Love Dr Bush! I used to see him with my chihuahua at East Springs when I lived here before. I moved back to the Springs and discovered he has his own practice now at Northgate. I drive past many vets to get to him with both my German Shepherd and another chihuahua.

Anytime you have to take a pet family member in for most anything, it raises your concern and anxiety for you and your family member. Brad and his staff are amazing. Update phone calls, explaining of what ever. Completion and recovery phone call. Check in a few days later phone call. Thank you!

Doctor Brad and the staff are very helpful and kind/caring with our cat, Gimp. We trust them to make right and healthy decisions for him. Thank you for taking care of him as if he were you own, and communicating with us. We appreciate you so and will continue to spread the word about you guys!!

Northgate has done a great job with both our lab-husky mix and our fat Vizsla. We recently had a scare where our lab had gotten into something and needed an emergency visit and the staff at Northgate were very understanding and worked with us in case we were unable to get her to an emergency vet. If you're new to the area and looking for a vet, I strongly recommend Northgate over Timberview.

Our pets become an extension of our families. It can be such a difficult thing to find a place to take them for medical treatment and let's be honest if you are anything like me you spend way to much time researching and finding a place that will take the best care of them because you worry! Dr. Bush is absolutely the best vet I have ever taken my animals to. I have followed him from his previous clinic to this one and he has treated my various pets for the last almost 20 years. One of the things my family and also my friends I have referred to him love most is the fact that he is such an animal lover and it truely shows in his care of your fur babies. He is also very detailed in his diagnosis explaining everything to you in terms you would understand. It may get lengthy but I have appreciated it for sure! In times where we have had to make difficult decisions he has always been there in such a supportive way and has never pressured us into decisions because it would make him more money. He helps you to make those decisions by giving you all the options and helping you talk through them as a close friend would. All of our animals have always loved him even our most timid and honestly not the most social, Chow mix loved him, rest her soul. I swear he could be a dog whisperer! There are just not enough things I could say about his work ethic. Bringing your pets to this office, they would really be in the best of hands. Thank you for everything you have done for my fur babies over the years....you can never retire!

I want to make sure I'm as fair as possible to make this review accurate. We took our two healthy dogs into this facility. One of them received a vaccination (found out the following week by another vet that two other vaccination were overlooked) and the puppy was prescribed heartworm and flea and tick care. Bedside manner of Dr. Bush was a bit abrasive, but we figured he might have just been rushed. Paid our fee of over $350 (seemed high) and took them home. The following day our older dog showed signs of being sick and it progressed to the point that she messed herself all over her crate and continued to have this issue as well. Our pup who did not receive any treatment also became ill as well. When we called them back they had us come in with stool samples and proceeded to try and charge us. The office manager became quite belligerent with my wife and actually told her to leave the premises. I don't recommend this place and feel it is a racket to bring in a healthy dog, get it sick and then charge you to care for it. This just took place on 3/22/2021 and I unfortunately just moved here a few months ago and ignorantly took advice from someone who obviously did not know this facility. We've since taken them to Timberview and received the best care imaginable and affordable as well. They sold us a puppy package that will cover her for all her vaccinations for about the same price as our one visit to Northgate.

Dr Brad did an outstanding job in communicating with us and giving us his time to thoroughly explain areas of concern regarding our toy yorkie (Toby) who can be challenging at times. We are new to the area looking for a good vet for Toby and are so thankful to hear about Northgate Animal Hospital! The staff was friendly, kind, compassionate and so helpful during Toby's wellness visit. We highly recommend Northgate Animal Hospital!

My family and I have two older dogs who require a lot of attention. Dr. Brad Bush and his staff are simply the best to work with! They are highly responsive to all of our pet's needs and work them into thier already busy schedule when a need arises. Dr. Bush and his staff are highly competent. And he is an excellent communicator when it's time to explain what's going on with your pet's health. As a life long dog owner, I feel comfortable saying that you'll simply not find a better veterinary practice than this one.

Our dog, Chase is never scared of the vet because they love on her like she's their puppy!

Can’t say enough about the care we received here for my pet. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, caring and friendly. The doctor was thorough and took so much time with me, to explain all that was being done to help my pet. Highly recommend!

This hospital helped take care of my cat in his last few days, but we weren’t communicated with on how little time he had. When we brought our cat in for blood work, we learned that he had fatty liver syndrome. Five days later, we had to bring him into the Animal ER on Nevada, and we learned that he was suffering from extreme kidney failure. The Animal ER on Nevada said he showed no signs of Fatty Liver Syndrome. I believe they just mixed up the tests, but they would neither confirm nor deny this conclusion. My cat has passed. We are irreconcilably sad, but at least one of the staffers said they are sorry for our loss. I will not bring back my animals here, but it seemed that they tried their best.

Dr Brad Bush and staff are wonderful! Small vet clinic with a very personalized feel. They have been quick to get us in and seen with any issue our pup has. Would never hesitate to take our fur baby here. And, as for the pup, she loves them so much it’s like taking her to doggy Disney. ????

Dr Brad was great, as good as Dr Hariot in All Thing Great and Small, and he's watched the series on PBS. 28 years in practice.

Good place to go. Vet is nice and takes plenty of time with you and explains and answers questions very well. I would take my pup here again.
