First time frequenting: -no one noticed or greeted me as I came in. The front office staff was surprised to see me when someone finally entered the room 5 min after my arrival. Not a big deal on its own, but unprofessional. -didn't offer my two cats and I a room when a dog was going crazy barking and pulling in the lobby for 5 min. The room she sat me in after the event had been open the whole time. the "handler" of this dog was not wearing a mask despite signs on the door and no one seemed to question her disregard for that. -waited in the room for 30 min after my appointment time. No one apologized for the wait or explained why it was taking so long. -no one noticed me leave. No one called to see why I left without being seen, or what was wrong.

Lady was rude didn't even bother to give me an appointment

I would give them 6 stars if I could. My cat was diagnosed with bladder stones on Sunday at an emergency vet and we were told to get him in for surgery at a non-emergency vet (no blockage = not an emergency apparently) within the week. We called around the city all day on Monday and everyone was booked out through the next month at least. When I explained the situation to the receptionist she was able to work with the schedule and squeeze us in later that week. Fair prices and caring staff. Would recommend!

Called to see if there were walk in hours or if I could schedule an appointment for the day. Answer was “no I’m sorry. Have a good day”. Didn’t even want to see if I wanted to schedule an appointment for this week or ask if it was an emergency. I wouldn’t want this person working for me and losing/missing out on new customer sales.

This vet clinic is really good.got my dog in pretty quick.the lady in the front desk Jean super nice.i will be telling all my friends about this place.

I love how good they are with my German Shephard pup! She's rowdy and they were very good with getting her heartworm test and preventative shot!

I have been taking my pets to the animal hospital since 2005 They have taken excellent care of my 2 cats that I had during this time.

Our fur babies have been coming to The Vets Animal Hospital for 21 years. So you can understand why I feel like the staff is like family. Thank you for loving my fur babies as much as I do.

Great customer service and wonderful with pets

We and our three pets lived in the neighborhood for about 3 years. During that period, this office managed to lose the records for all of our pets multiple times. Also in that period, it was extremely rare for us to be seen on time as they would always over-book. The priority for them is obviously moving as many pets through as possible, rather than delivering the right care. Sad!

The staff I saw was great

The Vets Animal Hospital treated my cats and were very good with them. Costs for treatment were reasonable. They allowed me to determine what tests were performed by what I thought needed to be done and gave me the cost of each test. I will take my cats back when I need to get their shots.

I will only be bringing my pets here. From 10 years ago, helping my 12 year old baby boy pitbull to the rainbow ???? bridge, to now helping my 2 year old Luna girl through an emergency situation I had no idea was going on. Thank you so much for all of your excellent help and service. Most importantly, thank you for your love of animals. You truly define what it means to care for a pet knowing it's someone's fur baby. Wonderful staff and great veterinarians. Luna is healing well. ????❤️???????????? I can't express my gratitude enough.

They were able to see my dog quickly and on short notice, and took very good care of us. Answered all of my questions and were patient. Pricing is reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Witnessed a kitten nearly hit on 84th. My husband saved its life but we were not certain it was OK. We raced to the closest vet and practically ran back out the door with no names, as we were late to an appointment. The Vets Animal Hospital was beyond gracious and effective! By the time I called that evening the kitten was unscathed and going home with the vet techs sister to live another 8 lives

I made an appointment today at 1615. I arrived at my appointment on time and noticed signs on the door stating to call and someone will come out and grab my pet. I called and the representative did an intake (Pet name, age, reason for visit, etc.) However, I provided this information when I scheduled the appointment previously. After waiting in my car for 20 minutes, I called and asked for ETA. The representative mentioned it would be a few more minutes as the nurses were conducting an xray (she made it sound like an emergency). I let her know that I couldn't continue to wait much longer hence the reason I made an appointment (much as you REQUIRE an appointment). Receptionist was very nonchalant and basically told me “go somewhere else.” Needless to say I was the only car in the parking lot when I arrived (one car was leaving and another pulled up as I left). They also would not answer my call when I called back for a second time. Take your animal elsewhere!

They are very professional and treated my dog with care and consideration. They are very reasonably priced, our evaluation cost $40 which was great! The facility is well equiped including in house x-ray services, imaging, and a visiting orthopedic surgeon. Thank you for being there when we need it the most!

Been our vet for over two decades

Nice little neighborhood practice with very nice staff and doctors. Super affordable too compared to other vets in the area. 5 paws!

No judgement very reasonable vet who has helped me in a jam twice now. I have very weird rescue animals and The Vets have always been great with the animals peculiarities.

We took our dog to get an evaluation to see if she was pregnant or not. We have never had a pregnant dog and the signs of pregnancy where similar to just her personality in general so it was hard to tell. The doctor refused to tell us and just kept giving us exams to do on her to know if she was or not. It seemed like he was trying to get more money out of us when all we wanted was that detail. Since we didn't know, our dog went into hiding under a trampoline in a snow storm to have her puppies. If it wasn't for a neighbor who found her and took her in after pulling the trampoline base up , they would have all died that night. We would have been more alert about her her and not let her out if we had known how far along and if she was pregnant.

They were so efficient and caring towards my Lucy and me. I was a basket case and they took great care of her and me. I am so grateful.

Very poor customer service. My appointment was at 5. Stood outside waiting 45 minute and couldn't ever get a Courtesy call to at least acknowledge I was still waiting. Why set an appointment if you are not going to honor it!!!!!!!

Covid has caused pet owners to hand over their animal in the parking lot and wait for a phone call as or after the vet examines it.

Wow.... My dog was having a seizure on their doorstep and they told me DURING BUSINESS HOURS that I needed to go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time with these rude insensitive people!

The vet was helpful I'm describing what was wrong, but managed to cut all the whiskers off of one aside of his face during a clip and clean. Very unprofessional.
