We love our vet. They treat us right all the time! Been taking my animals here 25 years.

Completely underwhelmed by this facility. The communication is poor. Their customer service is lackluster. And their pet care is mediocre at best. In search of a new facility immediately.

I've brought many pets here and never had a problem. Friendly and compassionate employees.

We took our kittens here for vaccines, the veterinarian was knowledgeable and friendly

The entire staff at Fountain Valley Animal Hospital has always taken great care of my pets and have always been very professional and responsive. I know my four legged friends are always in good hands here!

I've been taking my cats and dogs here for years, they even put my cat to sleep when his time came. After I returned from deployment, I noticed their service severely went down hill and unfortunately I will have to find a new vet.

Took a week to get in but they're busy for a reason. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and I didn't feel judged at all even though my cat hasn't been to a vet in a few years.

My first visit and it was great the staff was helpful and made it an easy visit with my two kids and the vet was awesome went over treatment options and was very knowledgeable.

Freaking expensive! I can't attest to their care as I wasn't allowed in with my pet. The reason for our visit was just to get my dog neutered and google told me they're the best in my area. Google actually told me they were on the low cost end; untrue.

Every encounter I have had with the front desk, technicians and Dr. Rachel have been amazing. They always give me options and the information to make my own decisions about my animals. Prices are standard but I don't have a huge issue getting an appointment and they have returned my phone calls when I have had concerns and questions about treatment. Overall great place to bring my fur babies.

I am so disappointed in this place. I picked it because of the good reviews, but unfortunately our second experience was awful. They charged me for x-rays that 1 weren't needed and most importantly not authorized. I was told by the receptionist that they would do the exam first and call to discuss our options before doing anything. The tech that came to get my dog, told my mom the exact same thing. 12 minutes after taking him back they called and said the x-rays showed nothing and you owe us $275???? the dr said my mom verbally agreed to x-rays but SHE ABSOLUTELY DID NOT. We knew he didn't need them, but we did want him examined and given pain medication. Since my dog was seen yesterday he has been shaking and crying. I called this morning to tell them and the dr was unconcerned and said it's not from her doing. I just want other's to know my experiences so they don't make the same mistake I did by falling victim to this place that's clearly only out to screw people.

I have Pit Bulls and the doctor is not afraid of them. She loves them up and treats them wonderfully. She knows how to handle them. I know when I take them in I don't have to worry. Absolutely wonderful place!

Great vet and friendly staff

Called our pet needs teeth pulled. Asked for approximately the $ amount. Girl on phone was unpleasant and snippy. Not professional, she come a crossed like I bothered her. So I said thanks ill call another vet.

I had two German Shepherds since they were puppies the staff and vet's are kind and very knowledgeable about the breed anything we ever needed for our dogs they were always helpful.

Called and the receptionist Alex was a terrible first impression of this business. She was rude and less than empathetic. In fact I would be confident in saying she does not care about customers/animals based on this horrible experience. I would never subject my pet to this place based on her unprofessional attitude. You need to realize that you’re dealing with people’s pets and people are extremely passionate about their pets they are family members to many individuals as they should be. To be so disregarding and careless over a serious matter when an individual is looking to establish care with a new provider is not only a disservice to the pet, but it’s also to this business that depends on these pets as a revenue stream. After I collected myself from having to deal with her, I called Clearview and they were a breath of fresh air. Instantly empathized with the situation and offered their soonest appointment AND to place me on their call list. Clearview goes above and beyond where Fountain Valley would rather send you off and not deal with helping a pet.

Doc Rachel is amazing! Super knowledgeable and down-to-Earth, reasonable on what our pets do and don't need in terms of preventative care. Great place!

I have taken my pets here for years. The Drs are genuinely caring and want the best for you and furbabies. I like that they have Saturday hours for more convenience.
