Village Center Veterinary Care Colorado Springs, Colorado

After getting astronomical estimates from my vet and other vets in the area, I was referred to Village Center Vet by my bosses and coworkers. They RAVE about everybody there. I took my little dog Sadie in for a dental and had a wonderful experience from the consult all the way to picking her up from surgery. Dr. Stewart-Bates explained everything thoroughly and even texted with updates during the day of her surgery. I definitely will be returning for “primary care” as well!!

We saw Dr. Shumack to get progesterone timing for breeding. She is so nice and extremely smart. The staff is incredible and we will be back with our other female for progesterone timing next week. We highly recommend this veterinarian clinic!

I just asked some questions to make sure my cats were ok. They answered all of them and gave some amazing advice before the closed.

They are amazing. They treat my boy with so much love and respect. He actually loves visiting his friends at the vet. I am super over protective and call all the time with minor concerns and they are always so helpful and don't make me feel dumb for calling and just want Mac to be healthy and happy.

Friendly staff with exceptional service. Dr. Anne Pierce is an absolutely amazing doctor. If you have ferrets, she's your go to.

What can I say! They were so nice! They walked me through my puppy's neutering process and reassured me everything would be okay. Sent me text updates and followed up with a call the day after. Loved my experience and I will use them again.

I had two appointments in one day for two different dogs. The vet there was so extremely nice and I felt like he was honest in treatment plans. He was great with my dogs and great customer service. The front desk people were AS kind but I think that came down to them being busy and feeling overwhelmed. Still 5 stars for this place, definitely will go back. ❤

Great vets office my doggo was treated very well and prices are pretty fair, I came from out of state and got no hassle in any way. Staff is always very prompt and scheduling appointments is a breeze.

Great vet. I started using them when I lived in the springs and now drive there from Pueblo West because of the service and care. Prices have been reasonable, the docs actually listen and care, and if you lose your vaccine records they will have them emailed to you in minutes.

Had ACL repair done, very efficient and up front with all cost

Highly recommend! Great place! My parents recommend this place, they've been taking their animals here forever. Thankfully I have not had to take mine in quite some time. They work on most animals including rabbits. When my Buddy rabbit had developed a lg turmer looking thing they were able to get me in right away and schedule surgery days later. The first place I took Buddy "Polo Springs" charged me $280 or so for the consultation, antibiotics and a cleaning solution, then handed my a $1400 quote to remove the mass. Village center was a $70 consultation and quoted me $121.00 to remove the growth. Thank you Village Center Vet! Will be back if ever needed! Reasonably priced and professional!

The staff is so friendly and kind to my dog and the Doctors are wonderful and follow up when they say they will. Will keep going back.

If you have rats I would recommend this place. They always take good care of mine and not a long wait to be seen.

Nice people, treat my dogs well

I have been taking our dogs to Dr Shumack for years now! I love her! She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes such great care of all my dogs. I also love the other vets and techs ! Great team of people. I love that they are open on Saturdays too!

I really like that they have someone willing to treat ferrets. I was really worried and the doctor was very patient with me and eased my worry with respect and professionalism.

Took a foster for heartworm treatment. But they made me feel like I was the owner. Even updated me on how the pup was doing. If I lived closer would be my vet.

They did a perfect surgery on my rat. Awesome care and advice.

Paul and I own Union Hill Labradors and Falcon Kennel. We absolutely love Village Center Vet Care. They are kind, personal and compassionate and always perform at the highest level. They don’t make you feel like you are a cog in the wheel of corporate healthcare. Our dogs have always gotten top-notch care from them and the staff is also friendly and skilled. Even in a pandemic, they have been awesome!

I have pet rabbits. And I live in denver where there are only 2 vets willing to look at rabbits. One couldnt be reached and the other thoroughly disgusted me. No real rabbit knowledge. A friend of mine suggested village center veterinary and I couldnt be happier. I not only met Dr Stuart Bates face to face but he gave me a very thorough explanation of everything he would be doing. Then when they got fixed he talked me through that aswell. They worked with my schedule since I'm from so far away and made me very comfortable with the entire thing. We tried this vet based on several online recommendations and im pleased to say that they are 100% worth those recommendations! We have a stranger-leery small dog, and she very quickly became comfortable with the staff which was pleasantly suprising considering her usual nervousness. Dr. Stewart-Bates was gentle and took his time making sure our girl felt comfortable with him, on top of being extremely informative and reassuring to us crazy dog parents. Over all our experience with this veterinary clinic was such a positive one! We will be back and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Yo this place is amazing! Helped us when we found a lost doggie. Plus they take care of my roommates, Jon and Kate's animals! Scooby loves it here!
