Nice old school vet, was really impressed they actually gave advice for a minor issue that our previous vets had just shrugged off.

Good little family vet; the doctor is definately competent. Small staff and facility, so be prepared to wait a while and have limited avenues of communication. Give it a try and see if they meet your needs, not for everyone though.

Dr. Bement is so patient and gentle. I have a large dog who is very wary of new people, and he is warming up to Dr. Bement more each time, because he doesn't rush at him or force him be in a certain position. He works with my dog and takes his time. Really amazing care here!

This place is hands down the best vet I've ever been to. I took my 3 year old pug to urgent vet on Wednesday morning and was charged $400 for them to do basically nothing. We took her to Dr. Bement in the morning and he confirmed she had pyometra, a blockage in her uterus, and that shevneeded surgery immediately. We didn't have an appointment, we just showed up after being turned away by 2 "low-cost" clinics. One told us we would have to pay $1200 up front and no way of making payments. We couldn't afford this and our furbaby would die within days without surgery. At Alpine Glen, they cared more about our dog getting fixed than the money. Of course it's a business and they need to get paid, but the other places wouldn't even look at our dog without payment. They took great care of her and went above and beyond and even cut her nails for us. Dr. Bement is our new vet for our beloved fur baby! Words can't express how grateful I am to these 2 wonderful, caring humans. ❤ ????????

I love the place, it is very clean, they are very helpful and the prices are very affordable.

Very gentle and caring staff. My pup is very cautious of new people and they didn't push him. They gave him time to warm up, we weren't just rushed through the appointment.

Dr Bement is AMAZING! He truly knows his stuff and helped me figure out my baby’s issues. He has a lifetime customer and patients now. This vet is old skool but who cares about that! I was going to a fancy looking vet before and i wish I hadn’t since I don’t think he diagnosed my cat correctly. The doc would have diagnosed my kitty so much better and faster. This man and his staff are 100% outstanding.

This is a little hidden gem of a pet clinic. The Dr. Is very knowledgeable and did great with my cat who previously had been abused and is super sensitive to people (my cat was happy to take pets from the Dr. which is rare). He was also able to work with my ferret which is great since there aren't that many ferret docs in my area. Very reasonably priced and all around great treatment from staff for humans and pets alike!

Knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. Most importantly patient and empathetic with the questions that cause an owner concern that are remedial to them.

They took our cat in at the last minute and stayed late to help us figure out what was wrong with him. Dr. Bement was very thorough and knowledgeable. Our cat hates the vet and he was able to handle our cat's aggressiveness when other vets wouldn't even try. I would highly recommend this place for your pet.

These guys bend over backwards for you and your fur baby! Every time i need to come in they are so pleasant, honest and helpful, it really is a blessing when your pet is not feeling well!

Unbelievable! The amount of care taken to diagnose and schedule work for our sick girl is unheard of ... very rare to find this level of care even for human patients. I pray anyone needing pet care for their loved one's finds this place. AMAZING!

We have a rescue dog who is very nervous, especially around strangers & a bunch of other animals. However, this clinic is nice & small so didn't have to deal with other animals and the staff and doc are amazing & so friendly! The doc took the time to get down on one knee to let our dog, who may look intimidating to others, sniff his face & get to know him before starting anything. Great service, highly recommended!

I had tried unsuccessfully to find out about my cats constant pain and suffering from and ear problem. I had taken sissy to 5 different Reputable Vets , not any of them could help me at all. Except when I brought sissy to Alpine . He gave me meds for her after checkup . Once I gave sissy meds over a very short time her ears stopped bothering her to the point she can live the rest of her 16 yrs in serenity. NO VET TILL ALPINE FIXED PROBLEM OR EVEN HAD A CLUE. BEST VET EVER.AWESOME.

Amazing first and second experience! They were able to get us in day of and again the following day for a follow up. Excellent communication from the phone call to schedule to the visit itself. The veterinarian was incredibly descriptive, clear, and kindly repeated the information back to us to ensure we understood everything. Very affordable as well! Has a very neighborly feel, everyone is so kind to you and your furry family member, after just 2 visits it feels like we’ve been going here for years! Strongly recommend! P.S. the office kitties, Gabby & Blue, are so precious!

I've been taking my Chihuahua, Rico, to Dr. Bement for years. Today was hard because I had to leave him at the clinic for the day. I was prompted to write this review because Dr. Bement and Phyllis are so competent and caring that although it's always difficult to leave a pet, I know he is in good hands.
