Well at first these people were awesome but now I really do have different feelings my dog Fritz a week ago I want it my vet to check him cuz he wasn't feeling good he have to be between 1 and 10 cuz they were talking walk-ins they didn't have no appointment my dog was really sick so unfortunately on Christmas Eve I lost my dog and I wanted to take him to my vet because they were always good with Fritz but they couldn't I understand due to the shortage but my dog was really sick and I let them know this they would always make sure Fritzs was okay that's why I wanted them to see my dog but I had to take him early and check in if not they can't see him my husband took him but not he was 11 person but my dog was very sick and like I said unfortunately my dog is gone????????

They genuinely care for both the pet and their owners.

I'm from Michigan and I drive over the road so it's been hard finding a vet to take a look at my dog I got in Englewood yesterday and found that just a few feet from where I made my delivery was a veterinarian I didn't have an appointment and there were no openings at the time but they were nice enough and friendly enough to take me in the next day I was in there no more than 15 to 20 minutes and my dog got the attention she needed I'm very pleased and happy After experiencing several days of nervousness they have a great staff very friendly and extremely helpful solving my problem thank you very much I am truly grateful as I know my dog is you made them happy and me great job

They were the only Veterinarian in town that could see my chicken. They fit me in right away and were very flexible when I had to change times. The doctor was very professional, nice and respected me and my pet. Highly recommend.

Lamar is the worst customer representative ever. She’s willfully ignorant and absolutely will not help you in anyway. Nichole isn’t much better. She’s incredibly rude and unhelpful. The whole front desk team is awful. Do yourself a favor, save the frustration of having to deal with people like Nichole and Lamar find yourself another vet

Dr are nice and not to expensive. My cats love going tot the vet now

I was referred here for acupuncture and laser therapy because my dogs arthritis had gotten so bad that rimadyl and gabapentin weren't doing much on their own anymore. At first, he saw Dr. German and things were going great! I was surprised how quickly we saw a change. She was very helpful in figuring out the best course of treatment and how often he would need to be seen. One time when I called to schedule more appointments, I was told she was leaving the practice so I scheduled with the new doctor. And since then, everything went downhill. My dog was no longer showing any improvement after sessions, almost as if they weren't actually doing any treatment. I made comments, but nothing seemed to change. And then the front desk started to become very disorganized - they tried charging me for treatments I had already paid for among other things of that sort. Needless to say, we looked elsewhere for treatment and now my dog is feeling like he was when we first started at Belleview.

They are so busy that they do not take the time to care. The vet was not forthcoming about this condition even though he later admitted to suspecting it for a while and when it came time for euthanasia he was not even mature enough to suggest it. They don’t return phone calls. We called for days trying to get advice, and finally he called me at 4pm on a Friday saying he couldn’t do anything until Monday. We ended up having to rush to an emergency vet for euthanasia. I definitely recommend a different clinic

We have 3 dogs and they have all been seen here for many years, the vets are great and you could ask for a better staff but you would not be able to find it. Everyone here is friendly and I could not ask for anything more. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Brought dog there the doc checked her out found out why dog was sick. Gave her meds she is better now

I’m hesitant to write a poor review because the vets are great, but the front desk and assistants are disrespectful and unreliable. I’ve been coming to this vet for two years. The first visit was fantastic. The second visit for my emotional support animal paperwork they outright critiqued and judged me for bringing my dog on an airplane. The final visit we brought my dog in for a spay, and they promised to call and check in on her but never did. They preach big animal care, but don’t actually follow through. I tried to get flea/tick heartworm for my dog before a trip to California, and the front desk was super rude about helping. They transferred me to a voicemail, and i never heard anything back. Looks like I’ll be finding a new vet, since they obviously don’t want my business. Save your time and money, go elsewhere.

Absolutely appalled at how I was treated at this clinic. I came in to get my dog with cancer on a raw food homemade diet. The vet said after the expensive consult I could call back and we would finalize the plan for my dog. I was explicit it wouldn't be another appointment and she said no. I took time to research and when I called back in I was told I only has 15 min to chat with the vet or I would be charged another appointment. Absolutely not acceptable!! They even had the nerve to ask for my credit card in case I ran over the 15min so they could charge me if I did. I rushed through all my questions in 16 min and wasn't charged, but was entirely disappointed by the vet and how they operate. Take your fur baby to someone who really cares about them and you, especially when they are suffering from cancer, and isn't going to nickel and dime you for their precious time.

Belleview animal clinic is amazing with friendly staff and very reasonable prices. My bird had gotten a string wrapped around her leg and cut off the circulation. We took her to Vida vet care and I asked them to take the metal tag off of her leg which they did not do. They charged us $150 to do nothing and just tell us she was going to heal on her own and be fine. She did not heal and the leg got significantly more swollen and infected and when I called back to tell them that there had to be something they didn't see the first time, they wanted to charge us another $100 just to bring her in not including any of the care she needed not to mention that their bird vet wasn't in for multiple days. So instead of taking her back to Vida we called Belleview animal clinic and they were extremely helpful. They squeezed us in same day, did exactly what I asked, didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need or weren't looking for and their prices were extremely reasonable.

The exotic vetbhere has always been nice and exceptionally caring. Im a bit of a cry baby but he is very understanding and knowledgable

We are so grateful for you Dr Mike for helping us. It is almost one year later and my dog is still doing well and a costly procedure was never needed. Dr Mike cares about his patients and not about profit. Very affordable rates and caring staff. Now all 3 of our dogs are treated at Belleview Animal Clinic.

Then said his ear needed this emergency surgery as well. Dr Mike was our second opinion after the first diagnosis. He treated the injury with meds and follow up office visits to monitor the healing. We are so grateful for you Dr Mike for helping us. It is almost one year later and my dog is still doing well and a costly procedure was never needed. Always a great experience. Staff is kind, considerate, and communicate clearly. They are sweet and patient with the furry critters. Highly recommend this vet. to anyone looking for a great place to take their furry family members. ❤

I visited Belleview Animal Clinic with my dog as a new patient for a wellness exam. I arrived at the clinic on time for my 2pm appointment upon which I called the office to let them know I was parked outside and my dog was ready to be taken inside (per COVID safety precautions set by the clinic). They told me someone would be out in just a couple of minutes. I waited until 2:15 before calling again to remind them. It was a 90 degree day and we were sitting waiting in the heat. Someone did not show up until 2:18 and did not express any apologies for the wait. This was already setting the stage for a negative first impression. The wellness exam itself was satisfactory. Next the office called me to take payment over the phone for my dog's visit. I had called prior to the visit to find out the price and received conflicting information when it came time to pay. This was very frustrating as I expected something entirely different and was put on the spot to pay much more than I had anticipated. I left the visit with a couple of supplements and an antibiotic for a potential bladder infection my dog had. Upon arriving home and opening the antibiotic I discovered it was in powder form which conflicted with the instructions to give my dog "drops" of the solution. I called the office and they told me they had forgotten to mix up the antibiotic before giving it to me but I could do it myself. I found this to be highly unprofessional. I called to speak to the office manager about my experience but could not get a hold of her so I left her a voicemail per direction from the front desk. I never received a call back to discuss my concerns. All in all, I was hopeful for a positive experience upon visiting this clinic for the first time but instead was very disappointed. I would not recommend visiting this clinic.

They are all nice people, but they're too busy for their own good. If you're ok with leaving messages and waiting for a response someday, then go for it. My dog's prescription ran out just before the holiday break and I called it in the day before they closed but they didn't get it refilled. Now, a week later and the receptionist can't be bothered to ask the tech to approve it. So I just wait while my dog suffers. Update: they approved the refill
