I think the dogs play only with themselves. I don't think the staff stimulates them or plays with them

My puppy was boarded there for a week and came home with kennel cough and a huge lump on his back. This place is way over priced and is not clean.

My dog Doug loves it here. I only take him about once a week, but you can tell he gets sad when he hasn't gone in a while. When he knows it's his day he is so happy! Jumps out of the car without so much as a goodbye. ???? The staff is so friendly - you can tell they just love caring for your babies.

Called in today to take my dog there and was met with very open and welcoming staff members. Im new to pet care and the worker on the phone, Jess, went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was needed. Thank you, you run a kind business.

My 6 month old Scottish terrier had its first visit to this place today and just loved it. I would highly recommend them for your fur babies!

Very pleased. My dog Toby is always happy to jump out of the truck when we arrive, so I take that as a good review. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that their web cams don't all work and the ones that do are very fuzzy. The website says they're working on it but it has been that way for over a year.

Took good care of are dog and friendly staff

So I called this place to schedule boarding and was given the runaround. The girl I talked to told me I needed a number of vaccinations and a health check from a vet before I could even schedule an appointment to get her in boarding. I had to pull pricing information from her as she was trying to just get off the phone. So within 1 week I took my dog to their partner veterinarian westridge and dropped 250 dollars on the required shots and tests. Then I call back to make the appointment and am very quickly told that they are now booked for those dates. Seems to me the first girl could have been more helpful by either saying they were full or nearly full or holding me a spot. I'm sure they are happy they roped me into using their vet services first. 250 dollars and no boarding. What a joke. Update, the manager called me today to ask what happened as she reads these reviews. She apologized and explained that it was mistake that I was told they had no spots open and they actually did. She gave me the opportunity to reserve a spot for my dates as well. I appreciate the follow up and trying to manage your business and find it is often how we handle mistakes that define customer service. I have upgraded the star rating to reflect the effort given to satisfy me.

This place is great! I've taken my puppers here a handful of times now and the staff is always friendly and remembered my dog's name very quickly, which I was impressed by. They have a few webcams on their website (that mostly work), and it's fun to look to see if I can see my dog playing. She's always happy and tired when I pick her up! Prices are pretty fair and I like that they have a connection to a local vet and groomer.

Watch the webcams! I have taken my dog there 9 times. I read the reviews and it is close to my home. I travel for my job and my dog goes with me and he has been to many doggie daycares and this is the first time I have ever complained or felt uneasy about him being at one. I watched the webcams because I wanted to make sure my pup is having fun but also being taken care of. Over the course of these 9 visits I have observed one of the guys blowing smoke in my dogs face (YES he was smoking outside while sitting around the dogs), picked him up to set him outside the door, held him tight and the staff is constantly spraying the dogs. I understand they use the spray bottle to correct the dogs, but some of the staff are spray happy. They don't allow the dogs to be dogs and play nor do they allow enough play time. The staff do not play with the dogs. **This doesn't happen with only my dog, but I have observed this with many dogs who are there for daycare.** Again, watch the webcams....when they actually work. What is the staff doing when the webcams aren't on them???? I've left a message for the manager on the last day I will took my dog there, and I have yet to receive a call. This was on Tuesday, 3-5-19. I will not be taking my dog there again. The staff needs more training and the one guy needs to be fired.

Staff is friendly and courteous. Competitive rates for day care and boarding. Affiliated with a Vet clinic within five miles of the day care. Repeat customers are always a good sign. And my dog loved her time there. Will definitely go again.

Both my bulldog and I love the doggie daycare! When I put my dog's harness on he knows he gets to go play with all his friends! They are very very good with the dogs and I know my doggy is well taken care of during the day! And I get to watch him on the web cameras!

My pup always comes home happy and tired. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only reason it's not five stars, the price increase has made it a little expensive.

I know it is a kennel,but walk inside and the odors are a bit much. Should be cleaner. People nice and friendly, but cameras not always working.

Jaclyn the manager is so RUDE. She turned my little puppy away because my puppy was nervous!!this was my second time bringing my puppy their, I did not have a problem with any of the staff until today, she did not give her a chance to socialize with other dogs and was being very unprofessional and rude to me. I will defineatlty let other people that i know that bring their dogs their know about the experience that I had dealing with Jaclyn. A person like her should not be handling anybody's dog!

My dog and I love Sirius Fun! The staff is very nice and they love the dogs that go there! All I have to do is tell my pup we are going to daycare and he gets super excited. He has a blast there every time.

This is a great place for your dog to stay and play. I have a small puppy and all of the other day care places in town that I tried put her with older bigger dogs who piled on top of her or did not want to play with a puppy. She is in her own play group here--chosen for size, age and/or temperament--and plays for hours with her friends. After my experiences with other day cares, I went back one day to see how she was doing and she was happily playing outside with the other dogs in a nice clean space. But the thing that I like most about Sirius Fun is that the people that work there really, really love dogs. My puppy just about jumps out of my arms when we get there and tries to lick every employee that she can. And they are all right out there watching out for the dogs while they play. I was so lucky to find a wonderful place for my dog to socialize with other dogs and people, and to play her heart out safely.

Trust is a big issue when I go to the Vet and I trust Westridge very much. Why? Because, my dog isn't afraid when he is there. My dog has some special needs and tends to bite when he is scared. They really understand him there and take good care to make him comfortable. He hasn't even nipped at anyone. I trust that they make good recommendations and help me make good decisions when it comes to how to spend money on care/products. I haven't used the day care services, but if I needed to I wouldn't look anywhere else.

I have no hesitation rating this company with 5 stars. I bring my furry son here for daycare and the occasional boarding stay when I leave town. I’m always apprehensive about leaving him for long periods of time, but I love that I can log on to their website and check up on him with the cameras they have in the play areas, it puts my mind at ease. The staff is always friendly and happy to give me a recap of his day/stay. My dog tends to be shy when it comes to people, but every time we get out of the car he pulls me in so he can greet the staff. They even have a trainer on site that has helped me with his socialization. I have been taking my dog here for 2 years now; I wouldn’t leave him anywhere else.
