful. Unfortunately during the nationwide shutdown the grooming services are unavailable. Best compliment I can give: I miss you when I can't get there!!!
