Honestly I am very please with my experience with PCVH! They have been super accommodating to all of my questions and always willing to see my pups even in emergency situations. I would highly recommend if you want a veterinary clinic who truly cares about their clients!

We trust them with our dogs. All of the veterinarians are very caring.

I can’t give a review about the services they provide because I’ve never been there. I wanted to bring my dog in to get checked out because neither he nor I like our current vet. I emailed three days ago using their online form to request an appointment. Having not heard anything from them as of today, I decided to call shortly after they opened and got voicemail. Okay, fine. They’re probably busy and will call people back shortly. I waited three and a half hours and didn’t get a call back so I called again…and got voicemail again. I didn’t bother leaving a second message because why should I have to? It’s disappointing because this vet had such good reviews that I wanted to try them, but I guess I’ll have to find a vet that communicates with potential customers.

Great vet office. Staff was friendly. Very little wait. We bring a cat and a dog here.

I have been with Dr Josh for several years now thru numerous dogs. The care they get is phenomenal. The doctors and staff are great and always give you that personal touch. There is nowhere else that compares.

You all have been great in so many ways! I appreciate in this time of COVID 19 that you have gotten Aria in when she needed to be seen. Everyone seems to be doing their best in having a great attitude and striving to give the best care in these challenging times! I also appreciate the safety precautions you all have taken to keep everyone safe as possible.

Affordable yet compassionate care, flexible hours, visits are relatively quick but super efficient; strongly recommend Dr. John and his team. Made time in their schedule for an emergency visit with our dog that likely saved us thousands that we would've spent at an animal ER, and you can tell that they are genuinely invested in your pets well-being. Bonus points for their patience when our 2 year old is hyper in the large waiting room.

We needed a new vet as our previous one moved. After looking at reviews, I decided to give Pine Creek a try. I'm glad I did! Everyonee was so kind and professional. From my first call to make an appointment, though seeing the vet. Excellent follow-up with my questions and both my dog and I felt comfortable and valued.

Take both of our dogs there now, super friendly providers and so good with the dogs. Pretty good pricing too.

My primary Vet was booked for 3 weeks so they strongly recommended Pine Creek Vet Hospital. It's hard to trust new Doctors and Vets understandably, but if you're reading this and are considering taking your pet here, don't hesitate. Just call and see if they can help you out. Couldn't have been more relieved as ALL the staff members as well as Dr. Fisher were so professional, courteous, and most importantly, phenomenal with our pet. They truly care and will go above and beyond what is required for their patients. Love to see it. Can't praise this team enough.

The clinic not me in same day when my pup needed some extra care. I love that they are a fear free clinic. My pup can be a little scared at first. The vet and staff took this I'm stride and treated him with care and respected his needs. By the time the treatment was over he was much more comfortable. Their fees were also very reasonable. I'm glad to have found them.

My crazy 9 week old puppy and I had a great experience at this vet hospital. The technicians and the vet were very friendly, knowledgeable and clearly love their furry friends and want to provide great care.

They are very professional and treated my cat and myself with respect. Toothless (my cat) came in to this hospital with a very serious injury that was at a dangerous level of infection and they created a recovery plan that worked to perfection. Now that he is all healed he is back to his old self again and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be bringing him here for any future veterinary needs.

My dog had an injured leg that he can’t put weight on and the receptionist said they can’t see him until Friday. That’s 3 days away. How is this a caring animal “hospital” if you’re an inconvenience to be seen when you have an emergency? Response to clinic response: You should make sure your receptionist knows this information because no it was not offered to us in any way. And yes I did write the same review for the other clinic because I was calling around in an attempt to find help and was told the same thing by their receptionist. Not a mistaken identity on my part.

Everyone there actually cares about the animals. People who met my dog maybe twice as a puppy remembered him and his name almost a year and a half later. Doctor John is the best Vet I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Great Doc and also understands not everyone has a bankroll for their pet so doesn't do unnecessary procedures and re exams. I would trust my buddy with these folks any day.

They were caring and attentive. Gave our Koda bear the time and attention he deserves in his most needing time. For that, myself, wife and furry family will be forever grateful and clients for life. Thank you Pine Creek for the love you showed our boy.

Great staff very helpful. Both the assistant and the doctor were friendly and great with my terrified dog. Their prices are very reasonable. I will come back at some point.

Been using the practice for 2.5 yrs for our senior dog. He's had a few situations that needed prompt attention and Pine Creek was there for us. Have seen three of the vets and found them all to be caring and very professional/knowledgeable. I would recommend the practice.
