We bring all of our pets to Montclair! We love them here and definitely recommend them to anyone who wants their pets to be seen by a vet that cares. We won't go anywhere else.

I have been in Denver for 3 years and had snot found a veterinary practice that I really liked. The other vets I tried here were good but I felt were constantly trying to upsell me. That changed when I made an appointment with Montclair Animal Clinic. Dr. Sharkey and his staff are the best. They treated me and my dogs like treasured clients from day one. Dr. Sharkey is very easy to talk to. He took time to answer all of my questions and called to check up on my dog after a visit where she was sick. Cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Great spot if u have an uneventful animal. I went here to get my dog neutered it cost a pretty penny. I'm on day 5 of being unable to get ahold of them. My dog is experiencing weird symptoms and the doctor who did the surgery has been unavailable this whole time. If I knew how these people operate I would have found a more responsive and reliable primary care vet.

They make you feel like family!

This is a great old school vet clinic where the vet creates a relationship with the animals and their owners and gets things done. We had one dog with some serious 'GI (gut) issues', then our other one caught it. We tried to get in to our normal clinic (unnamed large national chain) that we had been seeing for over twenty five years (starting way before they got bought out) and but 'they couldn't fit us in' (Oh, unless we came to their Emergency $$$$ Clinic--then they could get us in ! !) So we went where a lot of our friends had been going for years--Dr. Sargent's Montclair Animal Clinic. A married couple is slowly taking over the business from Dr. Sargent and we saw Dr. Steve Sharkey. He gave the dogs and exam, did the lab work, gave us our prescriptions and had us out of there in less than an hour. And the dogs were healthy and well by the next morning. We're thrilled and this is where we'll be going in the future.

It was a family visit this time. All 6 babies rec'd their examination! Doc and staff are the absolute best! Thanks everyone for loving my babies and taking such excellent care of us ????

From the start to the end of the appt- this clinic was the best. From the ease of making appt to when we did our first visit in person. The staff went above and beyond. They were super friendly and our dogs loved them. We had it rough for a while and were homeless, however after digging ourselves out of that hole- we finally got our dogs the care they needed. There was no judgment/no disappointment when we explained way we feel behind on caring for our dogs. They were just all around happy and caring. This is definitely our vet for life. The biggest take way was that they listened to us, and that rare now days. 100% support this local business!

Drs. Steve and Tina Sharkey and staff at Montclair Animal Clinic truly care about each pet that they care for. I had been a long time customer of Montclair when they took over the practice, and was pleased that they maintained the high quality of service to which I had been accustomed. I highly recommend them!

My two Jack Russell's have been cared for by MAC for over 14 years. Jackson, recently had a cyst removed and they found time to squeeze him in since he was trying to chew it off! A family owned business who has persevered and I respect them. Reasonable and kind.

This is the BEST vet in Colorado. Everyone at this clinic is so attentive. My puppy had an emergency, and the first time I reached out they spent 15+ mins on the phone talking to me and answering my questions. I was beyond impressed. I ended up needing an er vet for that incident ... but now I always take my pets over here for all of their needs. Very sweet, helpful, and experienced staff. My puppy is so happy, it's never a traumatic experience- they take extra care to make sure your pets are comfy and well taken care of!

This was our very first vet visit and Dr.Sharkey and staff were so attentive and caring. They treated my baby shih tzu as their very own fur baby! Amazing visit. Looking forward to many more.

Montclair is amazing. We came to Montclair only a few months ago after a really negative experience with our old vet. Montclair was so helpful and provided the best care for our 12 year lab mix during what turned out to be her last few months. We recently had to put her to sleep due to her unresolvable health issues and Montclair was so helpful and empathetic toward our whole family leading up to us having to make that difficult decision. Whenever we're ready to adopt a new pup we'll absolutely be going back to Montclair.

We love Dr. Sharky and he loves our Carlton! We moved up to Indian Hills and still drive the 45 min to see him. You can tell he really loves animals and wants the best for them!

My husband and I have been going to Montclair Animal Clinic for over 20 years. Very friendly staff, always very willing to work around our schedule to get our pets seen and treated.

I've been taking my doggo's to Dr. Sharkey (Steve) since moving to denver 6 years ago. Having worked in an animal hospital for 8 years, I couldn't have found a better place, they are awesome. Dr. Sharkey is a true animal lover. He is kind, compassionate, patient and not driven to sell you on unnecessary services

I brought my 3 dogs here for the first time for their vaccinations and a check up, they took all 3 in at the same and had all 3 done in about an hour. It was very reasonably priced! They were even able to handle my bratty one (just couldn't check his teeth).

Loved Dr. Sharkey and my skittish weim was not tramatized by the event. I felt heard and felt my four legged child was getting awesome care!!!!

Best vet in Denver! Dr. Sharkey is great. He cares so much about our dog. We have always received excellent care at Montclair! His staff is wonderful too!! Absolutely would recommend this clinic!!

The Drs Sharkey( husband and wife) truly good humans, who deeply care for all the human and non- human persons who they serve. They're humility is equal to their extensive expertise and compassion. Every single member of the staff is as caring and compassionate as the vets. I am deeply grateful to have found them after 4 years of trying different vets(some better than others) in Denver since relocating here. And..the Cost with Montclair - 15%-25% less than other larger veterinary hospitals. Can you tell that I love these people!

Such a heartfelt and homemade staff. I cannot stress how fabulous the attention to me and my pet has felt while coming here for the last 5 years.

Dr. Sharky is amazing with both of my dogs. He always treats them like his own . Also the rest of the staff and dr.s their are great and very kind and always explain everything going on with my dogs . My puppy zues has been abused so he's very skittish and scared of new people but the way they treated him an loved on him made him feel that much more comfortable and less scared. Best vet I've ever been too forsure. Thank you Montclair animal clinic for taking such good care of my pets!!

I arrived early and was going to wait and a tech appears. She took Charlie early. Short time later they were finished. I have reccomend Montclair before and will continue to do so. Thank you Montclair Animal Clinic.
