Always so great with my american bully. They stay late just to get us in! Such great work. Would definitely recommend, they truly care. Thanks for such a great experience!

We have been going here for 8 years. While they are more pricey than other places, they always work within your budget to the best of their ability and have care credit available which has saved us a couple of times with emergencies. They always check in after the appointment and take great care of my fur baby. The reason for the 4 stars is the prices, outside of that definitely 5 stars.

My sweet parrot Noodle was a patient here and they did everything they could for him and they understood how important he was too me. When we had to let him go, they were there for me and did everything they could for us and I couldn't ask for a better vet and staff. Dr Casteneda will always hold a special place in my heart.

Wonderful people and top notch service

Made an Urgent Care visit here after a terrible experience with a different emergency hospital in the area. Kim, our vet tech, was so kind and patient & explained everything well. Dr. Buys listened & asked questions to help better understand the situation and really took the time to help me navigate it all. Thank you so much for the exceptional care.

I was very pleased with the service at West Ridge Animal Hospital. Dr. Nicol was awesome. I could tell right away that she was really concerned and cared about my cat.

Curbside check in was smooth and fast, we were allowed to go on with our animals, and the staff was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable

Went to have a dog checked for a chip and found he was very helpful and caring animal hospital

Our little pup was diagnosed with parvo. We ended up shifting her Colorado animal speciality and emergency hospital boulder to here. They treated her with care and she was back home on the 3rd day. It was cheaper than CASE. cons is they have really long wait times if you don't have appointments.

They push and push for a higher bill. Took my dogs out of their as 8 had a 10am appt and they kept taking pets that had appts after me. The young woman at the desk couldn't handle criticism and got her mommy to tell me that because I walked in to find out what was going on and voiced myself, that I was no longer allowed to be a customer. Mind you, it was already past 11. Got their files and now have a better vet

I would not trust any other place with my dogs. Great vets, friendly staff, great facility. And I would give everyone on the rehab team a hug if I could. My families older dog was diagnosed with with IVDD a few years ago and his normal vet had exhausted her options and suggested other treatments. When he went into his first Acupuncture and laser session he had been unable to walk for close to 3 weeks and we feared the worst. At pick up we could not contain our joy. Our best friend was able to not only walk but run and jump too. I can't even imagine how excited he was as well. He continued rehab for a while and now only gets routine "maintenance" visits. (No the vets are not scamming us, we choose to take him not because they are suggesting we keep taking him). This review is for strangers because all the pet owners that I know have already been told of his great place ????

I want to thank Anthony for all his attention and professionalism! We got there unexpected and were getting a little uneasy as the wait became longer (but that is expected as a walk in) However, the attention and empathy given by the staff is outstanding! They definitely took their time to answer all of our questions. They checked our puppy thoroughly and admitted her right away! I am very grateful that Anthony took the extra step to get us in before his shift ended!! ???? And grateful for Dr. Nicol for being so loving and caring to our puppy! We felt very comfortable leaving our puppy's life in your care! Very very grateful!! And THANK YOU!

They took my gecko in when they were fully booked and they fit him in and then they proceeded to continue working on him after they closed at 5 o’clock to almost 6 o’clock. They are a great clinic and they care about their customers and their animals they did everything they can to help me and I really appreciate it.

We were 10 min late and they kept our $200 deposit and refused to see us. You refused to put the deposit toward the reschedule. Otherwise I would have been fine with that and done that. I asked about that and was told I would have to pay the $200 again at the reschedule.

Dr. Hubert is a saint of a woman. She helped our senior special needs puppy mill rescue get walking (and running) again, completely pain free, with laser therapy and water therapy treatments after a back injury left her unable to bear weight and dragging her hind feet. Sadly our girl has since passed away from progressed dementia (and in her final years had to be seen by a mobile vet), but we take our other pets here now and always have good experiences.

Besides the cleanliness, professionalism and extremely well trained and diverse specialties, they exhibit a caring and loving attitude towards our pets and pet parents.

They are super thorough and very friendly Plus they take great care of your dogs and All Pets

westridge is the best animal hospital, they took me in when my dog was critically illand comforted me through it all and helped me get her cremated and got het back home with her family where we could remember all the love and wonderful times shared. thank you from the bottem of my heart.❤ Victoria

Super easy to schedule appointments and the staff is very dedicated to helping animals. Also the only aviary vet in Greeley.

We brought our puppy to this vet based off the reviews. We have had 6ish visits so far and have quite a few concerns already. The first one right off the bat is the enormously long wait times. Every appointment has been about 20 to 30 minutes later than what was scheduled. When we brought this up to the doctor she seemed like she wanted to cry. Very stressed and concerned herself, she told us that she is moving as fast as she can and understands its a problem. This concerns me that the quality of care is reduced. I ended up calling the hospital manager to voice my concerns. Due to the doctor not being able to do anything about the situation. She listened very well and I felt heard. Yet she couldn't offer a solution to the rushing of the hospital for months. I have read other reviews that mention this. I cannot risk my puppy with his neutering or any care if they are known for rushing. The hospital manager told me that the surgery department is not rushed like the appointments are. Which was some what reassuring. When I offered a solution of giving me a discount or money back for my time wasted waiting for them on a scheduled appointment. She told me she would check with ownership and get back to me in a few days. Its been over a week at this point. I have lost all hope in the management. The doctors have been great. I just can't see risking care for my puppy and wasting more of my time any more. I will be switching to a vet that doesn't rush this much and gets back to clients with concerns.

We have an African Grey and Dr. Combs is always very good with Dorian. He is an bird specialist and it helps to have that specialty close by.

Our 15 year old cat was having some health problems and everyone here did everything they could to help. We ended up having to put him down and this was my first time dealing with the loss of a pet. They were so caring and patient with us. I picked up his ashes today and they did such a beautiful job getting his paw print and with the little box where they put his ashes. We also have a 16 year old cat at home with us still and she'll be visiting West Ridge Animal Hospital for all her veterinarian needs from now on. Best vet in town.

The doctors and staff are so friendly. I couldn't believe how fast they gained my dog's trust. On top of that they are very efficient and knowledgeable. I will always come here for my animals health needs. :)

Best animal hospital in Greeley, CO. This is a hospital, not a clinic. Really great staff and VMD around. I use this vet. Hospital if it's an emergency. Although this is a hospital, they will see all animals.
