I am new in GJ and they were referred to me. I had 2 senior dogs and knew anything could happen anytime. My oldest was almost 18. We had a crisis and I had to put him down. The office and Dr. Susan were the best. They treated us like we had been their patient for years. To lose a loved pet leaves a hole in your heart and I was glad to have them beside me.

The veterinarians here are great. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable

Had an emergency with my new Grandfurbaby. The staff was so caring, and kept us informed with everything. I was pleasantly surprised when I paid the bill. I thought it was going to be way more. The staff was AWESOME. I just wished they had an office in Montrose so that I didn't have to drive an hour to get help.

Our brand new puppy came down with parvovirus a few days after we brought him home. Through the multiple overnight stays the entire staff was friendly, caring and honest. The doctors called twice per day with very detailed updates and were very patient and helpful with the several questions we had each time. Even when the updates were not great the staff made sure we new everything that was happening and what the possibilities were. The staff here truly cares about the animals they see and took amazing care of our little guy. Our little guys is now home and making great progress thanks to all of the care and support he got from the staff here! Truly greatful for this place and their staff!

Over the last few years I’ve seen long wait times for pets to be seen for sudden health problems. Don’t fill out their appointment request form on their website like I did. They told me they never check those messages and weren’t accommodating about seeing my pet in a timely manner even after they knew I tried to contact them. This was for a follow up appointment because the problem wasn’t ruled out the first time he was seen.

We like this place. Everyone made every effort to complete our pet's care in professional and kind manner.

It was my first ever visit to a vet, so not knowing what to expect, I had all of my questions answered, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I look forward to more visits.

My wife and I recently moved here and took our pup there to be seen, they were extremely nice and professional. Our doge was happy and enjoyed being around the doctors and nurses while he was being seen, we're glad we have someone in town that we can trust to care for him.

A neighborhood stray I had been taking care of showed up badly injured. Called around and several places couldn't take them until the next day. Grand view got me an appointment set up right away, I had him in half an hour later. I had to go to work so I left him there to pick up later. Sadly he had fiv and had really poor chances. The staff were super kind and helpful. Really appreciated it.

They are always professional, reasonable and knowledgeable. They have gone the extract mile for me many times.

There could not be a more compassionate, intelligent veterinarian in the valley - or the world! Dr. TerLouw has been responsible for our girls for ten years now - a yellow lab who is now 15 - as well as well as a 10 year old golden doodle. Even when another vet in town was dismissive of my concerns about the health of my new puppy, I found Dr. TerLouw most attentive and receptive to my observations. That became a relationship of great trust and admiration for the Doc’s skills. He has an incredible knowledge base - but also is down on the ground, hands-on, too. We turn to him for advice and for best care practices... and recommend him to all of our family and friends. I would trust no one else with my babies. .(..and of course we have found his office staff most efficient, communicative, and caring, too! That seems to be the expectation at this office.) I would give my highest recommendations for this office... As I said, you could find no better!
