My Baxter got the honor of having Dr Moses care for him. I initially brought my pomeranian thinking I was going to have to say goodbye. I thought his diabetes and pancreatis finally was taking him over. Dr Moses was very positive hospitalizing him for a few days and monitoring him would help! At first I was hesitant and didn't think it would and he would stay in pain. But I listened to her and did it. Today I got to pick Baxter up and he is making a recovery! Dr Moses and her staff were amazing. They updated me all weekend so that I was not worrying! I couldn't believe how far they went to help Baxter and myself. I promise if you go here and see Dr Moses you will not be disappointed. I appreciate a straight forward person who doesn't tip toe around things and that's exactly what I got! Amazing, amazing and amazing vet clinic!!

Always been good and knowledgeable helped me get my pups in as fast as they could especially the day I had to get my Mary in. Caring. Reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend.

High Country Vet Hospital has been absolutely amazing! My hedgehog had a medical emergency, and they got me in very quickly. They saved her life, and I am extremely grateful. They call to check in and make sure to follow up in case more medical treatment is needed. They care about owner's animals as if they were their own! Thank you High Country Vet for everything you have done to help Luna and I!!

Only been in 1 time so far, took my guinea pig and he was well looked over. Got him some different meds, a shot, xray, and other stuff, hope they will be able to stabilize his immune system.

It was so much better when Dr. Germeroth was there. I miss her. They did do a good job shaving Popi (my cat).

They're very kind they got me in as soon as I called. They were overbooked but they squeezed me in cuz they cared about my Coco

Oh my goodness! Words cannot fully express the gratitude I have for the lovely humans at High Country Veterinary Hospital! My sweet hedgehog, Little Miss @Pearl.Pricklebottom and I were out “living our best lives” enjoying aaaaalllll things Fall at a fun pumpkin patch, and poor little Pearl Girl picked up mites ***her mommy (*yup— that’s me) didn’t realize— but is now WELL INFORMED that hedgehogs + hay = bad news bears! This ahhhhhhhmazing team got her in ASAP ***where other vets wouldn’t even take a peek at her for another three weeks! I honestly don’t know that little Miss Pearl girl would’ve made it through this infestation had it not been for these lovely humans! I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this practice, and will be using them for any/all future hedgehog/pet needs!

We recently came back to High Country after using a different vet in Colorado Springs. Dr. Moses, Dr. Becky, and their staff are all absolutely amazing! They treat our fur babies so good and they’re extremely personable! My Boxer is skittish around new people and he loves coming here! Everyone is always so kind, pleasant, and professional. I know our doggies are in the best hands here and we’re so grateful to be back with them again! Thank you all!

Friendly service, great with my animals

Dr. Moses and staff were all wonderful! I needed to get my baby into a vet as her tail was crooked and she could not wag it. She was in pain and her regular vet could not get her in. I am so thankful that they were able to squeeze her in for X-rays to make sure her wager wasn’t permanently broken. Thank you all for taking such good care of our big baby!

We take our cats and dogs here and they are always Well taken care of. It's small with friendly staff. Just the way I like it

Terrible customer service. We had an appointment for our puppy and had to wait over an hour until we eventually gave up and walked out. We dod not see the dr just a tech who collected info on why we were there. Then they called us trying to bill us for care we didnt receive and only then did we find out they had an emergency case. Emergencies are understandable. What's not understandable is having nobody update us on what was taking so long. We were in the room right next to reception. The receptionist who was not assisting the emergency could have told us there would be a wait and we either would have stayed or rescheduled for a later date. Also, the people who arrived after us with a later appointment time got treated first and they were not the emergency. Probably a great vet but very poor customer service. We took our dog elsewhere.

Literally AMAZING vet! We’ve been coming here since we got our puppy in February. Just had her spayed here in October. Pup has been healing fine until today she had some redness. They were fast to answer as well as emailed me after business hours. Literally the best vet I’ve seen. ????????????????????

Excellent veterinarians and friendly staff!

I can't praise this team enough! Dr. Moses and her staff are the best when it comes to your fur babies care! I have two 9 year old Pitbulls and 2 cats, 13 & 7. I have been bringing them all to High Country for over 6 years now. 4 microchips, several vaccine and well care visits and even 3 surgeries and I would not trust anyone else. Prices are affordable and they're always honest when it comes to what procedures are necessary. Or even if a visit is necessary. Again cannot praise this crew enough, if you're looking for an extended family for your Vet needs, this is the place.

I had to take my ferret in and unfortunately he had to go to ferret heaven and everyone there was very supportive and understanding. They gave me as much time as I needed and they walked me through everything and gave me a bunch of options for his cremation. I will definitely be coming to them in the future. I appreciate everyone there.

I new to the area so I hadn't found an avian vet yet. Today we had a bird emergency. I got on Google and started calling every "avian vet near me." High country told me to come in right away. They took my baby back as soon as I got there and I was in a room talking with the vet within 15 mins. They were great. I'll be taking all of my animals here from now on. Bonus ... the employees bring their pets to work so I was able to pet some of my anxiety away.

Fantastic experience. Not only were the staff very friendly they were also on top of everything and very informative. They were great with my dog and made sure we were out the door in time for me to still make it to work on time. I will definitely be going back. Thank you guys so much!

Honestly appreciate everyone here. I'm new to Colorado and my dog was having issues they got me in next day unfortunately it was her time. I was able to buy this beautiful wooden box to keep her near. Then 10 days later her son needed seen as it was crying in pain. Once again got me in quick and was able to get him some medication for his pain. Super greatful I was able to get these appointments. All the staff is friendly. Would recommend.

They don't let you go inside, that was a bummer since it was our first visit ever. However, the vet came out and talked to us, so that was awesome.
