Had my husband take our cat to be nurtured with this hospital. Was sent home with pain pills and antibiotics and was told to bring him back in three weeks for more shots. Cat was sent home with a cone on his head and was told to not take it off for 3 weeks. Called back a week later to see if I could give him a bath and was told they had no knowledge of the procedure and that they were not the ones who did the surgery. Told me that they did not do the surgery at all. Couldn’t explain why I had paperwork and why we had a Receipt stating otherwise. Couldn’t tell me what was done if the surgery didn’t in fact happen. Do not take your pet to this hospital.

They took excellent care of my Baby boy! When he was neutered they made sure before he came home that he was safe to leave, and made sure they sent him home feeling comfortable with the medication he needed. Without their pet plans vet care would be unaffordable to me!

Very friendly and clean place we did not set up with their plan which I'm sure is their objective. I would suggest shop around for vet visit and vaccine prices.

Recently, took my dog to this location for the first time due to having moved. My dog has been on cytopoint injections for skin allergies for 2 years and always her symptoms clear up within a day or 2 following the injection. I was charged for the injection over $100.00 and my dog's allergy symptoms never cleared up even 2 weeks later. I called and asked if there was a mix up that she did not actually receive it and I was told that was impossible. I took her back to her home location and had to pay for the injection again, yet within a day her coat has softened and her symptoms have subsided. Still, due to Greeley's negligence my dog now needs a medicated bath which resulted in additional costs to me. I will not return to this location and will make the drive to ensure my dog is getting the care I pay for. I should receive a refund but I doubt this location will take responsibility for their failure. Nor, will they acknowledge how awful my dog was feeling as a result. Patrons be wary of being charged for procedures not occurring resulting in your pet not feeling well and you being ripped off.

We took our beloved border collie here to be euthanized and all the staff was so gentle caring and respectful of our family as we said goodbye I really appreciate that as we were never rushed they gave us as much time as needed to grieve plus they set up everything for her cremation thank you staff for your heartfelt sorrow we miss our Banshee

It is 0813, I am calling Banfield and it’s constantly saying they are closed. Yet the website says they are open. I know they are open I have brought my dogs that early for appointments.

Had an appointment at 10 am for a followup for my dog Cooper. He was having an issue with his eye. At 2 pm they had not even looked at him..4 hours and had not done the test on his eye that probably takes 15 minutes....I will never go back...and to top it off they charged for an office visit.. ..

These guys are AWESOME!! We had to put our 12yo baby down this last July and due to COVID-19 they were only allowing 2 people but...they were so kind and understanding and allowed for our family all to be present with him. ???? I will forever be grateful to them for their thoughtfulness!!

Amazing empathetic love care I recomend all of you who love your your most prized possessions that you go there because they will never do you wrong again I promise yhey are truly trusting and dedicated to our furry friends who we all love like our children they perform miracles. We can’t even make an appointment when we belong to the monthly subscription services for veterinary care. I’m SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have my money every month for three dogs and ask me to drive to another city to seek veterinary care if they have something available. If I could give ZERO stars today I would.

They take great care of your pet. It's really nice that they can pull the records of your pet from different stores as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just drop your pet off for their exam and the vet calls with an update and when you can come get pet. Making an appointment was fast and easy. Also highly recommend their pet health insurance as well. Can definitely save you money in the long run.

Every time we bring our dog to this location it always goes wrong. When we had out dog checked out they said they could do the surgery for one price and when we checked again the day before it due to previous trouble, it had doubled. Glad I asked at the last minute. Will be ending wellness plans and never returning to PetSmart.

We are optimum wellness members and when my 7 month old puppy started showing symptoms of a blockage, I contacted the clinic within 24 hours. I was told there was not an available appointment for another 5 days. I called the next day and was again told no appointment available. I called the folllowing day and begged for him to be seen. He was treated with some pain/antinausea medication and put on a gastrointestinal diet. Xrays were done but was told no blockage was found but it was recommended to have a radiologist look. I had to call to get the results and was simply told "nothing concerning was found on the xray". I sought a second opinion not even 24 hours later, had to have new xrays and low and behold my pup was going into surgery for a blockage/foreign object. It was not until I contacted Client Advocate support that I got a phone call from the vet to "check on Ozzie's progress and to give me the radiology results". I am hopeful I can cancel my optimum wellness plan without any problem and be reimbursed for the pointless services on Monday 10/12/2020 which were nearly $400 on top of my monthly premiums for the optimum wellness plan.

I've been having a lot of behavioral problems with my 7 year old pomeranian mix (pottying in the house, aggression, eating out of the cat litter box, etc). I spoke with Kaitlin (not sure if that's how you spell her name) and she gave me some advice. A week later he's like a whole new pup. Right back to the lovable pup that I rescued 4 years ago! ❤️❤️❤️

They were absolutly great. Our poor puppy had an infected gland that was bothering him. Our regular vet couldnt get him in that day due to emergency patients but did recommend it get looked at immediately. Banfield was able to get him in and looked at without an appointment within an hour of them closing. That night they were able to relieve some of the pressure, get him on some meds and verify he would be okay until it could get properly taken care. Two days later they were able to get him back in to sadate him and propery deal with it. Thanks Banfield for helping Howie and saving us a trip to the ER!!!

My dog is a regular patient at Banfield. I called twice and the message they weren't open when they were. The second time I left a message that I needed to have my dog looked at. I never received a phone call and when he started acting like he was having trouble breathing we just took him to Banfield. They said they could not see him to take him to the ER.
