Excellent facilities and friendly staff

I travel to Colorado often and take my dogs to Samantha. She does a wonderful job. You can tell how much she loves animals. And she’s always so pleasant to interact with.

I called to make a grooming appointment, and as soon as I told her I have a coupon offer, she told me there were no openings until the end of December. I was able to go online and book an appointment for this week.

I made an appointment several weeks ago to have my dog groomed. When I arrived this morning, the groomers were gone and the grooming area was shut down. The woman at the other desk said there was an equipment problem and that all clients had been contacted by phone. I was not contacted by phone, email or text. When I asked her what I should do, she shrugged and began talking to a coworker. It was the first time I’ve used Petsmart and will certainly be the last time!! Incredibly poor service!!!!

They have science diett prescription food, very thankful they can fill the prescriptions needed.

Place was clean. Didn't have the dog food we were looking for, Purina One Large breed puppy, in the size we wanted. Didn't need a 40 lbs bag. Decent store, nice employees, good location since our son was playing over at the Sport Stable.

I had a grooming appointment at 9:30 AM with Samantha. When I got to the Petsmart the lights were off the doors were closed and locked I knocked and called and waited several minutes and then eventually left. When I got home and called Petsmart Samantha answered the phone and when I told her what happened she said that they weren’t officially open until 10 AM so that store would be dark inside and I would have to pry the doors open to go inside and ring some sort of a bell. I told her the doors were locked and the lights are off and if I had to do all those things it would’ve been nice if they had given me those instructions when I made the appointment. She just snapped at me OK then and hung up on me. I called back because I thought maybe we were disconnected she told me she hung up on me deliberately because I was being rude and then hung up on me a second time. I called back asked for a manager and then she said call back after 10 and then hung up on me a third time. This is the worst customer service ever. I’ve been a loyal petsmart customer for over 20 years and I’ve never had an issue of any sort… I know we’re in a pandemic and everyone is shortstaffed and customer service isn’t great these days… But it was totally unnecessary and uncalled for for her to be so rude and hang up on me. Me and my dog were excited to get groomed and we were hoping she would’ve just apologized and asked us to come back or maybe get us rescheduled. But after her bad attitude and the way she treated me I would never want Samantha to groom my dogs. She seems very angry. Update, the manager called me and apologized and I feel better about the situation and I’m satisfied now.

Shara at superior, CO grooming salon inside petsmart does a great grooming job on our Standard Poodle, Princeton! He always looks great! Ashley also dies a great job!

Sam at the Superior grooming saloon is rude and aggressive, She actually hung up on me when when I proved what she was telling me was not accurate. I have been bringing my dogs to this store for years. That ended today.

These groomers lack customer service. One of the groomers was fired and they claimed to have called my number personally to explain, but that's not true. I showed up at 8AM on a Sunday as scheduled, and the groomer there told me no one was available to groom my dog. And she was kinda nasty about it too. So offensive! Bear in mind, I had made appointment weeks ago. I had received an automatic voicemail encouraging me to finish check-in before coming in - which I did - and to make sure to bring current vaccination records for my dog - which I stopped by my vet to get. As a result, I will not be going back to PetSmart. There are better places to get my dog groomed.

Dead fish in almost every tank, dirty cloudy tank water, and rude staff

Pet Smart 402 Center Dr, Superior, CO. I shopped at this store on Wednesday October 6th,2021 @11:25am. The cashier nattily was so rude. She tried to embarrass me about using my pet Rx card on my phone that I have as a pdf file in my email. She also was enjoying arguing with me about a price that was marked incorrectly. She tried to embarrass me and yelled at me. I wasn't happy with her customer service. She was awful!!! I always go in there because they are usually so friendly. However today that wasn't the case. I know they are going through a lot of changes at that store because one of the managers was fired. Not sure why they have someone like nattily working with customers. Thankfully Alex stepped in to help me out so she could stop her behavior. Angie, Levi, and Alex are all awesome when I go in there. I would go elsewhere for your pets food and needs. There needs to be more changes at this store for the better!

Supply issues on some items just like everywhere else, but one of the better stocked PetSmarts.

We have been going here for 3 years with no issues. Today, when checking my dog in, Sydney (unless she lied about her name, she was working the grooming counter on 9/10 at 12:30 pm - UPDATE: she lied about her name, because she mentioned Sydney would be our groomer. Her name was Ashley. Ridiculous.) was extremely rude to my wife and giving her a hard time after asking if he could take small breaks (as we have done in the past) due to a bad leg after a CCL tear. When asked if he takes any medicine, my wife explained that he takes an daily anti-inflammatory (1/2 Carprofen) to make him more comfortable, especially when he is standing for long periods of time. She claimed that she can't take any dog who takes medicine?!?! This has never been an issue in the past, but today, this rude employee turned her away. On top of that, before she mentioned his leg, Sydney said that she would be unable to dry him because it simply says he isn't a big fan of the drier in his chart (which has never been a problem in the past). We have always had great service here and have never been so appaled at how we were treated. My dog was unnecessarily stressed out for no reason. Suggest you look elsewhere unless you want to be treated by condescending and unprofessional staff. We will no longer be using petsmart for any of our pet needs.

Waited in fish dept for five minutes. Asked cashier for help. Waited 5 more minutes. Went back to ask for help again and no cashiers. Walked out.

Great Store Levi always is so helpful and friendly I enjoy shopping here!!

They didn't have my dogs dog food

Staff was very helpful. I appreciate being helped quickly and check out immediately.

There is never enough staff to handle the lines and when I ask I get dirty looks and remarks from the staff on the floor. Bad service.

Nice employees. Store has what I need

The grooming team does good work. We've brought a Cavalier and a lab here. Our cab got a good wash and cut. Our lab mix is skittish. The grooming crew was patient and earned her trust and got those nails trimmed.

The staff here is always so friendly. I wish they were cheaper, but the location is so convenient.

Always helpful & knowledge staff

Always has a good stock of different dog foods including those for sensitive stomachs. The staff are very nice and always ask before they offer my dog a treat. The floors are always clean and there are enough cashier's to get through my purchases quickly. The groomers at this location are excellent and always do so well keeping my anxious dog calm. They have always gone above and beyond in getting his service done and recognize my dog by name.

Nice cashiers! As a matter of fact, everytime I go (in the evenings) it seems like the only person there is one cashier... Whatever, she does a great job. They always have the cat food we buy.

Worst experience ever! Will never go back. I have been taking my dogs to be groomed at PetSmart for years and they have always taken my current dogs rabies tag but today they said they needed the paper with the expiration date . I showed then that the date on the top of her tag was 2021. That was not enough. I asked for a manager. I asked if I could go home and bring it back they said no. I offered to bring it back they said no. No manager came to help. I asked the Bamford vet clinic if they could verify that they don't put the expiration year on the tag but she said she couldn't because it was from another vet and the receptionist accused me of putting a false rabies tag on my dog. I have taken my dog to PetSmart for 9 1/2 years. They obviously don't value their customers. I have never been treated so rudely. I will never go back and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Very friendly place and their grooming salon is literally the best there so sweet and kind my puppy looked amazing after his bath. He was so fluffy????

Very disappointed that we showed up 10 minutes before the store was closing and they refused to sell us any fish. Said they dont sell them after 830pm. There are no signs posted staying this. I am very disappointed in the customer service.

Always a pleasure to take my Aussie for a spa day. She is treated well and Shara is an amazing groomer. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Would always recommend this grooming facility.

Very helpful staff, and they pretty much had everything I needed.
