I can't say enough about this place!! A pet emergency is what brought me here and the people are what will make me return!! 3pm my dog had a severely torn lower eyelid due to a scuffle with my other dog and they had Mufasa done before 5 for me to pick up. Wonderful pet-side manner! Would gladly refer in the future!

I brought my dog here for daycare 4 days in a row during a visit to Estes Park. He was always very tired when I picked him up and he was excited to go back every morning. They were also flexible with pick up times if I thought I was going to be late. I definitely recommend this place for your dog, they did a great job.

We had a very unpleasant experience with the staff. I called one day to ask the pick up times and was told I could come any time during the day to pick up my dog, but there would be a fee to get him outside of the pick up times, which I was totally okay with. So we showed up to get him and the doors were locked. We called and whoever was working the morning of Sunday August 4th was EXTREMELY RUDE!! She claimed I had to have an appointment to pick my dog up early and she said no one was there to let us in, which no one told me about an appointment when I called the day earlier. There was absolutely no customer service, after bickering on the phone for a few minutes and after being HUNG UP ON, someone finally opened the door. Whoever I was talking to on the phone ended up being the one to ring me up to pay. My dog stayed for 3 nights, at $27 a night the total would come to about $81, I did have some extra add ons, only totaling to about $7. I WAS CHARGED $143 FOR 3 NIGHTS!!! Make sure you ask questions because they will not tell you!!! Absolutely no customer service involved, the staff is extremely rude and I was told 5 different things when I asked questions. I hope everyone thinks twice about taking their pets here!!

our golden doodle had a wonderful time and was well taken care of! so glad this place was there while we stayed in Estes Park for a wedding as the condo we rented did not allow dogs and we had lots of activities to attend.

Estes Park Pet Lodge was just wonderful!! The staff was super friendly and really seemed to love to dogs! It is connected to a veterinary facility which is piece of mind as well. Highly recommend their doggie daycare for anyone traveling to the Rocky Mountain National Park and wants to explore without their fury friends. Two thumbs up!

My 16 year old Jack Russell loves this place as much, or more, than home.

The girls were very friendly and helpful. Our Doberman Jazz visited twice while we were on vacation so she could play while we played so she wasn't stuck in the RV alone during the day and she was wore out when we'd pick her up in the afternoons. Highly recommend!

Took great care of our dog for the day while we were hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. They have a great selection of treats you can purchase for your dog so they won't even miss you.

A week before our wedding in Estes Park, our plans fell through with a family member that had agreed to watch our dogs. It was extremely important to my husband and I to have our two dogs in our ceremony, and we were deveststed when our original plans fell through. I felt blessed when I found Estes Park Pet Lodge, and they seemed extremely helpful and accommodating over the phone. Because our dogs were part of our wedding party, we asked if the lodge would allow for us to pick up and drop off at some different times then what was posted on their website. Our ceremony was at 4:00 and we wanted to drop the dogs off between 5:00 and 5:15. They said they would absolutely work with us, and asked for all the information which I gave in great detail. When we dropped off our dogs the day before the wedding, I gave them a typed instruction sheet that included the agreed pick-up times, who was going to get them the day of the wedding, etc. The day of the wedding arrived, and my father-in-law went to pick up the dogs for pictures, and he attempted to clarify the drop off time of 5:00-5:15.The woman there said that would not be possible since no one would be there to accept the dogs after 4:30 and refused to listen to the fact that we had arranged in our first contact for a different drop off time due to the wedding. Our dogs were not able to be a part of our ceremony, which was heartbreaking, but not the worst part. We brought our own dog food as one of our dogs is on a prescription diet. Well, something must have gone wrong there too, as both of our dogs were sick for several days after staying here. I wouldn't have been as upset if the facility had not promised us they would work with us, and then gone back on their word. That, paired with our dogs becoming sick immediately afterwards, is why I decided to leave this review.

Carolin has 3 sibling kittens for sale online. We drove from Greeley to Estes to adopt all 3 of them and keep them together. I talked to her personally and she informed me that she had offers on the kittens individually and that it didn't matter if they they stayed together. Really? I wouldn't buy or bring an animal to this shop for any reason.

This place was FANTASTIC. My family and I were visiting Estes Park for the week, and although there is a lot to do with our dog, there were some things we wanted to do without him. He spent three days (just during the day) at Estes Park Pet Lodge. He's a 6 month old mini-dachshund and is kind of afraid of other dogs, but this place only paired him with other small dogs and he had a wonderful time. We could peek in the window at him when we were picking him up, and he was running around playing with his little doggie friends and having so much fun. They have the day nicely scheduled with time for naps, time for play, and outdoor time. He was happy to go back each day, so I know it was a good place for him, because he's rather attached to us and hates when we leave.
