Sweet and caring! Love these people!

We use to love this place but this past week we brought our dog in for what we thought was an xray to see if she still had feminine Hygiene products lodged somewhere. We were told she had a small inflammation in the small intestines but that they didn't see anything lodged. We even paid the extra money for the radiologist to tell us the same. This evening our dog passed away after passing an extremely jagged rock. ** updated** We received the xrays the following week and we could easily see the rock in them. Although the vet claimed it was not dense enough to see the rock that ended up being magnetic (unsure how it was magnetic).

Excellent care for all your furry kids. Dr Suzanne and staff have been taking care of mine for many years. Couldn't ask for better. Small office, fabulous service & products. A++++

Dr. Hoest is such a good and caring vet.

They were awesome and kind. Got my dog taken care of and scheduled a surgery right away. Up date i took off 3 stars due to them not doing a follow up to see how my dog was and they also dont do reminder calls or emails. Im a busy person and I have missed two appointments with them. Not once have they sent me a reminder or message. My other dogs vet at Banfield always checks up on how my dog is doing after a visit and they call to remind me of up coming vet appointments. I will not go back to Cottonwood veterinary.

The vet and staff are awesome

Extremely busy felt like a herd of cattle moving through there. Great service by vet and assistant, but no time to ask questions. Been going there for 10 years, might be time to switch.

I picked up a puppy from a homeless man after 20min of convincing him that the puppy needed to go to the vet. The poor puppy was outside in this heat all day! It was so hot to the touch that I really thought it it was having a heat stroke. I took the pup to Cottonwoid Vet and the Vet said No Charge! I was so grateful! Bless this Vet! I wish I would had gotten her name!! Thank You So Much!!

Cottonwood took excellent care of Shenanigan. Poor boy had to have 5 teeth pulled. He's doing great . Healthy and happy. If anyone asked me where to take their pet family, I would highly recommend Cottonwood. Thanks to all of you so much.

Dr. Hoest is an amazing veterinarian! Through the years, each time that I have been there, I experienced her expertise and her respect for me and my cat(s). Her costs are not inflated and are totally reasonable unlike so many other veterinarians. She is also very conscientious and wonderful to work with. Her staff members are very caring, professional and sensitive to your pet's needs.

Excellent veterinarian place for your pets

Dr. Hoest has been taking care of my pomeranian/chihuahua mix dog for nearly 16 years. She has always been very kind, professional, and displays a genuine care for my fur baby. Her staff have always been pleasant to work with as well and do they best they can to get my dog in when needed. We have moved to 3 different cities since initially taking our dog to Dr. Hoest and have ALWAYS driven the extra hours to continue his care with her because that is how amazing she is. This included driving 5 hours (one way!) from Denver for 7 years just to continue to see Dr. Hoest. To top off her professionalism and kindness, her prices are the best around. I recommend her office hands down. Thank you for taking such loving care of my fur baby.
