I have been using this facility for almost 18 years, and haven't had any issues. Exceptional care for all of my pets.

Stole my dog. Yes, be careful. You cant afford care for your pet? Don’t worry, they will find a way to help. Maybe sell your pet to another client. Great service

They were so attending to myself and my dog Lucy. I felt very good how the doctor talked to me directly about my dog. She made me feel good about being there for my dog. I am 76 and my dog is 12,she is my BFF.but not alot of money.i have to save just to have a blood work up.but I know I did the right thing going to fountain valley animal hospital. So I think if you love your pet like family.make a appointment you'll be happy you did.

Had a very sick 16 yr old. They examined her, sent us home with lots of meds. 2 days later she is back to her fun loving self. Thanks so much to Dr. and staff !!

Healthy Pets staff, Dr. Junge, and Dr. Mayfield are amazing. We have taken our pets there for years and won't go anywhere else. They are loving, compassionate, and really care about not only our pets, but us as well. They explain everything and work with us instead of just telling us. And the reception staff are amazing. They remember me and my puppies when I call.. You can't go wrong with Healthy Pets.

Very friendly. The new COVID 'wait in your car' service , I actually find better than waiting in waiting\exam rooms. Drop off pup, listen to jams\netflix, get a call on results\options, then get pup back.

Been taking my dog here for 11 years and very disappointed in customer service. I was given a quote for teeth cleaning $1400- $1570 with extractions. I called to ask if there was ever a discount and reception told me if the procedure is done within a month of quote, they will do a 10% discount (THIS WAS NOT MENTIONED WHEN I WAS GIVEN THE QUOTE). Because there was no available time slots left for the cleaning in the following week, they would not give me the 10% discount and I was told I could come in, REPAY the $58 office visit fee, and then schedule to receive the discount. I can't believe they would not provide the discount if the procedure was SCHEDULED within one month after quote given. Extremely disappointed, but found a wonderful new vet with a quote of 1/2 of what I was given at Healthy Pets. I do NOT recommend.

We have been bringing our dog (Loki) to this hospital for the last few months, for regular check ups and for a recent ear infection. We absolutely love the staff and the doctor who sees Loki. He has been feeling much better since his last visit and we are very glad.

They were extremely friendly and communicative about COVID procedures. I wasn’t allowed in with my cat for his checkup, but the doctor called me during the visit and we talked about his (the cat’s) health.

Great place and people! I just moved to the area and have a CRAZY 1 year old lab. They treat her better than me and they treat her like a queen! (So they treat me amazingly of you didnt catch that). I'm always afraid when then bill comes and ive never been surprised except for good! I would say their prices are more than fair and I'm always impressed with the quality, service, and speed at which they accomplish care!

Over an HOUR in your parking lot. Had ZERO problem taking my credit card the very second I pulled up, but once I paid, oh boy what a wait. I really loath doctors and vets who don't care at ALL about their customer's time. It is a Friday afternoon, the LAST THING anyone wants to do is sit in your parking lot for over an HOUR!!!!!!! I saw one guy pull up handover his chihuahua and HE GOT HIS DOG BACK before I got my pet back from a surgery that I had to leave my pet for a while day for. Extremely rude, inconsiderate of their clients time. They have your pet and they know it. UNEXCUSABLE WAIT TIME and VERY DISORGANIZED SERVICE. Thanks for wasting my family's time while we have a screaming infant in the car.

Once they took her back I feel like they did a good job! But because of Covid-19 I couldn't go in the building! Only a two hour wait so not too bad! We drove around and looked at Christmas lights until they were ready for us (me and the dog I was dog sitting). It was nice that we were allowed to leave and then come back so we weren't just sitting for two hours waiting in the car!

All the staff is professional caring and friendly and knowledgeable. I trust the care of beloved pups to healthy pets Hospital to the point that I drive across town to take them there for any types of care

Called and made an appointment for a stray cat I found to get his mats shaved and get checked on. Waited in the parking lot a full 2 hours and they didn't even attempt to shave him. They did nothing to give the poor cat any relief for from his mats. Every appointment everywhere is a month out and this poor guy has to wait even longer for help. Price is triple what my regular vet charges and they didn't even do what the were asked and told me they would do. I've never been one to give bad reviews but this place needs a change. I made a shave appointment and got nothing for a ridiculously high price.

This place is so sensitive and kind when it's time for an animal to pass away. Even the nurse teared up when we had to put our kitty down. I will always take my pets here from now on.
