We had to put our Great Dane down last week, and they were the kindest most caring team possible. The vet and two techs were compassionate, and very professional.

They always take great care of my pup and are so patient with the huge amount of customers they see every day. Thank you for all you do!

Took my puppies there for shots and the vet was very unprofessional. Pricing is very inconsistent and was based off how the vet felt about you. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Dr Soliman and her staff are so wonderful! They take such amazing care of our pets and always treat us like family. We appreciate that they always call to give us a cost estimate and approve treatment before they proceed. We’ve been with Dr. Soliman for everything from immunizations to major surgeries and our pets always come home happy and healthy. Is pet care always cheap? No. But the prices at Pets R Us are definitely reasonable considering the quality of care that we receive.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE! I just adopted a dog and unfortunately, she had Kennel Cough. I made the mistake of taking her to Pets R Us, because it was in the neighborhood. I quickly realized that they don't care about the pet, they just care about the money. Dr. Soliman didn't review my intake. In it, I said that the dog had likely been suffering from kennel cough. Also, I had adopted a 4-month-old puppy and in her records, she stated that my dog was 7 months old. She proceeded to charge me and to perform a heartworm test, which is dangerous on puppies less than 7 months old. The dog had a 105 degree fever, and pneumonia (which was a direct result of the untreated kennel cough). However, Dr. Soliman told me that she suspected that my dog was probably poisoned so she could perform a ton of unnecessary tests and keep charging me. After $1091 I picked up my dog from her practice with a temperature of 103. Dr. Soliman didn't give me any antibiotics for the dog, only Vitamin K (for the phantom poisoning), which didn't help with my dog's issues. I talked to the shelter and they gave me an appointment to see their veterinarian who expressed that the dog only had kennel cough, and gave me antibiotics and cough medicine for the puppy. My dog immediately started feeling better. This “doctor” at least could’ve given me the antibiotics, which clearly seemed like the simple solution. Dr. Soliman called me the next day to recommend that we take her back to the veterinarian office, so that they could keep an eye on my dog at no initial cost! This seemed like a ploy to see how much more she could scare me out of. This “Doctor” only cares about the money! She doesn’t care enough about the pet to even review what we write in the intake before the pet is taken to be checked up. When I compared what I wrote against her records, everything was completely different. If you can, get a second opinion before you spend tons of money in a place where that’s all that they want.

I am always pleasantly surprised when a service provider remembers me! The nurses and Dr Soliman are fantastic. They do great in a pinch! They take fantastic care of my fur baby!

These people are SO kind, caring and truly have a passion for what they are doing! I can not say enough nice things! I took my Dutch to another low cost "vet" and they really did a terrible job on his neuter it was difficult because they had to go in and find his testicles, so more evasive. They did not give me the proper medicine for his situation and they did not care... They treated him like a normal neuter and it was not! We were able to get Dutch in here today and they took such great care of him and I am so grateful they were available! People often complain about costs (I used to be that person) I will say this you pay for what you get!! I will never go back to Guardian Angel again...

The staff is wonderful and the Doctor very informative. When my girl lost the battle, they were all with me. The procedure was so solemn and dignified.

Pets R Us did a great job with my pup. They were one of the few vets that could get me in same day that was not an emergency vet. They worked very quickly to diagnose my pup, complete x-rays, a nail trim, medicine fill and follow up. Really good experience overall and great communication.

They talked to me about all the costs and procedures prior to preforming them - Ive had it the other way, and though Im not likley to object, it's important. Super friendly staff who loved on my rough little stray cat.

They always take great care of our pup here and we receive great communication, since we have to drop him off now due to COVID.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with this vet. We had taken my 2 year old dog to get spayed here and they said it would cost around $400 + $200 for bloodwork. Understandably we agreed. After they had already knocked her out they had called saying she was in heat so it would cost around $1000. They already had done the blood work 2 weeks before which was around $260. I’m pretty sure they could have tested her hormone levels and seen that she was in heat at the time and told us it would be that expensive. They also told us if we didn’t pay the $1000 in full they would keep her for $200 extra a day until we payed and after 1 week they would be putting her up for adoption. This is not okay. Figure out a payment plan if you’re going to charge an arm and a leg without even telling us until you’ve already put her to sleep! Extremely angry I will not be using this vet again. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere that actually cares about your four legged loved ones.

Dr. Solomon and her team treat our pets like their children.. And this is good. :-) They are kind and responsive on every level. We've used them for many years. There is a 1-star review here accusing this vet of planning to keep and then adopt out a customer's pet unless the customer pays the bill. DOC SOLOMON WOULD NEVER DO THIS. Plus, what I've learned, it's not within the law. Anyway, trust this sixtysomething who's had tons of pets all his life and worked with many vets, Dr. S. is one of the best!

Our dogs have had nothing but fantastic care. The doctor calls us when ever have concerns. She is never in a hurry to rush me off the phone. The vet techs have bent over backwards to help us learn how to put an IV in. Thankful to all the staff. Our dog is still alive and improved!

Dr. Soliman and her team are amazing. We (unfortunately) have had to visit her team for both of our senior dogs in the past 4 months and I can’t thank her enough. I wouldn’t have trusted anybody else with our girls. Some of the Main things that would be helpful in knowing what it’s like to go here: 1. Dr. Soliman and Yesi always explain pricing, both best case scenario and worst case scenario. At this point then they ask you which route you want to go and do not pressure you. They do not do any treatment without telling you pricing first. 2. Doc always gives you all of the information up front. She does extensive testing (at least for our dogs because they needed it) to prescribe the correct medication and right course of treatment. She also does such a great job explaining what is going on for those of us that don’t work in the Veternarian field it’s tough to follow sometimes! 3. Their responsiveness is amazing. I’ve used email, phone, and other forms to talk with their team. If doctor is with another patient she calls you back within an hour or two. Dr. Soliman even made it so we could reach her after hours because we had a very sick senior on our hands. 4. They care! Dr. Soliman and her team reach out to us to check in on our dogs, sent us a card for our newborn baby, sent us a card for our fur baby that passed the rainbow bridge, and reached out when they found out I had a health issue. It’s great when your get asks about your baby, husband, dogs and you just genuinely feel like she cares. 5. Full range of care. They have helped us from a spay, to a knee surgery, to pancreatitis, pain management, to helping one of our girls cross the rainbow bridge in our own home. All in this one location. Take it from somebody that treats her dogs like her kids. If you want to have all of the information and have a responsive team that cares about your fur babies, Dr. Soliman is absolutely the best choice. Thank you doc and team!

I moved from PA to CO and had to find a new doctor to take my kitty to that had cancer in one of his eyes. The doctors where so helpful and caring. They help us manage his medications. When it came time to put my sweet furbaby to sleep the doctor came to my home so we didn't have to stress him out more. Very kind and caring staff too!

I have a huge 80lb Catahoula Plott hound. He has extremely bad anxiety (I adopted him 4 years ago and his history is unknown) so I was super nervous. I called to make an appointment and told them my fears and about his anxiety. They gave me pre medication for it and so he will be calm when he goes in. He had an ear infection and they needed to get it cleaned out. Shiloh wouldn’t let them get close so I opted to have him put to sleep to get it taken care of. ( he wouldn’t even let me get close to his ear). When it was time to pick him up he was still out of it. Not even moving, just making noises. They were already closed up and the tech and receptionist did the most amazing thing. They helped me bring him home. I’m a single women with two kids and live on a second floor apartment, no elevator just stairs. These two amazing ladies did not have to help me, they could of said “that’s not in my job description”. You could tell their love for animals, they were so friendly and so professional, I’ve never had such a great experience to begin with but for them to go above and beyond, follow me home and help me get him comfortable in our home. Mind blown! I appreciate this location so much and will be bringing all my fur babies here from now on!!! They deserve a huge bonus/raise! I’m still shocked and it’s been like 5 days lol. Thank you ladies so much !!’ Shiloh is so grateful!

We moved to the area in 2015 and they have helped us with our pets during that time. Last year we had to put down our dog as it was time. Instead of having our loved one stressed, we arranged for them to come to our home. It allowed us to say good bye to our beloved family member within our home and show him the dignity that he deserved. All of our furry family members go here and we appreciate the love and support that they show through a friendly and professional business.

This place is criminal. They will make up some reason to charge you EVERY TIME. They ALWAYS find something wrong. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE unless you are rich and don't care about being overcharged.

This was a great first visit for our new puppy. The staff was friendly and even changed our appointment time because we had a family emergency. The only thing that would have made it better was having it face to face but because of Covid restrictions we couldn't. The doctor and rest of the staff were still very thorough and explained everything and answered all of our questions. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with this facility and would highly recommend them!

I'm not sure what happened if there was a change in ownership or management but this Veterinarian clinic has done a complete 180. From the initial urgent call to my arrival, waiting and to receiving my boy (Biscuit) back I was amazed. Amazed in the expedition and reception and when the Dr. called me, I felt like I was talking to my own Doctor. Really a breath of fresh air. I'll definitely take all of my pets there going forward. Thank you Pets R Us

$800 to clean my dog's teeth. They scheduled a follow up appointment and charged an additional $40 to tell me he is ok. Workers are nice and seem to care. Additionally, they said my girlfriend's dog has kidney issues and charged her over $1000 so far with check ups and prescriptions, as well as a special food they gave her a referral to purchase. This place definitely seems to be squeezing their customers for cash. I will never take my dog back here.

This place is now a joke. They tried to sell me $300 in unnecessary surgeries and procedures. Then they charged $40 remove stitches they put in. Stay away.

Not a good place my dog didn’t even get his vaccines and they were already asking for money, I called and asked how much were they and they said $20 to $30 and they charged me $135 for 3 vaccines, I called 3 times to ask why didn’t I get my receipt she said because they didn’t have inc ?? come on now, I called again asking if I can get my get my receipt and the copy of the vaccines, how am I supposed to know if he got the vaccines? I called once again and said the same thing that she was going to send them and never did.She was super nice but the point is that they only care about the money.

Caring and informative staff. They showed me they were interested in the well being of my pet and even wanted to follow up well after he was healthy again.
