Went to get my dog groomed and they did such a great job with him. We've moved out of the area but still make the trek to bring him.

SUPER caring and kind staff. Our little rescue is nervous and has some health issues, but they were patient and welcoming and he warmed up to them right away. Very accommodating, up front about costs…really great experiences!

Very nice and accommodating staff. Dr. Hinojosa really cares about helping pets. Reasonable office visit rates.

We love GVPC!!! They take such good care of our dog. Very friendly staff and great vet doctor.

Lady just glance at me after I knocked, u didn't realize no one's allowed inside, no sign anywhere.

New to the area and I am tremendously pleased with GVR Pet Center. It feels like a REAL doctor office for my fur baby.

Appointments need to be made well in advance if it's not an emergency. Can be a little slow getting your pet in to their appointment, but things happen so it's no big deal. Super warm and friendly staff that's also very knowledgeable. Always a pleasant experience.

Usually long wait times and pretty pricey. Close to home so we deal with it.

Took my chihuahua in today with no appointment, for an allergic reaction that she had, and they were super nice about everything. Doctor explained what he was going to be giving her thoroughly. They let me know how kind and lovable she was to the staff, and that won me over, we always take her to Banfield and they have always given us negative feedback on her behavior and always put a muzzle on her. But I know she is not violent unless people are aggressive with her. So I know the staff was treating her properly. Will be returning and I recommend them to anyone ????????

I brought in my two 12/13 week old Australian Shepherd puppies in for their puppy wellness exams and their final rounds of vaccines. All of the staff members that I interacted with were so kind and friendly! Their exams took longer than expected due to an emergency with another dog and they were apologetic, but I understood completely! The vet was INCREDIBLE. I had a whole list of questions typed up for him since I couldn't go in due to COVID protocols and he sat on the phone with me and addressed every single one AND he made hand written notes on my page for me to keep in my records .He was so thorough and didn't rush through anything and made sure he addressed EVERYTHING. The nurse was super sweet! My boys loved him and he even decorated their brown bag of medicines Harry Potter themed since my boys are named after Fred and George Weasley!!! They were up front and transparent about the prices and the process. I am so grateful to Dr. Hinojosa and his team!

Grooming is awesome although we have used the vet services and they are great as well most of our time is spent with Lori and she is amazing and she takes great care of my fur baby leaving her looking fantastic everytime.

Just drove to Green Valley Ranch for the first time in yrs. ???? it has grown house's everywhere beautiful area.

We have gone to this office for the past three years. A year ago they lost my dogs pet records and then recently my dog had an appointment and with covid restrictions you can’t go in with your dog. We waited in the car for our dog for 3 hours. All he needed was one shot.

I’ve been a client for years, I have all my dogs seen by Dr.H his amazing no problem with him. But his staff that be doing appointments are the worst I clearly asked for a Saturday appointment for my new dog & they scheduled me in. Then I get a call from this lady called “Kat” that I’m scheduled for Friday when I clearly had the appointment on Saturday, she didn’t even try to fix the mistake or offer to put me back on Saturday & I got frustrated & ended the call.... she has no good customer service. It’s there error not mines! Get it together ???? 2nd Review- My dog got some x-rays done for her heart and told me in two weeks would have the results & call me.. it’s about to be two months and nothing. I’ve called twice now to refill her meds & ask about the results & all they say is we will make a note of that. Even for the refills they don’t call me, Walmart pharmacy is way quicker.

Have had there services for three years. And make my Novi very comfortable.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Excellent staff and Dr, they really cared that my cat wasn't in pain and suffering. Took the time to try and modify a collar for my small senior cat and suggested ways to make the collar fit better. Medications were thoroughly explained and price very reasonable. Perhaps the best thing was, even though they were incredibly busy, they took the time to care about my cat enough to work him into their schedule when nobody else would. They obviously are in the business for the love of their patients. They weren't annoyed when I called to get an update and didn't try to rush me off the phone. I really appreciated that level of care. Other things some people might care about as well : Communication was excellent Phones were answered and hold time very minimal. They didn't just say "hold please," they actually said "can you please hold a moment" and waited for me to respond. This might seem like a small thing but I love that they waited for me to respond instead of being immediately placed on hold. CareCredit was accepted Covid protocol was followed but I didn't have to wait forever for someone to come out They didn't recommend anything that wasn't necessary. They preferred to take care of the immediate issue and reasses what underlying issues there might be in the follow up. I'll absolutely be bringing all of my pets, so happy to have found a great place to take them! I know I said it about a million times when I called and when I picked my little guy up, but thank you all so much for the empathy and care you showed to me and my pet.

I love how they treat my pet and how friendly everyone is.

i am very disappointed, with our neighborhood vet clinic. the first impression was very poor, no good costumer service, for new costumers. we can't trust this green valley ranch pet center with our puppy.

Nice vet tech, but haven't even met anyone else due to covid protocols. They come to your car, take your pet inside to work on, then bring them back out. Wish we could accompany our dog, but I understand. You'd think that this would speed up the process, but apparently not. Hope to meet an actual vet someday

This place is so disorganized. I provided all the details, they said they would call me back, but never did. Such a poor first impression that I won’t trust my doggo’s health to anyone working there. Find somewhere else to take your furry family members. Don’t trust them!

You will have to wait. Calling? They may just hang up with out answering. Appointment? What does that mean? "Come at 5pm to get them." An hour later in the parking lot and no word. Are you just grossly understaffed and overbook? They're friendly and the doc is cool. 2 shining stars for that!

This was initially a 1 star review as some miscommunication led to a poor initial experience. However, Donna turned it around with a phone call explaining what happened and apologizing for the mishaps. They were able to get my 10 week old rescue puppy in for an initial exam and his scheduled vaccines. Cost was good and puppy was happy. Appreciated the professionalism in reaching out to make it right and am happy to have them as our new vet.

So unprofessional don’t waist your time here

We trust Dr Hinojosa and his staff to give our three dogs the best care. We also love the Grooming service for our Shih Tzu and Toy Poodle mix.

Friendly warm service. Our dog Zues had his nails trimmed first time ever yesterday and he is not really a people person. I know I was nervous to hand him over. They took such good care of him. They are GREAT at what they do!! Thank you so much!

Great team! Always care for my pets and give me personalised attention! It can be a little of a wait but I don't mind due to the care my kiddos receive. They also do grooming so it's very convenient ????
