Extremely expensive. Not very thorough

Receptionist(another tech maybe) was knowledgeable, not only with me but I noticed with others as I was waiting. A couple of people came with more sever animals (seen first of course, great triage) but they were still able to get us quickly. Tech gave him a look over and said he would be fine to see our vet tomorrow and saved me from the emergency doctor charge today. I really appreciated them and will recommend them in the future.

My small dog was attacked by a pit bull and fortunately just got scared and light abrasions. The vet tech was great and said he was OK after checking him out.

Very professional and considerate. Put our puppy and her problems first and then had us do the paperwork. Felt very comfortable leaving her.

Dr.Miles was so amazing in helping us with our sick kitty! He was the most professional and caring when delivering really hard news to us and offering every treatment option possible for the situation!

They have an awesome bedside manner for both person and pet.

They were very gentle with my dog, and seemed very knowledgeable. The facility is outfitted with some of the newest diagnostic equipment, and there is exercise areas outside for your pet(s). There is an ample parking lot. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

It was not great to have to be here, but the staff and doctors were amazing. Very compassionate towards all of us as well as the patient. Due to their excellent care our 4 legged friend is recovering nicely. Thank you!

These people take care of cats and dogs...so our pets do not suffer....sounds like hero material

I brought my dying 14 year old Chihuahua there on Nov. 21. I was terribly distraught. The staff were very empathetic during my pup's final moments. Highly recommended.

In and out with diagnosis, meds and treatment plan within 4 hours despite the lobby having countless other patients. Very friendly, super knowledgeable and not pricey at all. Definitely would recommend to anyone

They did a great job on my baby girls laryngeal paralysis surgery and they were up front about the cost. Based on my girls age they allowed me to decide what I wanted done for pre OP work up by giving me the positive and negative of having the results prior to the surgery. Amazing staff.

Although emergency care is always expensive, they took rally good care of my animal.

I had to bring my tiny dog to have her put to sleep. They were very kind.

This place is the perfect example of why people don't take their animals to the vet. Taking care of your fur babies shouldn't be so expensive.

The staff here is so kind and they do their best to help. The ER was very very busy and did send us home to wait for availability so we could wait comfortably and notified us when there were only a couple of patients ahead of us so we could return. When visiting the ER with your furbaby is traumatic, the folks here help take the sting out of it all with their compassion and desire to want to help your animal with the best possible outcome.

Staff was nice and all but the Communications sucked. Left messages about my dog and no one calls back.

This clinic gets 5 stars all the way around. Although busy both times we had to go they are quick but take time to listen to you and your concerns. Very professional and follow up to make sure your pet is on the mend. They are Awesome.

Had to put my sons dog to sleep and the whole staff was so compassionate. They let my son take all the time he needed with his baby. I definitely recommend this place.

Rude and stuck up people at this location. Would much rather drive to castle rock for better customer service and emergency care for my dog.

These folks have taken perfect care of my lil lover man. He had to have a small mass taken off. This procedure came in UNDER the estimate! Recommend this business for sure.

Yes absolutely was there a wait but they still seen my buddy and gave me necessary information. They were super kind and patient and remarkable~

Dr. Dugan is a great vet. He's an eye specialist for dogs (and probably other pets)
