Wonderful kennels with caring fun people. My dog loves going there during the day and has become so well socialized.

-Most staff are kind, however, there are a few staff members who are incredibly rude. It just makes me think- how are these staff members treating my dog when nobody is watching? -They are incredibly protective about the area where the dogs are kept to play. Dog parents are not allowed to go and see their pet in the play area. If you cross their line (which is not clearly marked) you will get yelled at by staff. -My sweet pup got kennel cough and Giardia from this daycare. -When I took my pup there for his first day they did not require proof of vaccination before taking him back to be with the other pups. -They are clearly understaffed most of the time (maybe why their staff can be incredibly rude). -My pup came home from that daycare whining and clearly somewhat traumatized. The last straw was when he came home with a bite wound that NEEDED STITCHES. The staff did not tell me about this injury. This indicates that they were not watching my pup at all. -Wondering why there are so many great reviews? It's because clients get a free day of daycare for submitting a good review. -If you love your dog like I do- do not take him here. If you do, I truly hope you have a much better experience then we did.

Boarded our husky girl Akira here for the first time and we are happy with their service. She came home happy and tired. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend whispering pines.

We love this place! They are so kind to our very old dog and flexible when we need them to be. We feel very comfortable keeping him here.

I have taken my two pups to whispering pines for boarding several times and am very impressed with their services. The staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. My pups always come home very tired and happy. I highly recommend anyone looking for boarding to take their dog here!

Our dog is so happy driving up the driveway to Whispering Pines. She can hardly wait to get out of the vehicle. During the time of boarding her I have called to check on her and the staff is great at letting me know how she is eating and doing. They also do a good job of giving her playtime and a bath. Been using this kennel for years. They take reservations and are reliable as well as they have daycare.

Whispering Pines is an incredible pet resort! They are very responsive and so loving to my puppy, Leo! I was having a hard time leaving him for the first time and they sent me photos of him having the best time ever! No other place I would want to take him. I live in Boulder and make the drive, it’s worth it! :)

The Whispering Pines Pet Resort took amazing care of my cat Tomo for a week while I was out of town. They accommodate to personalize care for the pets as much as possible to make sure they're comfortable and are able to follow any feeding instructions necessary. Tomo had his own little 3-tier cat condo with a big window to keep him entertained all day. My cat is very nervous and anxious but Whispering Pines did a wonderful job of taking care of him despite his lack of friendliness; and made him as calm as possible throughout his stay. They were very responsive and emailed back with an update when I reached out to check up on him. I'm so grateful for how well they took care of Tomo and for how kind and friendly they were to us. Would definitely recommend and return again!

Incredibly friendly staff! They make you and your pet feel welcome and go above and beyond making your pet and yourself feel comfortable about separating for your boarding. They are accomadting for physical activity and you can choose whether or not to let your pet play with others. They provide bedding for your pet so you don't have to.

I was travelled for 1.5 months my pup was well taken care of and was happy. I would take him to Whispering Pines any time I travel.

Our two Aussues love this place whether we need to drop them off for day play or for boarding. Staff is polite and accommodating, I would definitely recommend whispering pines for high energy dogs based on my experience

Tried boarding for the first time in June for my husky. I was nervous about how she would do, but the staff was friendly and helped ease my nerves. My husky loves it and always come home tired from a great day

The staff is very friendly and love the animals. We have boarded bot our cat and dog there and will do so again.

If you're looking for daycare or boarding, Whispering Pines is the answer! My now 6 month old GSD mix was extremely nervous when I first adopted her, with both people and dogs. They did wonderful handling her and were so kind and responsive when I called multiple times a day to check in those first few days. They actually put me on hold to go back and check on her and give me an honest answer rather than just saying "yeah, she's doing fine!" Play groups are small, supervised and they are very mindful about placing dogs with similar play styles together. She is now WAY more outgoing and I owe a lot of her confidence to her time away from me with Whispering Pines. They're really amazing and patient as I work on her training as we come and go. Rates are extremely affordable and they offer such trustworthy care. And you can't put a price on a sleepy puppy after a long day of work! We're both happier in the evenings after she's spent the day at Whispering Pines! Couldn't recommend them more highly!

Brought Kota, my German Shepard to whispering pines for a long weekend. they were very polite and answered any questions up front, price is very resonable. When i picked up Kota he didnt seem too exicted to see me, which tells me he had a great time. would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great place to take their pets for boarding.

Very friendly staff and wonderful accommodations for our animals while we were out of town. We will definitely be using Whispering Pines again.

I was really nervous to drop my pup off as it was his first time boarding at a kennel, and the staff were fantastic at making me feel comfortable and giving updates during his stay! He had a great time and seemed happy when he got home. Great value for boarding and doggy day care. We look forward to boarding again with them in the future.

We love Whispering Pines! Our dog enjoys daycare and boarding stays here. The staff members are always so friendly and helpful, and our dog loves the crew. We trust the staff to care for our dog, and she always has a blast.

The entire staff has treated my dog Goose an English shepherd like royalty. I had 2 big surgeries this year and my dog had to stay for an extended period of time. From morning to night he was in great care, they even offer a tuck-in service which he looks forward to all day. They do a five star job of grooming and bathing, to spending extra time with him. He can't contain his excitement when I tell him he's going to the Pup Palace. Anyone who might read this review, look no further than Whispering Pines Pet Resort to take excellent care of your best friend.

I used to love taking my dogs here, they enjoy it a lot, but both of my vaccinated dogs got kennel cough at different times. They don’t require everyone to have the kennel cough vaccination which I think is not responsible whatsoever. Also when I took my young German Shepard in for boarding not only did she get kennel cough but when we went to take her for daily walk she refused to use the leash she was so scared she ran to her kennel and was shaking. Someone had to have done something to her for her to react that way. She was always excited to go for a walk and now she is terrified. Super sad to lose this kennel but I’m choosing to not go there anymore.

Our dogs Prince and Maddie love coming to doggy day care (doggy school as we call it) here at Whispering Pines. We moved to Longmont last year and another customer recommended Whispering Pines for day care. Our pups always come home tired which is so nice. They always look forward to school. The staff is always great to work with and takes such good care of our dogs.

Experienced and knowledgable staff that truly care about the animals in their care. You cannot find another facility in the area that offers roomy indoor/outdoor runs for all dogs. I love that my pup has the option to be inside or outside all day long (depending on the weather). Other facilities around here only offer cramped indoor stalls with limited breaks outside. Whispering Pines has huge daycare yards for the dogs to run and play in that are separated by size, age, energy level, etc., so I know my dog having the best boarding/daycare experience!

My dog Doug absolutely loves coming here. The staff is incredibly friendly and treat Doug with so much love. I feel so blessed to have them in our life.

Whispering Pines was recommended to me by other friends. The staff is very friendly. My dog came home happy and tired. They gave us the cutest report card after his day care. We are excited for our next time at Whispering Pines.

Thanks to a great staff & Pet Resort my two dogs had a great experience boarding for a week. One of my dogs is shy and always afraid but he had a great experience boarding. I was happy to hear I could even call in and get an update on how my dogs were doing while I was away.

My little boy is quite rambunctious and the workers knew exactly how to handle him . Oliver (Chorkie) loves it here. We pull into the driveway and he starts going crazy . I was Leary at first knowing he’s still a baby but in talking to other clients and staff my mind is at ease . Very good value .
