On Monday, I knew my older cat needed to be seen that day or the next. Pets on Broadway were able to see her Monday afternoon. Dr. Scolnick was wonderful. She explained what she saw in Mamie as she went along, giving me explicit directions on what to do at home. It turns out my cat likely has pancreatitis. The cat seems much more comfortable today, she is eating small amounts spaced out and has started peeing in the litter box instead of outside. Dr. Scolnick was confident and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them.

Everyone here is so friendly from the moment you walk in the door. I just recently moved to Denver and I've never been here before. Immediately when I walked in, the receptionist greeted me by first name and knew my dog's name. My dog Dallas has had an upset stomach (from getting into the trash) for 4 days now and they immediately made time for him and performed a fecal exam. Turns out to be nothing serious but would definitely recommend! The prices were very affordable and my dog really took a liking to the vet :)

Helpful and good communication. I've gone here for all my cats' needs. They have a good balance of communicating options and cost/benefit/success. They are much farther than other vets for is, but it has been worth it!

As always, on time, excellent care, wonderful people. The cat wasn't happy, but he is well now. Worked us in during a trying busy time when no one else could fit us in.

We started using Pets on Broadway a couple of years ago after moving and we just love them! This year was actually the first time we were able to take our cat inside and meet Dr. Waldbaum (due to COVID restrictions in the previous year) and I just loved her! She was not only very nice and gentle with our cat but she was SO efficient and completed the exam and vaccinations quickly. The reception area and exam rooms very clean - I also appreciate that we didn't have to sit in the waiting room to wait. The minute we were checked in we were able to get into an exam room and let our cat out of his carrier and move around. We'll definitely be back in years to come for all of our check ups and medical needs!

A few months ago I had Dr. Morgan take a quick look at something I noticed on my dog's iris. He quickly dismissed it. He said he "didn't know" and to keep an eye on it, see if it changed. I told him it had changed, it was already bigger! He shrugged and I quickly walked out. I immediately went for a second opinion, because I knew it wasn't normal. It ended up being a melanoma on the iris. (I went to the Eye Specialist to confirm as well.) The end result was my dog needed to have his entire eyeball removed! The results from CSU said it WAS metastatic! If I had not trusted my gut and waited, as Dr. Morgan had suggested, it would have spread and things would have gotten a lot worse! Milo had surgery at another hospital within a month of the diagnosis! I am very disappointed with Dr. Morgan and his lack of care for my dog. Something so serious got literally shrugged off. It was big and easy to see on the eye as well! Please, trust your gut! Don't let something far worse happen to your pet due to negligence!! My dog and I are very lucky! He's now cancer free!

Been going here/only here 8yrs. now. Doc. Scholnick is excellent. Whole staff reliable, very professional. Whole staff takes the times answers questions. Great follow plans on surgery. Great follow up plan on just regular maintenance. All very professional... Have a 4.5Lb. Yorkie special needles N care must be used cuz she's so tiny. Good pricing too. They're really great, go see them! AGAIN I second all that! Luv Doc Scolnick & staff... She gives excellent advice, & has so much experience.

My initial visit was for a cat that was in distress, and my regular vet did not have any openings. I chose Pets on Broadway because I had driven by s many times, and it was close. They were great, honest about the costs, honest about her chance of survival, and let me take the time to think about the options. I appreciated that. Recently, my elderly dog was scheduled to go into out regular vet, but the day before her appointment, I saw blood in her stool. I mildly freaked, and called Pets on Broadway to see if they could see her that day. They did, knowing she would be seen the next day, they prescribed some meds for diarrhea, and told me what to have my vet look for the following day. Kept the cost low, knowing she'd be seen the next day.

My wife and I are new to the Denver area and our soft coated Wheaton terrier was experiencing a ear infection. I called Pets on Broadway and they got us in that day. A tremendous relieve to us. The doctor, Scott Morgan, was knowledgeable and kind. He took his time to get to know Maggie and diagnose the issue, all the while reassuring us. Thank you to Dr. Morgan and Pets on Broadway staff.

Dr. Makowski is phenomenal. She takes the time to explain why testing is necessary, what it will show, and has been nothing but kind and compassionate. She also takes care to be financially conscious and will help you keep the costs down. Hands down best vet I’ve ever been to, will absolutely keep going here and I recommend this place to everyone. Front desk staff is also incredibly kind and patient. Pets on Broadway is amazing and I cannot speak enough praises :) Gretel loves y’all!

Meh. I’ve been taking pets here for 15 years. The prices are reasonable, but the communication and customer service are lacking. It is extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone and their automated system is exceptionally VERBOSE. I’ve gotten pushback for asking for prices for services like spay and neuter for a healthy pet. (It’s ludicrous to expect a customer to effectively write a blank check to you.) While my dog was being boarded there recently, I scheduled a yearly exam and vaccinations for him. The appointment was somehow deleted and was performed in a rush before I picked him up from his stay. For some reason, he was not tested for heart worms (and no one asked if he should be), so now I get to schedule a follow-up appointment for that. While I appreciate that they typically have availability for appointments, I’m not certain that offsets the frustration factor of dealing with their poor communication.

After two visits I am beyond disappointed in Pets on Broadway and won't be returning, and I really want this lack of care to be brought to light. I brought my dog in today with a possible ear infection and saw Dr. Brand. She checked his ear and swabbed it for a test, and confirmed that he did have an ear infection. When she came into the room to tell me it was infected, she said she would send me home with solution to flush the ear out and some medicated ointment for it. As soon as she was done explaining that, she turned to leave and I stopped her and asked, "can you guys clean his ear out while he's here?" , and her response was, word for word: "oh, did you want us to? I'm sending you home with the solution so you can just do it yourself." I told her that I would like them to since we were there and he's been feeling miserable, and she said "we can but it's going to be a while". I was completely dumbfounded... for an $81 office visit I couldn't believe that she wouldn't at least take the time to clean out the ear that she herself confirmed was infected. At that point I was extremely frustrated, and simply didn't have the time to wait and find out how long "a while" was going to be. Beyond that it was incredibly clear that she had never intended to nor had any interest in doing it. Maybe my expectations are too high, but he's had ear infections before, and the vet I had before we moved to Denver always cleaned them out and gave him the medication before handing it all back to me. If a dog comes in with an ear infection, wouldn't the vet want to clean out their ear? As for the "it's going to be a while": for the cost of the office visit, don't you have time to help him out? Isn't that part of the idea of having a scheduled appointment? I literally couldn't believe it. I'm obviously happy to clean his ears and give him his medicine, but would expect someone who is in the business of caring for animals to actually care enough to help him out while he's in their office instead of basically saying, I don't have time- you can go home and do it yourself. I felt incredibly dismissed and incredibly looked down on, and also incredibly overcharged, having paid eighty bucks for a three minute conversation and a dismissal. Please note I am *always* happy to pay for a visit when the person we're vising actually takes the time to treat him. In the first visit I brought him in for annual shots and the vet administered a rabies shot he didn't need, instead of the bordetella shot that he did, and I nearly left before I noticed it on the report. She was very apologetic and they didn't charge me for the rabies shot, which I definitely appreciated, but the lack of attention to detail left a bad taste in my mouth and I should have known better than to bring him back. After I made today's appointment I thought maybe they would redeem themselves but they doubled down on me never wanting to come back and never recommending them as a caring or professional vet.

We LOVE the vets at Pets on Broadway. Dr. Skolnik saved my dog's life by a routine exam that discovered a mass in his groin area. They operated and fortunately it turned out to be an inflammatory mass caused by an auto-immune disease, but they kept on top of it. Dr. Skolnik even told me to text her while she was on vacation to provide her with updates on his condition. The entire staff is knowledgable and extremely caring. The BEST vets in Denver (or all of CO) in my opinion.

Gave trash advise, didn’t even test my dog for mange… next thing I know my dog is diagnosed with mange from another place. But here all this quack just told me was “yup he’s red” terrible place, save your money.

Pets On Broadway is a wonderful clinic with professional and attentive staff. Dr. Morgan has been our vet for two dogs and we have always felt complete confidence in all of the medical care and advice we have received over the years.

Just started taking my 2 dogs to this office last week. Experience was great, quick appointment set up, diagnosis for both my dogs done while in office (no having to bring them back at a later date for more testing) and the treatment plan/prescriptions they gave me worked like a charm. Both dogs are happy and healthy. I’ll continue to bring my dogs here as long as I live in the area.

I have had an absolutely amazing experience with Pets on Broadway. Specifically Dr. Brand. I have an 11 year old min pin named Rocco. About 4 weeks ago, on 7-29-21, I knew something was wrong with Rocco I rushed him to the VCA Alameda East emergency. I had the worst experience. They did not treat Rocco for eight hours. The ladies at the front desk would snicker when I called and asked for updates about my dog. The ER vet was rude talked down to me because Roc has some behavioral issues, wouldn’t let me be inside with him and wouldn’t do anything for him (draw blood or take x rays) unless I paid $1,100 to sedate him. Then dropped the bomb on me she thought he had cancer. I was upset and shocked. I reached out to his primary care vet to ask for follow up the next day and she sent me a short text saying she was going out of town but it looked bad. I was panicking and no longer trusted the organization or vets where I had been going for the past four years (VCA Alameda East). So I went to VRCC Speciality and saw a vet oncologist. That was a great organization. They let me come in with Rocco and used less drastic alternatives such as muzzling. That vet informed me it didn’t look like cancer but still needed to be removed, they said they work closely with Pets on Broadway. I called Pets on Broadway immediately to tell them about the situation and book an appointment, this was Friday morning. I call Pets on Broadway and the difference is night and day from the horrible experience at VCA Alameda East. The receptionist was kind and informative. She was able to get me in the very next day (Saturday) to see Dr. Brand and went ahead and booked the surgery for the upcoming Thursday. I met with Dr. Brand that Saturday and she was so kind and informative. She never made me feel bad that Rocco barks or needles to be muzzled. She was all about making me and Rocco comfortable. She wanted Rocco to be in the muzzle the least amount of time possible and gave him his shot quickly and made the experience a positive one for him. The surgery was Thursday 8-13 and I was really nervous due to his age and the risks that come with surgery. I was able to speak to Dr. Brand directly as soon as the surgery was finished and I am so impressed by her surgical abilities and bedside manner. We had decided to get a dental cleaning and his teeth pulled while he was under with the primary goal to be mass removal. We had estimated maybe two teeth needed to come out and two lumps. After the X-rays it was clear that Rocco needed 9 teeth pulled. Dr. Brand was able to pull all 9 teeth, clean and polish the rest get the two big masses off and a few more spots off all in one procedure! The front desk staff has been kind, caring and helpful every time I called. The techs have also been kind and informative. You can tell everyone who works at this organization truly cares about animals and their owners. The surgery Dr. Brand performed went amazing. I was provided detailed after care instructions and I was able to buy wet food on site after the procedure which was really convenient and saved me time. It has been a week since the surgery and I am so amazed by Roccos progress and recovery. The scars have all healed nicely. Today, Dr. Brand called to tell me about the results of the tests that were ran on the masses. I initially missed the call and she left a voicemail telling me about the findings and that it wasn’t cancer. I called back asking for a follow up call because I didn’t understand some of the medical terminology but was so happy it wasn’t cancer. I wasn’t expecting to get a call back as it was late Friday afternoon and non urgent. Dr. Brand calls me back within the hour to go over all my questions. I have never met a Dr. in my entire life who returns a call after 4pm on a Friday! I was amazed. My experience with every single person at Pets on Broadway has been incredible. They communicate well with patients and care about the animals the way you want someone to look after your pet. It is tough to find good veterinary care these days and Dr. Brand is the best!

I was just bringing our cat in for her annual checkup and Rabies vaccination. It was great to see that Dr. Waldbaum is back in addition to the rest of Pets on Broadway staff. We've been going to Pets On Broadway for years, when our dearly beloved previous cat began aging and was in the autumn of her life. We've alway gotten great care from the vets and staff their and good information about caring for our cats.

After calling every vet between Pueblo and Denver, my boyfriend was able to get my 11yo black Lab in for a visit for dental. He has had a mass growing on his gums that has grown quickly over the past month. Our usual vet could not get him in for months. Pets on Broadway got him scheduled with one of their vets in just a couple days. They treated us with compassion and care. Dr Cortney and Clayton were so kind and knowledgeable, and the front desk was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Pets on Broadway for your pets needs.
