VCA Animal Clinic of Parker Parker, Colorado

I’ve taken my dog & two cats here since we moved 2+ yrs ago. One that was 17 years old I had to put down. I never seem to get the same doctor, they don’t read my animals chart, so I have to explain their history over & over again. They push bloodwork which it’s very expensive, & never have a solution to her allergy/stomach issues. Every time I bring her in, they put her on a two-week anabiotic regimen and send her home. Very frustrating! The last alternative was to put her on prednisone. I finally made the decision to do so & they never returned my call. The staff seems very stressed but always nice, the reception is not friendly & Dr’s never seem to be on the same page w/my animals. On top of it, I just don’t get the impression that some of the doctors even have degrees or really know what they’re doing. There is one doctor there that is awesome but I can never seem to get an appointment with him. I always leave with a bill that is just under 200 or over, for pretty much no solution to my cats problem. Last time they took a full body x-ray of my cat. I thought she had fallen down the stairs… They came back in less than a minute or two. (???) Seemed very odd. I asked them to email me the x-ray which I couldn’t open. I asked for a copy, never heard back from them. I was Charged a hefty price for the x-ray, which I don’t think ever happened. I wasn’t allowed to go in w them either. Something just doesn’t add up in this office so I am taking my fur babies elsewhere!

Service was excellent people were kind and courteous and I'm sure they took good care of my baby girl I'm just tired of the you can't come inside with your pets thing at veterinary offices due to covid

Brought my new puppy in because she was not feeling well. The staff & doctor was very friendly & explained to me everything that was going on with my puppy. I was very pleased with their care for her, I will definitely continue to bring my puppy to them for her vet visits.

RUN FAR AWAY! I cannot believe how I and my puppy were treated at this location. I brought my 8-week old puppy in for her first check-up. No one told me they would not be able to see me and her at the same time (thanks COVID). It’s currently not allowed (according to state mandate) to let owners into vets with their dogs. I explained to the vet technician that I was nervous about letting my puppy leave my sight. Instead of being understanding, she immediately became combative. Eye rolls and snarky attitudes pursued. She NEVER once made me feel comfortable leaving my puppy in her care. I heard great things about the vet and was super excited, but when I brought this up with my referral, they immediately named several techs who are terrible with dogs. I get it, this is not the time to bring puppies into the office, but she did not make me feel like my pups would be safe with her. This place does not seem to care about animals or the sanity of owners. I wish I can give them 0/5 stars.

Dr Smith specifically is excellent in tell us what is best

Dr. Wesley and his staff have done an excellent job taking care of my fur babies. So glad I found this clinic when we moved here a year ago. Very professional and a very clean clinic. The staff are friendly and helpful. Have never had a bad experience with any of them.

I've been taking my dogs to the Animal Clinic of Parker for well over 20 years. Great vet staff and vet technician staff. Very attentive to the dogs and my questions when I have them.

Have been my vet for years, staff is extremely friendly and takes good care of the pets and the Vets are very informative and care about your pets.

I have been taking my 5 cats to VCA Animal Clinic of Parker for many years. The Doctors and staff are always friendly and take great care of my babies. Even the one that sometimes bites, Yikes! And it is always easy to get an appointment with them.

We have been taking our pets to Animal Clinic of Parker for probably 8 years now. Their staff is caring and kind, and their vets are excellent. Our animals get great care and their service has remained outstanding even despite the challenges of COVID. I recommend them to all of my friends.

We are committed to this vet. He saw to it that our little frenchie puppies were well taken care of. We wont go anywhere else. Our puppies are their puppies.

They got me in same day which was helpful because my boy was really sick.

They took in my puppy when 3 others said no treatment needed. His eyes were swollen and infected. Because he was only 7 days old and weren't open yet, all the vets said just wait and see. I didn't think that was a good idea. I brought him in and they took care of him. Renee Pike

Really nice office and staff. We were seen quickly, handled quickly, and overall had a great experience helping our cat get the treatment she needed. We will definitely be going back for future visits.

Awesome service. We are traveling and they got us right in for staples removal on our schnauzer. Very friendly and fast! Awesome.

Best people for your pet

I have been coming here for years and have never had one negative experience. From the front desk to the techs to the docs, my fur babies have always received impeccable care here. Dr. Samhouri is so great! Dr. Smith is so kind and compassionate. Dr. Midtbo...I can't sing her praises enough. She has this great pragmatic approach and gives you really good information and lays out all treatment options to help you make the best informed decision for your pet. I truly adore her. I would never even consider taking them somewhere else.

They took care of my moose and he is all better now. The vet techs were awesome and so was the doctor. Great little spot in Parker affordable and they were very nice. Bring your furry ones here you won't be disappointed.

I abousloutly think Dr. Wesley is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and kind. I reccomend this place to anyone! They worked with us for what we could afford and we were able to save our dogs life!! We are are loyal customers. Thank you VCA and Dr. Wesley.
