We really like they seem to really care we had a pet who believe had a stroke they recommended we put her down but they gave us all the choices and were very caring in the process about a year later we got a new dog and she also goes here and am very pleased with the recommendations and care we have been given. They did here spaying chip and pulled 7 baby teeth that wouldn't come out the cost seemed reasonable and she came out of it fantastically

I went in for shots for my dog and he is very very anxious going to the vet because he had parvo and is scared. The vet made so many hateful comments about how obnoxious my dog was (BECAUSE HE WAS NERVOUS AND SCARED) they took him to another room for shots and wouldn't let us go back with him. They charged me alot more than I was lead onto believe we would be charged. I will not go here again and I recommend you don't either no sympathy to your animals. The vet didn't even pet my dog or attempt to calm his nerves, raising place probably just made my dogs anxiety about vets worse than before so thanks thrive!

My first time visit here was Awesome! A lot better that expected. Brought in my elderly cat for an exam & 3 year Rabies vaccination.The whole experience from the check in with Meena to the work up with Ashley & Dr. Moose took the extra time & as a new patient I appreciate that! Absolutely 5 Stars!

This place is now a mess... they quoted us wrong and on the day of the price went up by $1,100. This is something that should have been discussed ahead of time, thoroughly... their techs and office don't know what they are doing. They even have our booking on a wrong name. I'm taking all my animals somewhere else.

I called to schedule an appointment and I was offered a no contact curbside pickup appointment. I was told that When I arrived to call and they will come out and get the dog, so when I called to check in for my dog to be seen, I was instructed to take him inside. Very mixed communication. No empathy for mistakes made in communicating either. There is no curbside pickup if I have to get out of my car!

Love the care this vet offers to my pup. They're friendly, non pressuring business. They always send a text or call a day or two after to check how things are. Keep up the great work Thrive!!

My dog had his teeth cleaned and a mole removed. They were helpful and very concerned. They did a good job.

I would give this Vet place 1 star because they actually don’t care about your pet, they care more for the business. this is a good place to take them for shots but otherwise that’s it. They are not reliable for anything else. I would rather spend more money somewhere else then come here since they don’t care for your pet. Making this review because every time I go here something always bad happens.

My visit today is exactly why Thrive will be the go to place for vet care. Everyone was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. They were understanding and answered all my questions. Thrive being more affordable is a bonus. The care is worth every penny!

Everyone is so friendly! This is our first visit and I couldn’t be happier. They have taken such good care of my big baby.

The staff at this clinic are so kind to both pets and their humans. I brought my dog and cat in for vaccines and Dr. Joseph had an emergency so the staff accommodated us since we live an hour away. My cat was so nervous she made a mess in her carrier and they cleaned her up for me and she was much more calm when I picked her up. They caught a bad tooth infection that will require an extraction, just while doing routine vaccines, so I’m glad I brought her here when I did. I would definitely recommend this particular location for veterinary care.

Absolutely terrible experience with this vet. Rude and absolutely unprofessional front desk staff that seems annoyed and frustrated any time I have a simple question regarding my dog. They refuse to honor appointments even when my pet is sick, blatantly telling me that we never made an appointment, even though we scheduled on the phone. Forget about cancelling your “membership” too, because they refuse to let you do that either, despite the terrible service. Avoid this vet at all costs, even with the advertised “affordability”. It’s just not worth the hassle, especially when your pet is sick and needs to be seen and they refuse to honor appointments made over the phone.

Very welcoming explained everything so that we could understand what was going on with our pet made sure that we were comfortable and understood what was going to happen or is happening just very open at communicating with us as pet owners

Today I had the worst day. My little Nicky had been sick and in so much pain for 4 months. Finally there wasn't anything left that could be done for Nicky. We had to make the decision to ease his pain and have him put to sleep. I would like to tell everyone that the people at THRIVE were amazing. Everyone was kind and caring. Our tiny baby was a 4 pound teacup Chihuahua. He was treated so gently and almost lovingly. I am so grateful to the wonderful staff at THRIVE. I could not have wished for better. Thank you so so much for everything you did for us but more important what you did for our little Nicholas(Nicky). Thank you all.

We have taken our 6 cats and 2 dogs to Thrive since they opened. We have been there for routine check ups, injuries, and illnesses. All the staff, vets, and vet techs take such good care of our animals and us. They are affordable, knowledgeable, and you can tell truly care for our fur babies. We will forever be loyal customers!

I use to love going here 5 months ago, the ladies that assisted us was fantastic. Went back again and it seemed like we were dealing with out of high school people that did not want to be there, three weeks later after minor surgery and antibiotics my dog's foot is still swollen. Paid enough to go in the first time.

My chihuahua was limping a little and Thrive was able to get me in the day after I called. The vet was extremely friendly, took spent time answering all my questions and was gentle examining my dog. They found a little fracture in her toe and also let me know she had some heart issues going on. Everyone was compassionate and took AMAZING care of my fur baby. She is on her way to healing all thanks to the great staff at thrive.

Staff is so friendly and attentive to our pets. They have gone above and beyond! They provided my dog with the extensive care she needed and did a great job with their treatment plans! They were very informative and did what they could to help. Our little pup now has a better quality of life and they made a huge contribution to that. The staff is always very kind to our dog and we’ll definitely continue to use this office!

I trust the doctors and techs at Thrive with my furbabies 100%. They genuinely care for the animals in their care, and treat them with dignity. Even my furbabies enjoy their trips to the vet!

can't work professionally they're not reasonable they don't work with you call 30 minutes ahead due to traffic 5 minutes late they were not reasonable to work with me 6 minutes late I would have to reschedule after driving 1 hour there
