Tumbleweed Country Kennels Fountain, Colorado

The team at Tumbleweed is great. They treat both our dogs as if they were part of there family. We have used them for about 2 years for grooming and they have been great Duke loves them. (he don't like no one lol) Recently we went on a 2 week vacation and I had Tumbleweed kennel both our dogs in the past my experience with other kennels here in town was not good, so I was a little nervous coming back. When we got back both pups were not only look happy and clean but they didn't have any health issues for this I am grateful. If you are look for a groomer or a place to keep you animal friends they are the place to choose.

Oh my god! I am in the military and these guys have truly been a blessing. I had to board my pups and the very next day they had a report card for me to let me know how my kids were doing. I feel so grateful to have found this place and feel super confident that they will take care of my boys as if they were their own. Super responsive and military-friendly.

Loved Yeti’s hair cut until I discovered her belly had been shaved, two of her nipples had the top skin taken off and her peepee had been cut, I assume, with the trimmer. She was scooting and licking her bottom constantly. We had some salve we applied which helped some. She was, and still is, very subdued almost like she has been mishandled. She’s just not the girl she was before I took her to you. Also husband was unhappy the kackles had been trimmed. Pomade or whatever was really strong. For scent and chemical sensitivity it was not good. At this point I am not at all sure we will bring Yeti back to you!

They took great care of my dogs over their 2 week stay. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you and your pets are taken care of.

Tumbleweed is the best! Our pup loves every visit, all the staff are so nice to work with, and they helped us out when our travel plans changed suddenly by taking care of our dog for an extra night.

My doodle pup had a great first grooming session here. He looks great and appears to be his normal happy go lucky self. He even received a bunch of free Christmas swag for free that was donated to the place. Overall greatly satisfied and will be back again.

I couldn’t recommend Tumbleweed enough! Wonderful staff, wonderful quality, fair price. I took my Old English Sheepdog in for a full service- I know this breed is NOT the easiest to groom- and he came out fluffy and sparkling and so happy. Thanks again!

We Just picked up our whooly Husky after getting groomed and I could not be more pleased. To begin with the only opening they had was for a few days after I was hoping to get him groomed (He needed to be handsome for Christmas Family Pictures) they placed me on hold and fit him In the next day. Our pup had also recently been out with us in the mountains in the mud and the gunk and his fur was in Bad shape. ON TOP OF THAT he has zero patients for being groomed. He doesn't sit still, he squirms and moves and after too long he goes to donky kicking whoever is trying to brush him. (I think its a sick game to him because he seems to smile while doing it). Even with all of those challenges, the Groomer Jen did AMAZING! He is soft, he smells amazing, he is trimmed and beautiful! The best groom he has ever had anywhere ever! Thank you Tumbleweed! 10/10 we will be back.

The Tumbleweed team is top notch. They are all very attentive and fabulous with all their dogs in their care. The team is always available to answer questions and concerns for the Owners. I would and will recommend any dog owner who may need to board their family member with Tumbleweed. I heartily give them 10 Stars not just 5!

best place in the entire world

I wasn't aware this place existed until I needed a place to quickly watch my dogs. They took them in the next day, and worked with all my dogs crazy antics. Very professional and took very good care of my dogs. I will be using these guys as my go to for my future needs.

I was so happy with how my little Delilah looked after being groomed. Jennifer did such a good job and put a cute little bow in my dog's hair. All the staff was super sweet and couldn't stop complimenting my dog. I'm beyond happy with my experience.

Like any typical Dog Mom/Dad, we were pretty nervous leaving Kagè with anyone, but knew we needed a place to board him if we had to go outta town. We were at a pet expo here in Colorado Springs a few months back and saw the Tumbleweed Country Kennels table. We started talking with the folks there and left completely sold. We just picked Kagè up after being gone for 4 days and are VERY pleased. 100% Thanks you guys!
