I would never send anyone to this vet !i had to go for an emergency ! The vet staff was very sweet and amazing, however the doctor herself had no sympathy when it came to having to put my old girl to sleep . I took her in for being sick …

I’m very disappointed in how our visit went. First off, I called to schedule the appointment a month ago and had my planner in front of me to write down the appointment date and time. I had scheduled it for 3:30pm. I had this written down while on the phone, in two different places. Then when we showed up at 3:15 pm we were told we would be charged a late fee because they said we were supposed to be there at 3. I explained the situation and was told in a very rude manner “if I was at a human doctor and I would have been 15 minutes late I would have had to reschedule an appointment.” Absolutely ignoring the fact that there was a mistake when scheduling this. She blamed it on me, saying she called to confirm the appointment the day before to which I replied I was caring for my crying baby and must have not heard the appointment time. But still, there was no acknowledgment of the scheduling mistake. Front desk staff was overall rude and unprofessional. The nurse and doctor were fine, otherwise an uneventful though very very slow appointment. Another thing I need to mention is the fact that signs were posted all over the office which stated the requirement of the use of face masks while in the building and not a single person on the staff wore a mask. As medical professionals I expect even a vet clinic to take the pandemic and CDC recommendations (and their own posters) seriously. We will not be returning to this office. A simple fix would have been for the front desk staff to be a bit more kind, even if the fee is not waived, although I should not be paying for a scheduling mistake on their part. I understand office policies but there is a basic level of kindness I think anyone deserves.

Called Mon morning at 7:30, my cat was in a room w in 3 hrs. Diagnosis: Feline diabetes! ???? Dr. Graff took very good care of my cat and me. Explaining all of it. Thank you to all the staff. It is not unusual for me to get my animals into the this vets office same day. ???? Don't expect pampering. His concern is for the animals. It is a very busy vet clinic. He has no time to dally.

As always, Dr graf shows great care and concern with my aging Boston and my little boy long hair Chihuahua with heart issues. It's that personal interest that makes me a dedicated client to Fountain Creek Vet clinic!

We had to go to the vet because my fur baby miracle had diarrhea really bad for a couple days. Shes taken the meds prescribed and is back.to her normal bouncy tiger self. Definatly appreciate the awesome customer service and care for my baby girl. They seem to be very fair priced and concerned. The lady was nice enough to give me a call back the next day and check on her. Would definatly recommend.

It's a wonderful place to get the four legged family members check ups, exams, their shots, and whatever else that would needed. The staff is great and the Dr is absolutely awesome. The prices are reasonable as well.

Excellent staff. Fountain Creek Veterinary Clinic accommodated my schedule and fit an emergency surgery in based on an emergency with my Doberman. Couldn't ask for better from Dr. Graf and his entire staff.

Terminated us as patients while my cat was in the middle of healing from a surgery they performed. They placed the sutures incorrectly and left 15 root remnants in the gums which have started to heal over and are causing more difficulty than he was having before as he is now getting another surgery to correct Dr. Graff's work. I could go on but I think that's enough to show that you cannot trust these guys with your pets' health.

Our cat got hurt and a large bump formed on his face. (Scary stuff, his eye was being pushed shut) I called and they did an emergency squeeze in appointment, the same day. They were VERY kind, caring, and informative. Answered all of my questions and explained in detail what was wrong, how they fixed it and gave Kovu antibiotics to help him feel better. We are so very thankful and grateful.

THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY'RE DOING. We visited here with one of my cats after moving to the area trying to find a good vet. We knew our cat would need a dental cleaning and several extractions going into the appointment. My cat had severe stomatitis and needed a full mouth extraction, so we scheduled the surgery for ASAP after the initial appointment. They were scheduling surgeries three weeks out. Ok, all good. Just get him in as soon as possible - he was in a lot of pain with his diseased teeth. We bring him in for surgery, the tech doing his intake was short with us and seemed to be annoyed that we were asking questions about the procedure. I mentioned to her I had a couple other concerns about his health and she said she'd mention them to the doctor. Finally, she took our cat and told us they'd call when he was waking up and he would most likely be ready around 3:30 or 4. We got a call around 1:30 saying he would be ready to be picked up at 5:15, 45 minutes before they close. The woman on the phone was trying to be kind and wanted to reassure us that even though surgeries like this could be intimidating but once he was healed he would be able to eat hard food again if he wanted to and he would live a completely normal life, which we know is true as we have another cat with only 4 teeth who eats dry food and is healthy as can be. When we arrived to pick him up, Dr. Graf did not come out to speak with us at all but was going to each of the other cars to speak with the other pet owners, and the tech we spoke to told us (conflicting with her coworker and every vet we've ever seen) that he would never eat dry food again, and that he would be on a wet diet for the rest of his life. We were warned that he would be loopy once we got home and that they tried to clean him up but he was still drooling a bit of blood. They never mentioned if the doctor examined the other health concerns we had asked about at his intake. Once we got home, our cat was so high still he was unable to stand or walk and was in a panic. I may have skewed experiences, but I have never had a pet come off anesthesia so poorly. He had blood all over his chest and front paws. They said they had tried to clean him but there was still pure blood on him and he was no longer bleeding, just drooling watered down blood and saliva so they had just left the blood on him and got too busy to clean it. When I tried to call to make sure all of this was normal at 5:50pm, they did not answer even though they close at 6 so I had to call the ER Vet. I recommend CatTails Feline Health Center for your cats! They are always amazing. Oh and this is just a dumb nitpick, but it’s strange that you’ll be charged $10 to clip your cats nails while they’re under anesthesia. I’m already paying you $1300, you can’t just clip em real quick while he’s asleep? CatTails will do it for free with any exam :) Edit: I was advised by the new clinic I will be taking my cat to to keep an eye on his healing and try to continue care at Fountain Creek until they could see him in a few weeks. When I had to go back to Fountain Creek, Amanda (the owner) apologized for my previous experience as she had seen my review. I felt that we could withstand staying with them until his new clinic visit so Dr. Graf could monitor his healing process as he had performed the surgery. I called Fountain Creek a week after his surgery to express concerns about his wounds and pain, and they said he should be fine but to keep monitoring him and to call if anything changes. He developed new symptoms over the next few days that I felt the need to seek help about, and when I called again to express concern and see if they needed to see him in the clinic, they "client-fired" me and told me that they wouldn't see me as I had switched my care to another clinic (that he can't be seen at for his new patient exam for another week). I thought I might have been wrong about them after the owner addressed my issues, but they just further proved my point. Petty AF.

This brought my dog in to be put to sleep, after the doctor put.him down he pushed me out the back door. This doctor is evil and had no right to push me while I was grieving. Don't go to this office.

I brought my dog in to have a cyst removed from her back. I was originally quoted $277 as a high to include an ecollar, pain medication, local anesthesia, pain medication injection and antibiotics. I was charged $398 and didn't even recieve pain medication to take home or an ecollar. This is a extremely large incision for the size of the cyst that was removed. The stitches were shallow and we ended up taking her into the Emergency vet because they came open. The Emergency vet was appalled at the way the stitches were placed and that no pain medication was sent home for the size of the incision. They ended up doing 2 sets of disposable sutures, surface sutures and stitches. I've emailed and called your clinic to try and get an explanation of increased charges and asked Dr. Graf to contact me and I was told he would but have still not recieved any communication in regards to this. My dog was traumatized. I will never reccomend this vet to anyone.

It is a different world we're living in, so I can only review my visit based on the protocol the office has implemented to comply with local mandates in effect, due to Covid-19. As restrictions ease, this review may not be very relevant to what other's may experience. At the time of my appointment, only the pets were allowed inside. Owners were asked to call when they arrived and an employee came to your vehicle to check you in, eventually. A bit later, someone came to escort my dogs, one at a time, into the clinic. This definitely adds more stress to the nervous type animals. I was permitted to walk to the entrance with my nervous baby. Once inside, I was assured, she relaxed as staff doted on her and her cute dress. At the end of the visit, the dogs were brought back out accompanied by the vet and assistant. I was informed of treatment, follow up instructions and given a chance to ask questions. In conclusion, I paid, cash, but they were accepting cards, and was told to call or set follow up appointment online. I'd like to say I would not have chose this vet if it wasn't for the numerous recommendations from friends and online reviews. I can not endorse the actual treatment because I wasn't able to witness it, but I didn't notice any anxiety post treatment, in either dog. The amount of time I was there was more than I had anticipated, but I do understand the need for conducting business this way, currently. I will update review when business is back to normal, if I get the opportunity to.
