Animal Care Hospital Greeley, Colorado

First time coming here and I brought my kittens in for vaccines. I’m very happy with them and I’m happy to say I’ve found a permanent vet for my fur babies!

My family has been taking our many beloved pets to Animal Care Hospital, for many years. Dr. Mossberg and his staff have always provided the most excellent care for our pets. We get unbiased, thoughtful advice on procedures that may or may not need to be done. Always in the best interest of our pets! Always with the safety and health of our pets first! They dont help new clients . Ive been calling since june and they still tell me they dont help new clients and dont know when they will be taking new ones. Review based off front desk clerk and the lady on the phone as I didnt make it to the doctor. Sorry doc I never left a review till I the 4th time I called after 2 months receiving the lady's same attitude and same answer. Not helpful to me at all leaving a 1 star.

My mom and I have been taking our pets to this wonderful place for over 25 years and Dr. Mossberg is the best vet, over 11 years ago he put one of our dogs down because she was really sick and 14 at the time, and after she was gone he cried with us and said that there would never be another dog like her. Our dog's name was Gertie and she was a Boston Terrier and she was also totally deaf. We now have two dogs, Gretchen (boston terrier) and Digger (Miniature Schnauzer and Papillon and they both do so well when we take them in to see him.

My rate is based on the front desk customer service. I did not catch the staff name but she could be more friendlier to non customers. Currently in search of a vet & I called for information and the lady that answered, was not friendly. Maybe she needs to be retrain as a refresher of how customer service should be, even with non clients.

Great vet so good with kitties

Very friendly office and wish I would have found them thousands of dollars sooner. Doctor is very friendly and personable and handle my mothers dogs surgery top notch.

Over the last 17 years, Dr Mossberg has been our very trusted vet. He has cared for cats, dog, horses, donkeys and llamas. He always has the best interests of our pets and provides the best care. In addition to his knowledgeable care, the prices are very reasonable.

Dr. Mossberg has been my vet since before I was even a thought on this planet. I love that he tells you exactly what the animals he's treating need and he isn't afraid to tell you the hard truths. I have recommended him to several people through out the years and will continue to do so. SO glad I don't have the same kind of Horror stories about vets that some of my friends do. He is definitely worth his weight in Gold!
