A really great vet. I wasn't able to come in with my cat but she was treated so well and calmed down even without me there. Also they took all the proper steps to make sure she was treated. A wonderful place to take your pet

I live the employees at GAVC, the service has changed a lot since COVID but even with the online appointment request, they got back to me very fast!

I brought my cat to Guardian Angel in August of this year to perform expedited emergency surgery for Bladder stones. After spending two days prior, calling nearly every Vet in the Denver Metropolitan area inquiring if they would be able to perform such. The staff at Guardian Angel greeted me in a very professional manner, and without hesitation understood the seriousness of my situation, and fit me in immediately for my cats surgery. When I arrived to pick up my cat, D.V.M. Tinetti was extremely prompt, clear, and professional in providing post care instructions. I have attended many veterinarian clinics over the years, and Guardian Angel was by far my best experience. Top tier, highly recommend.

Our pets have been patients here for years. Love the front desk staff, the doctors and the care they give. Prices are pretty reasonable. Can usually get an appt when needed. Had a virtual appt which wasn't the easiest to do. It was a text - type appt with alot of uploading pics that I couldn't upload. Took a long time to do all that. A video appt would be best. The parking is the worst.

They did my dogs shots, which is why I left them two stars. It is impossible to get a hold of this place, if you have any questions of any kind. I don’t feel comfortable one bit ever bringing my dog back here.

Very difficult to get a new patient in in a timely manner. A month out is not acceptable. Having second thoughts of keeping them as our vet

I let them know I moved and prefer to make an appointment for my dogs together. They were not helpful at all and said I had to do a walk in for 1 and appointment for another, hoping my walk in could get shots. Then I decided to give em another try, they refused to schedule an appointment at all and asked me to do a walk in. I let them know that I would have to find another vet if they wouldn't schedule an appointment and they sent me my 3 dogs shot records. Looks like I'm finding a new vet who wants my money . Very unprofessional and not helpful

It is insane to me that in this day and age you can have a veterinary clinic that refuses to answer the phone and will not take any phone calls. Even when you call and select the option that you have an urgent matter and need to speak to somebody, you are directed to ANOTHER pre recorded message that says they are only accepting emails and text messages. We started taking our dogs here 2 years ago because it is so close to our house and conveniently located. At first it was great and the pricing is definitely right, but ever since covid happened things have gone down hill. This is the only vet clinic in the area that is still using covid as an excuse a year and a half later as to why their response times are so awful and why it is almost impossible to schedule a simple appointment (like a month and a half wait time to get in for an annual checkup and some vaccines). Sometimes it takes days to get an email response for something that could have been a quick 2 minute phone conversation. Not worth the hassle or frustration anymore. I had to leave and find a new vet that is more responsive and with significantly shorter wait times.

Got my dogs vaccinations for 30.00 plus appt fee. Quick.

These group of people were so warm, caring, and made every bit of the process easy. We saw 3 vets before them and Gaurdian Angels really took care of our puppy.

I was given plenty of time for explanation of diagnosis. They were very personable. I will return.

I took my puppy here for his first shots and everything went smooth and fast acctactually and everyone was nice and helpful.

A friend was in from out of town,took her beloved pet to G.A. Staff wasn't as informative as accepected. But over all the Diagnosis was accurate. The cost for her was very affordable.

Always friendly! I have a pitbull name Kash and I've been taking him there ever since I have had him and we have never had one bad experience! They are awesome! And they all love Kash lol He loves going to Guardian Angel that's for sure!

For vaccinations, yes. However, I scheduled an appointment with them for my dog to be neutered. I took the day off on the day of schedule surgery to be prepared for anything and they call me not even 3 minutes after dropping him off that I need to pick him up as he was not going in a kennel and I would need to reschedule his appointment so I can be present for sedation. I was able to be present at anytime that day since I took the day off and they still would not accommodate. Said no, they have other animals before him and they can't do it unless they prep to make sure I am the first appointment. If they would have told me at the original appointment to set up his neuter that if he refused to get in a kennel I could have told them easily that probably would be an issue and we could have arranged it that I was present from the get go.

Excellent vet. My dog is still alive thanks to their correct diagnosis and quick action .
