What kind of an establishment hangs up on a customer? They won't be getting my business anymore

Kevin is awesome! He did an amazing job with my Newfoundland, Brew. He was super quick and she looks fabulous. I would highly recommend anyone come see Kevin for all your grooming needs. He is also VERY reasonably priced!

I am so happy I found Kevin. My dogs are very anxious dogs and tend to be fearful of men, but my dogs seemed to do great and Scrappy was fond of Kevin. The dogs looked great and I didn't have to deal with them shaking in fear and refusing to move. The price is very fair. I will return.

Kevin does a great job with my dog. She gets a Teddy bear cut for a reasonable price.

Tried calling and making an appointment to have my dog groomed but the guy over the phone was so rude and not professional that I decided to not even have the conversation with him

Love Kevin and friends for the price, community feeling, and the groom of course. They’re laid back and easy to schedule with and do a great job.

First time getting my rescue dog groomed while I’ve had her and I was instantly put at ease by these wonderful folks. They let me stick around and watch as they bathed her and blow dried her. This is obviously not the common practice with dog groomers so I was appreciative of their understanding and openness! We will be going back in the future!

Called to simply ask if my cat could be groomed- he asked if my cat had ever been groomed before and I said no, not professionally. He said “okay well I don’t do cats!, you need to take it somewhere where they give them sedatives” To which I responded that his reviews indicate he does “do cats”. He rudely said “UH YEA- If they’ve been groomed before”. I have An exotic shorthair Persian- they’ve never been sedated for anything as they are not at all aggressive. My vet doesn’t even have to give him sedatives for certain services, as they would other breeds of cats. Had he not been rude from the moment he answered the phone, I probably could have had a chance to explain that. Instead I had To hang up because he just kept scolding me on how he “doesn’t do cats”. Not sure if he was having a bad day but geez..listening to a potential client and not being rude would be beneficial. So new clients beware.

Efficient and friendly service! Gave my cat a lion-trim and made me laugh at the same time.

I took my cat for a lions cut and stayed to watch, Kevin did a great job! We were in and out, other places I'd drop her off and have to come back at a later time. I think it was easier for her too with me being there.

I am so happy with my dogs haircut! Kevin is so friendly and did a great job! I finally found a groomer who I'm happy with! I was a little hesitant when I had to drive up a back alley and the place is unimpressive but he is very skilled and I will definitely be returning!

I just moved here yesterday with My dog Apollo, who wasted no time getting himself real dirty. Apollo and I had a great experience at Kevin's. I don't normally take time to write reviews for places but Kevin and his sister were so nice and funny, and their attention to detail was keen and the price was quite reasonable.

My dogs are very difficult to groom, but Kevin always does a great job even though I know they make it tough for him! The prices are very reasonable, as a bonus.

We have two small terriers who we've taken to Kevin and Friends for 4 years. Every time we pick them up they look great, despite their "less than thrilled to be groomed" demeanors. We know they aren't the easiest dogs to groom, but each time we pick them up we are reminded why are, and will continue to be, repeat customers. Very satisfied.

Today I went to get him trimmed up as normal as were taking engagement photos on Sunday. WHEN I PICKED UP SKIPPY UP HE WAS COMPLETELY SHAVED, HIS 4-5 INCHES OF LUSCIOUS HAIR WAS GONE.. He looks so bad that we are going to leave him out the majority of the upcoming photo shoot. There were chunks taken out of his fur and one ear had an extra inch of hair when compared to the other one. I almost cried that my buddy looks so bad. Kevin offered the grooming for free but the real cost is not having him look good in these once in a lifetime photos.. We had taken Skippy to Kevin on 4 occasions and had fabulous results- Now I will never return or recommend him again.
