Such an amazing groomer and boarder! We needed to groom our dog last minute today and they squeezed us in for a last minute appointment. They always take great care of our pup! I’d give them 6 stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have boarded my Siberian Husky (Bane) multiple times with this facility and they have been nothing short of amazing!! Love the rooftop camera so I can check in on him, able to bring toys/blankets for his overnight stays, and the employees are so sweet to both of us! Highly recommend Woof in Boots and will continue letting my fluffball play here ????

Took my pup for his first grooming here and was nervous to leave him in a room full of bigger dogs while he waited for his turn. I should have to thought better when I had to remind the staff to take his shot records. I called to check on him and they asked what kind of cut to give him- I said make it short. When I picked him up they had only cut around his paws and face, saying they like pups to get used to the clippers before a full cut. Understandable, but would have been great to know beforehand, because now I have to schedule another cut. And they still charged me for a full cut. I asked for a change in price and they said they’ll have to ask their manager, who is sick right now, and they’ll get back to me in a few days. They never reached out and never responded to my email on the issue. That’s why they get 1 star. I can deal with honest mistakes but the worst is when the business isn’t willing to even communicate with me, as a paying, tipping customer.

Tried to use this service, booked an appointment online a few weeks in advance knowing how booked most places get around the holiday and then called to confirm after not hearing anything back expecting to go in in 48 hours and was told that they call to book the actual appointment, and now they can’t groom my dog in the time I needed. If they have an online system for booking they should honor appointments and not make it so complicated or make sure to call. The lady I spoke with made it out like it was my fault and said unless someone called to confirm it it isn’t an appointment. Not sure how I was suppose to know this since I’ve never been. I won’t be using them in the future since it is harder to get an appointment then it is for me to get a hair appointment and I was treated like it is my fault that they did not confirm the appointment.

Took my dog here and she loved it at first. But on her last few visits, she seemed really sad when I picked her up unlike the first few times. Also started getting really weird vibes from the people at the front desk. Just not sure about how they treat her. I always ask for a picture of her to see how she’s doing and the last day she was there, she was in the corner all scared. First few times she was playful and happy…

We use them primarily for daycare. I have a 9 year old dog with separation anxiety who has historically refused to walk into any daycare/boarding facility on her own. She RUNS into Woof in Boots. The staff is so caring and it obviously makes all the difference for Penny! There is a great staff-to-dog ratio here, unlike other daycares I've tried. We also bring our 13 year old rescue pup and it's really helped his confidence. The peace of mind I get with Woof in Boots is invaluable.

brought my dog here for a day only to find out that he was shoved into a hot roof full of aggressive dogs, was overheated, and dehydrated. girls up from were very rude with me, and left me feeling anxious about my dog.

I was visiting Denver with my dogs and needed a couple hours alone. They took me right on the spot and were very friendly! Even got a discount as a new client. Just got a bath but place looked very nice.

I just picked my dog up after four days of boarding. He is happy and healthy. Whenever I go in the dogs are well behaved and everyone who works there is very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Everyone at Woof in Boots is kind, communicative and always excited to see our dog. Our dog has such a fun time here and we feel great knowing he's in a happy environment.

I really love coming here! The staff is amazing and my pups already know where we’re at just by opening the front door! Seeing the staff get excited to see my pups reassures me that they love it here! The groomers leave my dogs looking so cute! Everyone is super helpful and kind. I really like how they know how to keep calm even if it gets really loud.

I dropped my dog off for a full day of daycare on a last minute’s notice and I was seriously impressed! The staff at Woof in Boots was super friendly and professional. My dog came back super tired and worn out and seemed like he had a blast all day. I will definitely be back as I trust everyone here with the care of my pup! Thank you Woof In Boots!

I've been taking my pooch here for some boarding and grooming for five years and they have been nothing but great!

I took my dog to daycare here 4-5 days a week for about month and a half. They have an “unlimited” package that is the cheapest in the area by about $100, so definitely the best choice if you need to take your dog every week day. It is a smaller daycare compared to some nearby, but I think that’s safer because there is a lower person to dog ratio, which means the humans can more easily supervise safe play. My dog was always exhausted after coming home and so excited to arrive. The employees are all very kind and I could tell they loved and took great care of my dog! I’m so sad that I’ve moved too far to use their daycare services, but I would recommend them to anyone!

Maudie is the best groomer for our miniature poodle, and we have tried a number of groomers. Maudie has an artistic talent and gives our dog the cutest and most long lasting haircuts. Our dog is always happy when he sees Maudie, so we know she takes good care of him. Maudie is a gem, and we are so lucky to have found her.

Don’t ever go here. Lack of professionalism totally not worth your money.

I’ve been getting my dogs hair cut at Woof in Boots for 2 years now. Every time I’ve been the workers are so nice, nice to the animals and he always gets a great haircut. My only complaint is how long it takes. This time i dropped him off at 10:30 and he wasn’t ready til 3:30. Before i moved the place I went took max 2 hours. But I do like that the dogs get to walk free in the grooming room!

I cannot recommend woof in boots enough. We have a 35 lb labradoodle who got pretty matted around the collar and armpits after the several snow storms we got the last month. We didn’t even see the mattes because they were so close to her skin that we were just combing out the top portion of her fur (she is a fluff ball)! Our groomer did a terrific job trimming them out instead of trying to comb them out which could be really painful but she did it in a way where you can’t even see the patchiness. They take their time here and it’s worth every penny. Our pup is so excited when we pull up and we’ve never used the doggy daycare just the doggy spa. Animal lovers work here :)

Do not support this company. They don’t know how to treat, manage, or respect their staff.......in one word....pathetic.

I hate to write negative reviews, especially when there are so many positives, but not happy about today. I brought my dog in for a boarding evaluation and while the staff was very friendly, when I picked up my dog she had a limp. Didn't think too much at first but it's 5 hours later and it's only gotten worse (can't put any weight). I showed up an hour before they thought I was coming for pickup and the dog was separated from all of the others so that makes me think something happened? (dogs were playing rough?) Instead of being up front they just said my dog did great...Maybe she's better in the morning but if not this is a vet visit, x rays, & more. Also asked 0 questions (temperment etc) about my dog before taking her in and placing with others.

Friendly staff! The only complaint is the overwhelming smell there sometimes but our timid dog enjoys herself there so we will be bringing her back for short boarding trips.

Everyone at Woof in Boots is so kind and attentive. My dog is sweet, but she is hyper, and they always seem to have so much patience for her. Their grooming services are great as well!

This company is lead by a great GM who does everything she can to help her customers. The staff works great together and is really a great place to bring your dog. The owner's should be very proud.

One of the best dog groomers in town! The groomer always delivers our needs for the groom that we have asked for. Our mini Aussie always comes home super cute and well groomed. Thank you for all you do to make our dog adorable.

We were so worried after having some bad experiences but the groomer, Brianna was incredible and walked me through how I wanted the cut and my doodle looks INCREDIBLE! Couldn’t recommend this place more- so flexible and knowledgeable

I've been taking my two pups to Woof in Boots for many years and have always had a wonderful experience! The owners are wonderful as are the staff! We moved to Conifer over a year ago and I still make the trip to take Bella and Woody in for their spa days :)

High energy puppies haven. Our Golden Retriever who is a year and a half still has unlimited energy. This has been an answer to our prayers after months of training. Her coming here at least 1-2 times a week has changed her demeanor completely! She drags us to the front door and always has a blast here. We love sending her here and she loves coming!

My pups love woof in boots! Boarded my pups over the holidays here and they had such a great time and came home so tired from playing all day. Definitely bringing them back next year for the holidays as well. I will definitely be recommending Woof in Boots to everyone I know!

A welcoming place for myself and our maltese half brothers. We are from out of town but carry our proof of vaccination with us for our "children". Had an event where dogs weren't allowed. Called and got them in easily. My son's didn't even want to wave or kiss me goodbye when I left????
