The staff here is the best! They always take wonderful care of Mistletoe and treat her kindly!

My dogs needed vaccinations. Made appointment. Not allowed to get out of vehicle or use our leashes. I guess collars were OK. This was after all Covid 19 restrictions were dismissed by our Governor. I assume this is a business decision by owner. I respect this. I will now be taking my business elsewhere and I would hope the owner respects my decision as well.

They handled my friend's vicious dog in a very professional manner. After biting the vet three times, she still had the skill and Grace to kennel the dog and bring her out to us. Alpine handled the contacting of animal control and the paperwork for a dog bite. I felt so bad that the vet had been bitten so badly, but they we're reassuring us that everything was fine and to just take the dog home and wait for animal control. They even loaned us the kennel to keep the dog safe. I was so impressed with how they handled such a horrible experience. I would never hesitate to take my animals to Alpine.

They are so competent and compassionate here. If you make a mistake with your pet care, they never make you feel like a terrible pet parent, and they encourage you on the correct path. I've never felt pressured to do high-cost procedures here as I have at other vet hospitals. They let you decide with no judgements.

I was turned away at the door with a dog that had been bitten with infection.

They are always so great with our giant baby! She's always scared to go in but comes out with tail wagging! I always feel confident we are getting the best treatment!

These folks take good care of my mother's dogs. I think they are a bit expensive!

Excellent customer service, great prices and they truly care about the animals. My cat, who was pretty upset to go to the vet, was treated so well and the trip home was great. She was calm and happy. This place is great!

We love Alpine Veterinary Hospital. They did a wonderful job taking care of my puggy, Clyde, for many years. They always made him feel loved. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Now they are taking care of our new pug. He recently had surgery to fix an umbilical cord hernia. He was also nuetered, and he had some baby teeth removed. He's doing great! We love everyone at Alpine Vet! Thank you!

We brought our dog for vaccinations because we will have to board him during our trip at the end of the week. At my request, they contacted his previous vet (out of state) for records so they could make sure he was only getting what was needed, and will be forwarding the shot record and results of the stool to the local boarding center we will be using, already knowing everything they require. It made it easy for us. Because of the pandemic, everything has changed, so you call them once you get to the parking lot, they require you to wear your mask in your vehicle, and they come grab the pet. Quick verification of what services you need done, then they leave. I don't like that there's no longer any interaction with the vet, since the hand off, when our dog was returned, didn't have much information. We paid almost $250 for services, the most expensive being the stool test, $71, that still needs to be sent off, and it felt like there was "sticker shock" because we didn't expect the bill to be quite that high. I'm glad I have previous interaction with this vet office, or I might have been turned off from returning. I know them to be kind to my pets, and a clean facility.

The vets, techs, and other employees are so friendly and genuinely love animals. The prices are also very reasonable and they've taken great care of our dog and many cats for over 15 years.

Do not go here. They are so unprofessional, it actually surprised me. They did not care about ANY concerns I had about the type of anesthesia they use for my dogs procedure. The tech brushed it off and said "that is up to the doctor" when she took my dog in from my vehicle. I asked to have the dr give me a call before surgery. I got a call 5 hours later and the "Dr" decided to lecture me about how long she studied and that my concern was invalid. In the midst of all that, she didn't think to reassure me and let me know they weren't using the anesthesia that I was concerned about. I asked her if she was using it and she said no. I let her know her attitude is very confrontational and she could have just let me know they were not using that. The "office manager" then let me know to come pick my dog up and they would not be doing the procedure. Keep in mind, my other dog had a procedure here in the past and they used the harmful anesthesia so my concern was valid. I and my family have been going to Alpine for 10+ years with multiple dogs and I can guarantee you we will NEVER be back and NEVER recommend you to anyone. My dog was also still given a pre-anesthesia when they told me they were not doing the procedure! When we got home, she went to the bathroom for several minutes. 5 hours and you didn't even let her go to the bathroom! You are all a disgrace to the medical field. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR ANIMALS!

The staff was really great with my cat, and helped us figure out an issue she was having. They were definitely friendly, affordable, and very helpful! Sad that we moved out of the area and had to find a new vet, but would recommend them to anyone in the Greeley area.
