Nice local pet store I ended up purchasing a Cream Chow Chow from here and get crickets and other stuff for a Bearded dragon to include a LG terrarium. Would recommend to anyone

This place smells like an old cave but they have EVERYTHING!!

Staff was friendly. Prices on fish were pretty steep, but the tanks were clean and fish looked healthy and good. IMO the 48 hr guarantee on fish is silly. At least make it 3 days or 5 on some of your higher priced fish. Possibly require a water sample up front in order to insure the fish for 7 days? This could encourage people to take a closer look and learn more about their water parameters. Customers like to feel secure in their purchases and will come back often with that in mind :)

Love love love valley pets. Been around here for almost 40 years. Family owned and the family is amazing. No other pet stores in fountain and I'm glad for that!

Analu & Shelby were very helpful at the Pet store. The store has a large variety of animals, arachnids, so many animals I’ve never seen before. They work hard to keep the animals watered and fed & the store is very fun to be at. We got a Pixie Frog! ????

My granddaughter loves my sons Bearded Dragons.

We mainly buy feeder crickets for my granddaughters frog, at a reasonable price. And we visit the dogs they have for sale.

I absolutely love this store. We got our puppy from here. They have very knowledgeable staff and just about every fish you can think of and of they don't have it they actively get it. Highly recommend

I absolutely love going here! They are my number 1 go to for my reptile needs! The staff is super helpful and informative. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! They don't make you feel dumb about asking questions and they take the time to talk you through the necessities for your pets! They have reptiles, rabbits, fish, dogs and more! I highly recommend going here for your let's needs!

Amazing help...the people who ruin the place work hard at cleaning tanks and cages...they are knowledgeable and they help people learn via friendliness. Very clean. Very friendly.

One of the most friendly, and knowledgeable staffs around. I really love the store as well, regarding it's selection.

They don't take care of the animals as well as they should. Literally two employees were talking about how many mites are currently on a Burmese that is next to other animals. It should be in quarantine!

Usually in the store is an amazing experience but I just called to ask a question and was told to wait a minute. 16 minutes later after waiting they hang up.

Fish tanks are dirty many dead fish in tanks made the mistake of buying a fish here sure enough it died with in a day and they didn't hold to their 2 day return policy. Will never shop here again.

Fabulous local store. My granddaughter loves to look at all the fish. Great customer service.
