I have put my trust in Hermosa for over 25 years.

DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER TO CHECK IN, WALK INSIDE!!! When I arrived for my appointment there was a sign on the door that said call this number to check in before coming inside. So I went back to my car and called the number and the receptionist said she was going to put me on hold. After waiting almost 10min I called back and again she put me on hold before I can say anything. After I was put on hold for almost another 10 minutes, I started to get frustrated because I didn’t want them to think I was late when I was on time! I went inside and they checked me in 15 seconds! I was so angry for the time that was wasted! WHY INSTRUCT PEOPLE TO CALL WHEN YOU DON’T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE!

It's a little more expensive but I the Vets will have you're fur baby feeling better

Best vet I’ve been to in a long time. They treated me and my dog with the best care. Didn’t rush and really cared about the well being of my dog. Also extremely affordable!

They really took the time to check my pets out and showed that they really cared. Definitely our new vet

I scheduled appt. On internet two weeks ago for Sid to be neutered . Scheduled an confirmed appt. For monday. Got return email for annual ck up. I phoned rescheduled for surgery on wed Monday I called to confirm. And I am told NO we cant do with only one doctor. Whst an unprofessional shotty business.

I was able to get a same day appointment for my puppy. Very down to earth and helpful staff the doctor was great

They are a friendly family owned business. Really got me in quicker than other vets for reasonable price. My kitty got 1st shots all went well. Going back soon for the rest. Definitely recommend. They remember frequently visitors shows how much compassion they have.

I called the office when I entered the parking lot. I waited for about 30 min. The peeps are great, customer service awesome and they were willing to work with me. That's HUGE... Thank you Hermosa Vet Clinic... Laurie P.

The people care about your pet and take the time to talk to you even when there busy

Two of our pups fell ill with parvo. My father in law was short $200 of $1100 and they refused emergency service until the $200 was brought in. They have no compassion or understanding and the first thing on their mind is profit. Thankfully another clinic charged us $300 with medication included and showed much more empathy.

They had to do emergency surgery due to a mouth/tooth infection. Removed 10 teeth and cleared infection. Awsome job to all there staff and doctors. Whe no one else was concerned. Thank yo

This clinic does not care about your pet! They want youre money and that is all. If you need an x ray they will charge you to send the x ray out to somone who can read an x ray. Hermosa will over charge and under deliver. Please be a responsible pet owner and dont take your pet here. pet owner and dont take your

To begin I'm not even a client, I've been calling a few days now only to be put on hold for more than 10 minutes. Finally, I call again and they ask me to hold... When I say "I just have a question" the girl on the phone seems bothered... Don't think I'm be taking my pet here!

They took such good care of my dog in an emergency. Staff was friendly and super helpful! I drove from South Aurora and it was well worth the drive. I will be returning.

Awesome service they took my puppy in right away treated him very well and gave him a bath when he was ready to come home I appreciate u guys thanks and we will be going for all of our pet needs.

The doctors and Techs actually care about the animals. If it wasn't for them I would've had to have my puppies leg amputated!!!

My dog needed to be seen before the last encounter and we were told she needed emergency surgery the person on the phone said we don’t do that and hung up on us. This time we made an appointment for Friday they said they called us Wednesday with the wrong number.( we changed the number the last two times we went there) The receptionist said that nobody could see my dog Friday for my appointment because all of a sudden they do emergency surgeries. And no other doctors are on call. They also told me another patients/families information about a dogs leg needing to be amputated. Also they lady didn’t want to help the family next to us get there dog out of the car and just gave up and said to reschedule. If your looking for help or professionalism they aren’t the place to go. Rude staff poor service. The first time we went to get my dogs shots it took 5 hours because they took on shelter dogs and didn’t tell any of the paying patients.
