I have no idea how this place has good reviews. The process was an absolute nightmare with our dog. Overall- they did good on the surgery she needed but scheduling was a nightmare, the front desk person had no idea what she was doing every time we called. Multiple times we were on the way to the appointment with our dog on medication because she does not like the vet and they rescheduled so we turned around with our dog medicated. We asked multiple times to please update her shots during the process of her needing surgery and they left out shots, so now we have to go back with a dog who is terrified of people. I would never recommend anyone to go here.

These vets and lovely techs have saved my cat's life on multiple occasions especially the first time he saw them, after going to a previous vet that saw nothing wrong and turned him away for an emergency appointment. They're professional, caring and helped me through many difficult times and even provided me with financial resources I wasn't previously aware of. Without fail they have worked with me to keep my cat healthy and happy. Thank you so much, I owe them everything.

This is a two-sided review: On the one hand, the actual veterinarian care I receive for my pets is outstanding. The vet assistants and veterinarians are top-notch. Literally, no complaints there. On the other hand, the actual management of the office has gone downhill. Each time I call to book an appointment, I'm immediately put on hold for an average of 10-15 minutes. I always state my first and last name and the name of my pet (when I finally reach a person). Within seconds of doing this, the receptionist consistently (with literally every phone call), has no recollection of my name, my pet's name, or why I'm calling. Usually in the course of what should be very simple phone call, I'm put on hold repeatedly. This would not be a problem if it only happened occasionally, but it happens every time I call. So much so that I dread having to call to book an appointment. The PET DESK app is no good. I've booked appointments using the app and none of them ever get confirmed or seem to go through. Additionally, when my cat passed away, I requested and paid for certain additional services in dealing with her remains. One of these services was skipped (a clip of fur). Yes, I was refunded the amount of that skipped service, but it was frustrating that happened in the first place, as there is no way to go back and fix it other than refunding me what I paid for that specific service. Then, after my cat passed away, my dog was inadvertently deleted from their system. I only learned of this when I showed up for my dog's appointment and they had no record (because someone had deleted her record, not the record of my cat who passed away). On their own, these are not major issues, but rather simple human mistakes. However, because I keep experiencing this type of office mismanagement, it has made me strongly think about switching vets. The only reason I stay is because when I do get care for my pets, the veterinarian services are outstanding. It's the office staff and management that is so frustrating. I would recommend the office manager take a close look at the day-to-day procedures and look at viable and effective ways to train staff to avoid these problems and ultimately retain clients. Lastly, since moving to a bigger, renovated office, prices have gone up. Although somewhat competitive with other vets, the rise in pricing combined with incidents described above it another incentive to go to a more cost-effective and better managed vet office.

My dog received the best care at Littleton Vet Cliniic for his eye problem. They were able to work Wesley into Dr Mary’s busy schedule for a sick visit. His exam and treatment were performed and explained thoroughly. Since we are new to the area, I really appreciated their compassion and willingness to help my dog.

First appointment was good, second not so much. They told me to bring my cat back for a treatment and told me how much I'd be charged, but when I went to pick up my cat, they gave me a different (higher) amount to pay. They basically charged me for a service I wasn't told/asked about and when I brought it up, they were very snappy. It wasn't a lot, $40 or $45 but after that I didn't feel like going back. I ended up taking my cats to another vet with more transparent pricing where they had exams, vaccinations, meds and dental work done for over $2000. Had this vet been more honest, I would have had those services done here. Edit: They didn't offer us a refund and when we asked if we could get one, we were told no since the service was already done. The fact that they're now claiming otherwise proves my point about how dishonest the business is.

Yesterday our dog became very ill and it was obvious it was "the end". Our regular vet was unavailable, and even though we had never been to this clinic before, they took us right away, and were so absolutely wonderful. It was a very sad but peaceful ending to the life of a beloved pet. RIP Tiki. Blessings to you wonderful staff.

I have been a client for many years & still a current , I questioned one of the doctors on pricing & god forbid you question them! I have asked twice now for a copy of blood results on lab test for my dog & I can’t get a response , emailed twice now , try leaving them a message on their voicemail - cuts you off - hey your running a business! You took my money! How about respect ? Seems like this corporation of Doctors has grown too fast too quick & forgot about basic principles -?

A great vet we’ve gone to for a couple of years, they’ve taken an incredible nosedive recently. We keep calling in the mornings for appointments all week and keep getting told there’s nothing available. And they won’t let us make an appointment in advance. Our 13 year old dog has developed a golfball-sized growth near the corner of his mouth that might be cancerous. But they just tell us to keep calling every day in the morning to ask for appointments that don’t exist. I’m literally going to go to any other vet. Because they can’t provide medical services for their established patients, they’re effectively not a vet anymore. Update: After a negative Yelp review the owner replied and suggested I hadn’t been calling all week but wanted us to call back and get an appointment. That’s what it takes to move the needle here, a negative review. Not potential cancer, but a negative review.

The care team at Littleton Veterinary Clinic treat my dog like they would their own. We’ve been going here for a year and a half, ever since our dog was 3 months old. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I’d recommend them hands down to anyone on the street! The team would never try to talk you into something that’s not absolutely necessary. I asked whether they might recommend that we have pet insurance for my blue heeler, but the vet recommended otherwise, that she would say yes for certain other breeds but that blue heelers tend to be very healthy with minor health issues. That saves us some money! Instead of paying insurance, we’re keeping money aside for anything our dog might need later on. We always get reminders on booster shots, flea and worm medication refills, and post-appointment check-ins to see how our dog is doing. After bringing him in once to check out what was a benign tumor on his foot, the vet again saved us some money ($700+) on biopsy and surgery by instead recommending antibiotics, the cone, and letting us see if it heals on its own. I can’t tell you how grateful we are that it healed up completely with just this minimal care, considering money struggles with the pandemic. So fortunate! Thanks LVC! :)

This vet went from being really great, to not caring about its patients at all. All I got was cancelled appointments after being told that my cat could need emergency attention; because my cat wasn’t “sick enough” or about to die. I’m heartbroken and incredibly frustrated. Save yourself the hassle, find a vet that cares more about its patients than about the money

I won't take my dog anywhere else. Minjja may not like the vet but this place makes it a breeze for him and me. They've helped so much, and I appreciate them more than I could say. This place really goes above and beyond if I could rate it higher I would

I have been dealing with a pretty ill elderly cat this year. The doctors and techs have spent countless time on the phone and trying to figure out what to do and explain options. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am. Thank you Dr. Laura and Dr. Sare!

Can’t say enough good things about Littleton Vet Clinic and it’s staff. Dr Laura, Dr Mary and the entire staff is so personable. We had two sick puppies, Colt and Bolin who they went above and beyond for. Until they very end, they were by our side, beyond helpful and knowledgable. They truly care about each and every animal and I can’t say enough good things about them and our experience we had with them!

I am so grateful for Dr. Sare and her team! We were visting from out of town when our dog needed medical attention. Littleton Vet Clinic gladly took our pup in and gave him all the attention he needed to get better. They were incredibly friendly, communicative, and efficient in their process. Because of them, our pup is now happy & healing, and I can rest easy knowing that he was in great hands with Dr. Sare. Thank you!

Incredibly disappointed. Three times I scheduled an appointment for my dog through the PetDesk app (per the recommendation of the office for more efficient scheduling). The appointments were scheduled weeks ahead of time to ensure I had PTO. However, the staff calls to inform me they want me to schedule a same day appointment. I inform them I cannot make it work and want to keep my appointment. However, I am told my appointment had already been dropped, and requires I reschedule even further out. What's the point of scheduling if it arbitrarily gets dropped? Beyond frustrating.

I called Saturday, no appointment, was told to call at 8 for an emergency appointment Monday. Started calling at 759, kept going to voice-mail, finally answered at 811 and I'm told the emergency apps are gone.As I'm talking to her she says we have an 11 available, and the she says, it was just taken. So they have more than one phone, being taken out of order. How do you get an app if you pet is hurt? Have had horrible care at the emergency vets the recommend

New to the neighborhood and my cat was really stressed from the move and changing humans and developed a gargantuan kidney stone. Made an appointment through the app while at work but was scheduled out three weeks and planned to call when I got home to see if we could be seen sooner. Instead the office called right away to tell me to call back and they would get me in. They have a really busy office, but the staff managed to save us a spot from a cancelation and I was in the same day. The staff and the Vet were attentive, kind and caring, and non-judgmental. They patiently answered my questions and went over charges with me, giving me options on levels of treatment. They are doing their very best to navigate the social distancing and Covid restrictions reasonably. My cat ended up needing surgery and they squeezed him in to a booked weekend morning. They are more reasonably priced than our Denver vet, which was a relief. The Littleton Vets and staff are saints. I recommend highly.

I had to find a new clinic after moving to the area, and was so happy to find this one! The staff and doctor were all really friendly, and you can tell they care a lot about their patients and have a lot of pride in what they do. They even sent us home with some cat treats that my cats are obsessed with!

We brought our kitten in for his first visit on Friday. We saw Dr. Laura. She was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. I have two other male cats at home that are overdue for exams and I told the doctor and she didn't make me feel bad and listened to my reasons why. Thank you for a great first visit.
